Need help converting MP4 files? in Forum Help! ·
Well, it really just depends on which formats you're looking for.
Just give Google a quick search. Try typing in something like the current video format followed by supported format converter download.

Haha, I really wanted the username Nick Mafia...But oh well, I guess it's gone. Not like I'm going to sit here and cry about it though...

Does this mean I've hit the limit, or should I just dial it back to around 650MHz?

You probably got a disc included in the box specifically for installing a converter to switch your videos into a supported format.
If you didn't get one, just grab a converter like Handbrake online.

Eric Phillips3 said:Johnny Depp and Ashton Kutcher—well, even at a local spot like RL, they wouldn't mistake me for Johnny Depp, but there was this one stretch of time where people kept telling me I looked just like Ashton Kutcher, mostly because I was rocking a hairstyle pretty similar to his 😁

This is for sure 🙏🙏🙏
Around $3.75. ☕

Why on earth would we want to lie to anyone or mess with people's heads? Let's just all change our names to Nick and cause total chaos instead.😂
I didn't even bother collecting them! 🙂

What file format are we looking at here? How many kilobytes is it, and what are the actual dimensions? 🤷

Spot on!! I honestly can't stand it when people label everything as "bad food," unless we're actually talking about junk food. Bread isn't bad, hazelnuts aren't bad, chocolate isn't bad—it’s all about moderation.

I’ve tried acupuncture at the Mayo Clinic and it really does work; it definitely helps curb my hunger and keeps me from feeling so jittery. The catch is you have to go consistently, which is a massive pain since appointments are only every other week. If life gets in the way and you miss a session, that's when you start feeling the struggle again.

I watched it yesterday. It was a solid movie, though they absolutely botched the ending. Nicole Kidman is just perfect in it...
Thanks, everyone. The funeral was yesterday, and now I guess I just have to figure out how to move forward...

@Alex White6/">@@Alex White6: I am so incredibly sorry, but I have to be honest with you—if it’s already at Stage 3 or 4, there isn't much hope left, no matter how hard you fight or how much willpower you have. It's a heartbreaking reality. My mom was at Stage 3, moved to Stage 4, and passed away just three months after her diagnosis. All you can do now is stay by her side and make her as comfortable as possible. To anyone else reading this, please, go to your regular checkups. They truly save lives. My mom skipped hers for two years, and it cost her everything...😢
The One my heart truly goes out to you..

Does anyone know anything about Boswellia supplements or Iscador?
I remember reading something about Iscador somewhere on this forum, but I can't seem to track down the post. Has anyone here dealt with GMB relapses? What’s the best way to handle things? We aren't certain yet, but we're worried because the swelling keeps coming back.. 😢

That whole thing about Culkin is a total lie—just some modern myth floating around town. He’s actually incredibly quiet; he doesn't yell, and honestly, he barely even speaks!

The whole story was cooked up by women who couldn't stick to their diets and needed an excuse for why they stopped going to the trainer. I know one of them personally, and we've gone head-to-head about this a dozen times. This woman is easily 300 pounds, spends every single weekend bingeing on cookies and Coca-Cola, and then blames Culkin because when she asked how much longer she’d have to train, he told her, "At this rate? You'll be coming here for the rest of your life."

She claims he was being rude (I heard him myself, though), but if you ask me, he was being perfectly polite. I’d love to tell her, "Look, lady, if you keep stuffing your face like that every weekend, you're going to kill yourself." Bottom line: Culkin is cool, and if anyone is actually considering signing up, just go for it. All those rumors are nothing but pure fiction!

What's the food situation like near Vatican City?

Anyway, I’m starting with Car in March—just mentally prepping myself right now 😁 I really feel like he provides the highest quality care and actually prioritizes patient health above everything else. It’s totally legit, a fully registered practice, you get a receipt if you want one, and he’s definitely the most affordable option in town. You pay once for the initial visit $12, and once you drop the weight, all those follow-up checkups are FREE. He genuinely cares about helping you maintain the results!

I’ve actually tried his program before, but I just didn't have that mental "click." Honestly, you have to commit a ton of time to it (shopping and cooking every other day), which was my biggest struggle back then. Now that I'm clearing some things off my plate, I'll dive back in when I can. But my overall experience with him was great. If I had to name one major red flag, it would be those old ladies who hang out there; for anyone planning to start, here is my advice: NEVER engage them in conversation. DO NOT get sucked into stupid debates about food, because then you'll start overthinking it, and once you get home, you'll end up bingeing or cheating on the diet. Just ignore them like they don't even exist.

I know it sounds like silly advice, but once you start, you'll realize why staying in your own bubble is so important. And don't even tell your friends about it. Just do it. Talking about it just triggers cravings, making it way more likely that you'll mess up.
Thanks, everyone 🙂 It’s honestly such a shock how fast everything moved. Just this past summer, she was practically healthy—I mean, she already had it inside her, but there were no symptoms, and now, suddenly, she’s just gone... Last night, I even had that feeling twice where I thought she was calling out to me...
I can't even bring myself to cry anymore. I just feel this heavy, gnawing ache and a hollow emptiness deep inside, and I can't stop seeing my mom in my mind. I never even got the chance to properly say goodbye, and now I’m haunted by the memory of yesterday morning. Before I headed off to work, I reached out to touch her cheek with my cold hands, and she just jolted and started coughing, even though she had been so peaceful right before that. 😢 These are hands down the worst days of my life. There is so much more I want to tell her, to hold her tight one more time, to kiss her, to just talk to her... I feel like I'm in a trance; I just can't wrap my head around the fact that she isn't here...

It’s probably going to be super effective if you show up twice a month 🤣🤣🤣
My mom passed away this morning at 10:05, just three and a half months after her diagnosis... Even though I know I'm going to miss her terribly and will probably see her in my dreams far too often, there's a part of me that feels relieved. She's finally at peace now—no more pain, and she doesn't have to struggle just to take a sip of water anymore...
The hardest moment so far was watching them carry her out in her casket, but I know the absolute worst is still ahead of me when we lay her to rest. I've been leaning on painkillers all day just to get through, but I'm hanging in there somehow... Anyway, sending my best to everyone and wishing you all nothing but the best..
