So, here’s the deal... last night I started feeling this slight ache in my right testicle. I figured it would just go away overnight, but it hasn't. It isn't some massive, agonizing pain—it’s more like a dull, barely noticeable discomfort—but it definitely has me a little worried. It really flares up when I, say, stand up from a chair or put any sudden strain on my right leg. That’s the gist of it. Later on, I tried doing a self-exam. I didn't feel any lumps, but I have this nagging feeling that the right side looks larger than the left. Honestly, I can't be 100% sure, but it feels thicker, even if the length seems the same. Is there any reason to be concerned?
I’m on the hunt for a new bike because $500 mine finally kicked the bucket. I’m really hoping to find something from TREK if possible... anyone got any good recommendations? Plzzzzzzzz.... THANKS IN ADVANCE!!!!!🙏
How do I start a new thread? I thought I was supposed to click "Open New Topic" or something like that, but I can't seem to find it and I could really use some help.

I mean, I remember seeing posts on threads over 20 pages long where someone actually listed out how many posts every single user had contributed to that specific discussion. It was like they were sitting there manually counting them up.😕 🙏 🙏 🙏
What you're asking for is a totally different beast. As for the other thing, you can easily check the current post counts for any specific thread right now if you wanted to...........
First off, hi from both of us! We’re honestly relieved to see you guys actually have some kind of solution for cellulite, because we are currently losing the battle... here’s the deal: a few days ago, we decided to take matters into our own hands—literally—and start an all-out war against cellulite. Back then, there wasn't much of it, and it seemed totally manageable. Just a little massage for each other every day with some oil and cream, and we thought we were golden. Fast forward to now, and the situation is officially critical: we look like two golf balls.🙂 Now we’re sitting here wondering, shouldn't this stuff be disappearing with the massages instead of getting worse? It’s surfaced big time, and we actually convinced ourselves we were making progress because we could finally "see" results. But what kind of results? Exactly the opposite of what we wanted... Can anyone tell us if this is normal or if we’ve completely lost the plot? We heard somewhere that once it comes to the surface like this, you just have to keep massaging and everything will settle down. Hahahaha. It's honestly brutal when the kids walk by and joke, "Look, Mommy, two oranges are walking!"🙂 🙂 Best,
First off, hey everyone! We wanted to say hi to the whole group. Honestly, we’re so relieved to see that other people actually have solutions for cellulite, because right now, we are feeling pretty hopeless... So, here’s the deal: a few days ago, we decided to take matters into our own hands—literally—and start an all-out battle against cellulite. Back then, there wasn't much to deal with, and it seemed totally manageable. We just started giving each other daily massages with some oil and cream, and figured that was it. But now, things have taken a turn for the worse: we basically look like two golf balls🙂 And now we’re sitting here wondering—wasn't this supposed to disappear with the massages instead of getting way worse? It’s become super obvious on the surface, and we actually thought we were making progress since we could finally "see" results. But what kind of results? Exactly the opposite of what we actually wanted... Can anyone explain if this is normal or if we’ve completely gone down the wrong path? We heard somewhere that when it surfaces like this, you just need to keep massaging and it'll work out. Hahaha. Cheers from the two oranges🙏

In its most mild stage, it shows up on the elbows and the temples. It’s not that big of a deal, honestly—I've finally made my peace with it. Getting some sun really does wonders for me! Has anyone here actually dealt with psoriasis personally, or maybe known someone who managed to get it under control? I’m talking about truly clearing it up, even if it's just for a while. Is it even possible to get this under control for a few years so that it doesn't keep coming back?
It can be cured given enough time, but otherwise, it's a condition carried in your genes—the scales and redness are just how it shows up on the surface.🙄 There’s this one topical treatment you can apply to your skin and even ingest—it's loaded with B vitamins and actually works to clear things up for the long haul.👍
briskgull27 said:It all started just before my 18th birthday. I had always been the type to live for the music, the parties, being out on the town—a total dancer at heart. But suddenly, I felt this overwhelming urge to change everything, almost like I wanted to turn back the clock. For about a month, I practically lived in one spot, just staring blankly at books for hours on end. Then, at my 18th birthday bash, I had my first martini. Ugh, looking back, yuck.
Ever since then... It sounds strange, though maybe it doesn't after everything that's happened. Now, when I wake up, I don't have those calm, easygoing thoughts like my dad used to have, such as: "What a beautiful sunny day." Instead, it's more like: "Alright, let's get moving, no excuses!"
My son went through the exact same thing when he turned 18, at least I think that's when it hit him. I realized how sick he actually was when he attempted suicide by jumping from a building. Thank God it didn't end worse, but he's in the hospital now. I just don't know how to convince him that what he's seeing and feeling isn't reality; that it's just hallucinations that will either pass or fade away once the medication kicks in. Will he ever be the person he was before? He truly was such a wonderful kid.🙂

If you head over to blogspot.com, you can see exactly why grouping up like this actually makes sense.

I suppose people get the impression—the same one I had before I started training—that they're too old because they constantly see fifteen-year-olds winning medals in Karate or Taekwondo. It creates this idea that everyone trains from childhood, so you won't fit in. That isn't quite the case for more serious combat sports. For the more intense disciplines, that's just not true.
For BJJ, I could recommend www.subos.hr (you don't need to be a college student to train there). I know the crew is solid, and they have great results, which I guess means they're doing something right. Low dues, good people, and they have sessions almost every day... Most beginners are usually students, so I imagine you'll fit right in. 👍
Someone else will probably weigh in on the rest.
Thanks, I've actually looked into Subos before and even saw their flyer over at the engineering building, but I wasn't sure if the sessions in the West End were just a substitute for PE class or an actual club you could join to supplement your gym time (since I am a student at MIT, true, and almost finished with my degree).
I saw the title of this thread and figured I’d drop my question here. I’m 24, standing at 5'6" and weighing about 158 lbs, and I want to get into some kind of martial art. I know some people might say starting at 24 is a bit late, but I’m looking to do this recreationally at first—we'll see how much drive I actually have once I get moving. Right now, I’ve been hitting the gym for about three years, though I've had a few breaks along the way.
To be clear, I'm not looking for anything high-impact or aggressive. I don't want a sport where the main goal is to strike, smash, or injure someone. I'm more interested in competitive sports focused on control—where the idea is to neutralize an opponent or transition them into a specific position.
There are two paths I'm currently weighing: Judo or some form of wrestling (like Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu or one of the other grappling disciplines).
I would really value your thoughts and any advice you can give me.
I'm looking for a program that lets me see everything being typed on my computer throughout the day. Basically, I want to install something, run it, and then be able to review a log of all the keystrokes at the end of the day. Does anyone know if there's something like this available online? (Ideally something free, of course)
