I’ve spent a ton of time reading up on psoriasis, and honestly, the only thing that matters is finding a way to kick it for good. I dealt with this for maybe 20 years, or even longer—I can't even keep track anymore... but I can tell you that for the last decade or so, it’s been gone. I managed to beat it by blending traditional treatments, alternative methods, and modern medicine. These days, I don't need any specific therapy, though I do stick to a few healthy habits.
That’s my wish for all of you. Sometimes I even think about opening a wellness retreat where others could find some peace and healing too.
