He wouldn't even dream of doing that. How old are you anyway? Like, ten? Come on, man, quit being such a critic and go to bed.

Seriously, give me just one single example where Lewis Hamilton was ever a jerk to another driver on track—blocking them, ramming them, or forcing them out. Just one.

crimsonhawk23 said:Look, I really don't have the energy to deal with everyone dragging up Suzuka 2018 right now just because 🙂 you guys are at it again. Back then, you were tearing into Max and practically praying for a disqualification over the exact same move he made on Kimi Raikkonen (which earned him the same 5-second penalty Sebastian Vettel got today). But suddenly today, it's "🙂 🙂 🙂 🙂"

🤣

dzon lost all sense of shame a long time ago. When it comes to how people treat Max on this forum, we all know who's pulling the strings. Hint: the guy is a massive Sebastian Vettel fan.

Lewis Hamilton would never pull a stunt like this. He doesn't play games like Vettel does—that guy is a total amateur. He messes everything up with his own mistakes and then makes it even worse by blocking his rivals.

I'm not taking sides for Hamilton here because I'm not exactly a fan either, but that penalty was 100% deserved.
I think this is only the second race of the season where I’m actually looking forward to the start. I’ve got a feeling this one is going to be a blast.

Edit: Man, I would love to take on Martin Brundle in a fight. What an absolute idiot.

Idiot: Kev, how does your car feel? You've only done one lap.

Kev: Feels brand new! *laughs*

Idiot: *awkward pause* Well, because it is brand new, Kevin.

Kev just stares back with a total "WTF" face before Jenson Button rushes in and gives him a playful punch in the gut.
exactly what:
That’s a fair point. Even last season, the Mecka wasn't really at its peak, and they only got lucky because Ferkan was being sloppy and Vettel couldn't quite find his rhythm.

To me, they actually looked way better last year. They seemed much more dominant. Now, I see these wins and those 1-2 finishes, but deep down, I have this nagging feeling it isn't as dominant as it looks on paper. Half the time, they're just scraping by despite a mountain of issues—engine trouble, driver errors, bad strategy calls. It feels like they're just coasting toward the finish line without even breaking a sweat.

So what, if I didn't catch it live, I'm just not allowed to have an opinion? Am I strictly limited to commenting on stuff from 1997 onwards?

It’s always that same tired old argument: "Oh, you weren't there." What, since when does watching the tapes not count? Give me a break.

Casey Hill57 said:You clearly never watched Senna work his magic on the track, which is why you're talking nonsense like this.
Back then, racing was actual RACING in every sense of the word. Now? It’s just a marketing stunt and the absolute downfall of motorsport!

Of course I've watched them. I've seen the tapes, and honestly, it was a total mess. I'm thirty years old, by the way, so I didn't catch it all live. For me, Senna and Schumacher were never going to be the top guys—they were great drivers, sure, but zero class when it came to sportsmanship.

To me, Mika will always be the number one driver. He was an honorable man and a true sportsman who dominated the dirtiest driver in Formula 1 history with ease.

fadedpanther51 said:Who are people actually going to remember as the GOAT? Those two, or Lewis Hamilton—even if he goes out and smashes every single one of Schumacher's records?

Look, for the nostalgia crowd, Ayrton Senna and Diego Maradona will always be the kings, even if they aren't. Senna became a total myth after he passed away. If he were still driving today, nobody would be putting him at the very top or calling him the greatest driver to ever live.

The old-school fans will always scream about Michael Jordan, Senna, and Maradona because nostalgia is a hell of a drug. They’ll fight with the younger generation and argue about "the good old days"—you know, the era of cigarette logos on race cars, athletes smoking in interviews, and those legendary, mythical races and games. But honestly? Lewis Hamilton, LeBron James, and Lionel Messi are miles ahead in terms of pure talent. In a head-to-head matchup, they’d absolutely smoke them.

