Look at how the Republican Party from NPOO actually pulled off a win, check this FB link

I guess the Republican Party is just that popular lately; everyone seems to want a piece of them

Keywords: how many or what exactly do you need?

Mr. Analyst, do I really need to prove you wrong again? Fine.
Nobody was questioning who is responsible for the (lack of) enforcement of this law, but since you asked, yes, the Republican Party is responsible for that, and Smith is a Republican minister. Satisfied?
But just in case you didn't catch it, let me repeat: the Republican Party is responsible for both passing this bad law and its implementation, while the Democrats and the Greens share responsibility for voting it through. This is the opposition that you, our "expert" analyst 😁, labeled as the "real" opposition while calling the others "fake," so I'm showing you exactly how much nonsense you're talking. You're getting ahead of yourself.☕

On a more serious note. The opposition needs to unite at least regarding the elections to take power back from a corrupt administration. They should set aside ideological differences until those issues actually hit the agenda. What you and the other former Democrats are doing is counterproductive. By pushing these foolish and untrue claims, you're creating division within the opposition before the election even happens. You don't even realize you're just helping the corrupt party.
Back when the Democrats were in power, you tried to shut down legitimate criticism of bad moves—moves that ultimately led to the Republicans returning to power. Instead of criticizing those mistakes yourselves, you deflected and insisted everyone else was to blame rather than your own party.
Now, after the split in the Democratic Party and their path toward becoming a marginal group, you've jumped ship to join the Greens and are making the exact same mistakes. You haven't learned anything, and you could easily end up with the same result.
Of course, that is unless you change your approach.
It is necessary to criticize the bad actions of your own favorites so they can improve and correct their course in time.
If you've understood anything at all, you won't be angry at this critique; if you haven't, just keep going until Adams eventually asks you to defend him.😁

Thanks a lot, party loyalist. That was all you were asked to do. The rest of your rambling is completely useless.

Alex Moore3 said:You're absolutely right that the Republican Party would have passed that law on a second attempt even without opposition. It might have been harder, and they would have taken the full blame, but since the Democratic Party and the Progressives helped them out, the responsibility is naturally shared.
If anything is being weak here, it's your effort to justify why the Democratic Party and the Progressives aligned themselves with the Republican Party in this instance.
It’s funny how you explain that they criticized the proposal so heavily, only to end up voting for the very thing they opposed. I guess Joe Biden just forced their hand.😁
Another interesting point from the link above is that some parties were extremely critical and warned the law wouldn't work. Their representatives didn't even vote for it.
Wait, so the Democratic Party and the Progressives voted for a disastrous law, but they aren't responsible???
Let me try rephrasing that: The Republican Party, the Democratic Party, and the Progressives are ALL responsible for passing a terrible law that has delayed recovery for over a year and risks us having to return EU funds, all while citizens are stuck waiting through another winter in temporary housing. How does that sound? ☕

Let me ask you something (and I know you won't answer), are the Democratic Party and Možemo actually responsible for how the law is carried out? And is Horvat some minister appointed because of a Možemo or Democratic Party quota?

I'm not entirely sure how many pre-orders are on the books, but full-scale production for customers just kicked off last week.

That’s exactly why they need massive investment. You can't scale up without building world-class facilities.

Supposedly.
Quincy:
I don't know how many pre-orders they have, but production for retail actually kicked off last week.
Just a reminder: the car hasn't even passed safety certification yet.

Quincy:
That's why they need capital—you can't run a business without modern facilities.
And I'll remind you that they already have a factory running in V. Marketplace.

Plus, word on the street is one C_1 already sold, just under a different name.

Let's get one thing straight here.

It’s wild. You can buy a car or a house worth $100,000 online right now, or even order tens of thousands of dollars worth of freight straight from China. Everything is at your fingertips. It's exhausting.

But when election day actually rolls around, you can't trust those fancy modern digital agitators. Not one bit.😵

Republican Party folks don't sell real estate or cars. Not happening.

It’s all a lie. Where exactly is the Bridge cooperating with the Republican Party? Who actually shut down that complete farce in Congress last week? Who dominates those debates? Who’s actually churning out all those amendments?

Who’s the one that put the Republican Party in power every single time?

At the first opportunity, who's going to jump back into a coalition with them?

Alex Moore3 said:It's a good thing we at least have the Democratic Party and the Progressives to oppose the Republicans.

The Progressives and the Democrats are both to blame for that terrible recovery law since they voted for it right alongside the Republicans.

Kyle Nelson2 said:And what about these supposed "heavyweights" of the opposition? Griffin? The folks from the Green Party? The group out of Boise?

I mean, if a party holds more than 20% of the seats in Congress but stays dead silent when someone like Elon Musk does something crazy, they don't even deserve to be there...
But sure, let them talk about migrants, minorities, and those rainbow-colored family picture books instead...

