Why is the truth so hard for people to swallow? It feels like most would rather dodge reality entirely than face it.
Do you think those who refuse to sugarcoat things—the ones who value honesty above all else—ever actually want to be liked when they finally get called out?
It’s easy to just follow the crowd and say whatever everyone else wants to hear just to keep the peace.
I had my routine physical about eight days ago. The bloodwork showed elevated levels for ALT—at 156 (normal range 0-48)—and GGT at 126 (normal range 0-55). So, I went ahead and got tested for hepatitis markers, and those all came back totally fine. My doctor suggested I start taking some B-complex vitamins. Then I followed up with a specialist who ran an ultrasound and discovered I have a fatty liver. That same day, the doctor told me to get more blood work done. I went back for the tests, and while most of everything looks okay, my ALT is still at 139 and GGT is at 120, plus AST is at 48 (range 0-38). Everything else is normal, and the numbers have dropped slightly compared to the first set. Does anyone have recommendations for specific medications or a certain diet to help get these levels back to normal?
Man, you guys are pathetic. Check out my beast -Intel Pentium 4 800 -Motherboard (some old Gigabyte from back in '05) -2x512 MB DDR 400 MHz RAM -NVIDIA GeForce 6600 -200 GB SATA HDD with 8 MB cache And I've even got the GPU overclocked to 480/60 MHz
Over the last few weeks, I’ve started feeling this intense tightness around my heart—like there's actual pressure and my heart is pounding harder than usual. I can even feel the palpitations and that heavy pressure while I'm sleeping! Could coffee be the culprit? It’s a catch-22: if I don't drink it, I get these splitting headaches, but if I do, my heart starts racing uncontrollably. I’ve dealt with chronic headaches for years now. If I take a caffeine pill, I feel nauseous all day long, but if I skip it, the headache becomes absolutely unbearable. I also spend most of my workday staring at a computer screen, which I suspect might be draining me too. On top of all that, for about a year and a half, I’ve had daily pain just under my left ribcage (maybe an issue with my stomach?). Sometimes it’s sharp, sometimes it’s dull. I’ve already gone through a gastroscopy and a full abdominal ultrasound, but everything came back totally normal. Right now, I'm trying some homeopathic remedies, and they seem to be helping a little bit.
If anyone has any suggestions or advice, I'd really appreciate it. Thanks!

I haven't been around that long yet, but I definitely plan to be.🙂
I was running Windows Vista on an AMD Sempron 2600+ with an ATI Radeon 9250+ and 512 Gigabytes of RAM, and honestly, it held up pretty well. Once I bumped the RAM up to 768 Gigabytes, it actually felt almost as snappy as Windows XP.

He told me he’s done trying things like that because the pain was just too much to handle. He barely made it out alive, let alone mobile. He had to go through this grueling spinal surgery. The thing is, he genuinely thinks he’s Jesus, and the fact that his recovery has been so incredible only makes him more convinced. The doctors straight-up told him he’d never walk again, yet here he is, practically sprinting. It just feeds right into his delusions. He’s still at the hospital for now. Honestly, you should hear him play—it's something else.🙂
I’m feeling pretty clueless here 😁 Does anyone know how to actually set up a moving avatar from this site? I feel like I’ve tried every single trick in the book, but nothing is working... help! I even tried using ImageShack and stuff, but I'm just totally lost 🙂
It’s already in the past... nothing today either... Honestly, I think I was just struggling mentally more than anything else. I did a little reading on it and realized I was just overthinking things. It definitely hurt, but from what I can gather now, there could be a million different reasons for why it happened. Thanks a lot
Honestly, I’m not even sure if it actually increased... if it did, the change is so subtle I’d probably never notice it drawing any attention. I think I'll just wait out a few days, and if things don't improve, I'll head to the doctor. But there's always a massive line at the clinic, sometimes hours long, and I really don't feel like wasting my time sitting in a waiting room for nothing.