When Max Verstappen pulls a move like that, people scream, "What a joke of a penalty! Just disqualify the idiot before he kills someone!!" , but when Sebastian Vettel does the exact same thing, suddenly it's "BOOOO! The Mafia is ruining Formula 1 with these unfair penalties!!"

🤣 🤣 🤣 🤣 🤣

Honestly, what's the point? You could yell at a hypocrite for three days straight that they're being two-faced, and they’ll just scroll right past your post like it doesn't exist. That's it.

Edit: I'm not calling any specific guy a hypocrite here. I'm talking about Sebastian Vettel's fanbase in general.

fadedpanther51 said:Since you're bringing up Lewis Hamilton, Sebastian Vettel, and Max Verstappen, just think about one thing—what would happen if every single driver acted exactly like Hamilton? I’m not even talking about driving skill, because he’s clearly the best talent on the grid. I mean his behavior, both on the track and off. You’d basically end up with 20 robots. No emotion, just generic phrases and predictable moves every single time, all because their programming won't let them do anything else.

Fair racing? Please. You're probably one of those people who loved watching Ayrton Senna or Schumacher dive-bombing opponents just to snatch a championship.

I honestly can't believe how far some people will go just to defend a clown like Sebastian Vettel. So now, suddenly, Hamilton is a robot just because he races cleanly and is the undisputed best driver out there without getting into dirty incidents and actually respecting his competitors.
Daniel Ricciardo only climbed that high because they absolutely wrecked Max Verstappen during qualifying. There is zero chance he stays up there once the race starts.
Let’s finally see a race where it isn't a Mercedes 1-2 finish!

Hamilton has been looking really unconvincing this season, and honestly, so has Mercedes. To me, those results don't even reflect how good they actually are. They just don't look nearly as dominant as the standings suggest.

Kmag has totally messed with half the crew, so the start is going to be wild to watch.

Look, I’m usually pretty blunt when I quote you about how every single political party in the US is a complete disaster. I’m against all of them, period. They’re all just different flavors of the same garbage, nothing but a bunch of hacks fighting to line their own pockets—and even an amateur like Biden makes that obvious.

In my last post, I was busy making fun of those ridiculous tweets from the Sincić crowd while they were filming their video message. It clearly shows that guy is having a total mental breakdown. But hey, I guess I shouldn't be nitpicking his meltdown when you're over here dissecting Biden's every move down to the tiniest detail.

Call him Mr. Twitch from now on.

Did you see his face twitching in that video? It was absolutely insane.🤣

The guy was pure nerves.

So many people have absolutely no clue that the Chernobyl plant was still generating radioactively contaminated power for about another 15 years after the meltdown occurred, though obviously at a much lower capacity than usual.

You’re definitely not the sharpest tool in the shed, are you?

Should they have just lost their minds and let everything burn until the whole thing completely imploded?

Whenever I hear someone mention the Calibra, it immediately takes me right back to the late Nineties and those days playing Gran Turismo 1 & 2 with this specific model.

I honestly wonder if you can even find them in stock condition around here anymore. In all three decades I've been alive, I swear they always had some massive Kenwood sticker plastered over half the windshield, chrome rims so gaudy they made my eyes bleed, and a massive fart cannon exhaust out the back. And don't even get me started on the colors. Just total ricer shit.

It’s like an electric vacuum cleaner—if someone jumps you in a situation like that, you just pull the trigger and watch them twitch on the ground.

By the way, what is up with these kids out at night lately? It’s not normal. They’re aggressive, acting possessed, totally wasted, just prowling around looking for someone to beat up. And the police? Nowhere to be found. They don't have the manpower or the authority to actually do anything. This has always been a thing, but I have to admit, over the last two or three years, it’s become extreme. I honestly don't feel safe walking around the city at night anymore.

A buddy of mine got jumped twice while he was driving for Uber. The guy was only two years away from retirement and was doing the driving thing to stack some extra cash. The first time, three punks broke his ribs; they dragged him out of his car, kicked the life out of him, and stole his earnings. The second time, they clocked him in the head with a telescopic baton.

You've gotta take them head-on and hit them where it hurts.