Yeah, right, like we need to move the goalposts...

Mostovac is only opposition in name; in reality, they’re just loyal Republican helpers whenever things get messy.
Republican Party - General Discussion in Political Scene ·
Kyle Nelson2 said:It helps when the opposition is basically useless. I mean, look—Musk is pulling in massive amounts of cash and getting extensions on deadlines he already blew through, and the opposition does... nothing. They're too busy fighting amongst themselves, reorganizing their committees for the tenth time, or obsessing over some ideological nonsense that nobody cares about.

The Republican Party is only this terrible because they just give the people exactly what they want, and honestly, who cares how they do it?
Did we get streamlined travel agreements with the USA? Yeah...
Did we get that major infrastructure project approved? Yeah.
Are we joining the global trade zone? Yes.

That's what people want—just give them a better future instead of all this fighting over minority rights...
And the leftists, excuse my French, are so clueless that if you actually told them to focus on important stuff—like stop pushing for migrant rights or LGBT agendas (I'm talking about actual interests here, not the rights they truly deserve)—they'd probably reject it with a sneer.

That's why rulings like this just pass through without much of a fuss...

Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez is part of the opposition, isn't she?

Edward Cooper2 said:The Republican Party wins because half the voters stay home on election day. That gives them a free pass to screw everyone over for the next four years...

And then there's the enforcers checking if members actually showed up, basically using the promise of future kickbacks to whip their voters into line.

I mean, sure, you can go online right now and buy a car or even a house worth $100,000. You could even order several tons of freight from China worth tens of thousands of dollars with just a few clicks.

But when it comes to elections? These modern online gadgets just don't feel secure enough for me.😵

Seriously though, how old are you and what do you actually do for a living?

Edward Cooper2 said:I’m struggling to wrap my head around one little thing here... What excuses are the Republicans actually using to dodge an apology? I must have missed it entirely. And honestly, even Joe Biden doesn't have the right to stay silent—even if he wasn't a member of the Republican Party back then—because he was right there in the inner circle alongside the cabinet members.
If they truly believe an apology isn't necessary, then fine—let them just hand back every single piece of real estate owned by the Republican Party, since they seem to be disowning them in practice. I can only imagine the total cognitive dissonance happening in those Republican heads: on one hand, you have Ronald Reagan and the glory days of the nineties; on the other, everything supposedly went south once Joe Biden took charge, perhaps starting at that Democratic Party convention where Joe Biden spoke about the party being held hostage by one man.

Since we're bringing up that one guy, let's not forget where he ended up—and where his entire inner circle sits right now—while they're busy calling Davor Grbin a tyrant. Honestly, the only difference is that these Republican guys are still technically part of the party.

a 50% turnout gives you basically the same results as an 80% turnout
the difference would be tiny

If you haven't realized yet why low turnout plays right into the hands of the Republican Party, you're never going to get it.

darkhawk30 said:I wouldn't say they're totally indifferent.

There’s a split. Some people just don't care, some are bitter because they feel the most patriotic party in American history is being targeted, and others are practically dancing in the streets because it's finally happening.

Technically, we aren't talking about the party itself, but the Prime Minister—or rather, the President in this context. It’s hard to tell where one ends and the other begins.
The line between the leader and the organization is basically non-existent.

Most people couldn't care less.

Patrick Cook said:I’m taking this chance to absolutely rip into the people in Mostovac who basically handed the keys to a criminal organization—letting them seize power and just keep looting everything in sight—by letting them get pushed into the opposition back in 2015. If they hadn't done that, they’d be the ones calling the shots today, but instead? They're getting jack squat.

Just going to double down on what I've already said.

That’s what I call smart money, especially since over half the people in this country think showing up to vote is just a waste of time.

"I honestly thought these elections would finally be our chance to let our Washington, D.C. organization run a real democratic process—one where we actually pick the best people based on merit, not just whoever gets the most top-down pressure or shady campaigning. But instead of actual prep work, this whole thing is just blatant intimidation and playing favorites for one specific team. It’s happening everywhere, from official city websites down to local community meetings," unknown wrote in a scathing Facebook post. "Even Zhukov and Berry wouldn't be ashamed of an election process this rigged! Is this really who you surround yourself with? Is this your policy? I don't know what's worse: if you actually know about this forced election process or if you're genuinely clueless. It might not matter much in small towns, but here in the heart of the nation's ideas—in America, specifically Washington, D.C.—it matters immensely! This mockery of a process is trickling down from the city level to the local branches like some kind of circus act. It's an embarrassment to the Republican Party and all of us, and frankly, it's an insult to anyone with half a brain." link

Republican Party my ass...
