It’s kind of hard to watch when the lead actor gives off such creepy vibes.

🤣🤣🤣

GOLD is this massive story about a guy chasing the American dream by hunting for gold. Starring Oscar winner Matthew McConaughey as Kenny Wells, we follow a prospector looking for his big break who joins forces with an ambitious geologist to hunt for treasure deep in the wild jungles of Southeast Asia. Finding the gold is just the start—keeping it turns into a total rollercoaster through the high-stakes boardrooms of Wall Street. It's actually based on a true story! Directed by Oscar winner Stephen Gaghan (TRAFFIC, SYRIANA), the movie features Oscar winner Matthew McConaughey (INTERSTELLAR, DALLAS BUYERS CLUB, THE WOLF OF WALL STREET) alongside Golden Globe nominees Edgar Ramirez (HANDS OF STONE, THE GIRL ON THE TRAIN) and Bryce Dallas Howard (JURASSIC WORLD, Fifth Dragon).

Feels like a total Wolf of Wall Street 2: Gold Edition 🤣

Five minutes of actual plot, fifteen minutes of just stalling... that was basically this whole movie.

Fresh new trailer!

👍

Legend is this upcoming 2015 crime thriller from Brian Helgeland, and honestly, it’s pretty huge because it's his first big move back into crime adaptations since L.A. Confidential.

It’s actually based on John Pearson's book *The Profession of Violence*, which dives into the whole rise and fall of those infamous Kray twins—their crazy bond and that brutal criminal run that ended with them getting life sentences back in '69.

It’s hitting theaters this September!

The cast is stacked: Tom Hardy, Emily Browning, Colin Morgan, David Thewlis, Christopher Eccleston, Chazz Palminteri, Tara Fitzgerald, and Taron Egerton.

Check out the trailer here:

By the way, the track in the trailer is "Running Scared" by Roy Orbison. Pretty iconic, right? 👍

That trailer looks killer! You can tell just by how much the characters pop against the background and those crazy colors that this was totally made for 3D.

Everything's installed and running smooth as silk! No crashes, no lag, nothing weird happening at all...
Most of my drivers were handled right through Windows Update, so I just had to grab the latest ones for my GPU myself.

The version I've got is 1.1, but I noticed 2.0 actually comes with drivers for Windows 8..
All I really care about is getting my audio working and making sure the ethernet controller kicks in...plus, it’s gotta be rock solid, you know?

I’ve got this motherboard, but I’m looking everywhere—official sites, Google, you name it—and there are zero drivers for Windows 8 (64-bit).
Do you think the Windows 7 64-bit ones would actually work? Has anyone tried that yet? I really don't want to wipe my drive before I know for sure!

It honestly would've been better if we just had Die Hard instead.

Linda Chavez14 said:You can just send them as a package with a declared value. For a 4-11 lb box with a declared value up to $33, prices start at $6.75 depending on if you want home delivery or just pickup at the USPS office—plus, the price stays the same for any value up to $33. You can run all the numbers right here: http://www.usps.com/shipping/price-calculator
If it gets lost, you're covered for whatever value you listed on the form and the box.

alright, just sent it...$3.25 way cheaper than using FedEx Express... at least that's one win! 😉

I've got 3 books I need to mail out, weighing in at 2.1 kg total—definitely over the limit for a standard stamped letter.

Obviously, they aren't going in an envelope; they're packed in a box. I haven't sent more than one book at a time before (usually just tucked them into those thick yellow bubble mailers) and I've always used AT&T Express because that's what my buyers insist on. Is there any way to ship these without using AT&T Express so I can actually save some cash?

Man, I totally missed all those 7950 benchmarks, and I already pulled the trigger on a 660 Ti 🙂

It's fine though, the GeForce isn't even that much slower anyway...

Anyone else ever torn between picking up a GeForce GTX 660 Ti or a Radeon HD 7870? Which one did you end up grabbing? Thanks! ☕

Ugh, those mindless rom-coms like The Vow or What to Expect When You're Expecting... seriously? Who actually watches that stuff?
Is there anything better than those teen dance movies? Seriously, they're everything!

So, regarding my Intel card—I had zero issues getting registered on PayPal. Then I went to grab a month of file hosting from BitCoin ( https://secure.avangate.com/order/ch...c1d36f6bf80650), picked EUR, typed in my card info and CVV, and boom 🙏 it worked! It kicked me over to a 3DS verification page where my token number was already sitting there waiting for me. I just tapped the token to get my 6-digit code and the payment cleared instantly 😉
. But I’m totally stumped—why isn't my card (Intel) passing the Verified by Visa check when their own website says it absolutely has to 🤔
?

You can grab Paysafecard vouchers in USD at most local convenience stores, like a 7-Eleven or something... just check online for other spots nearby...
Just keep in mind you can't use them everywhere when you're traveling abroad, so definitely check the list first...
They usually have them in $30, $100, and $67
