Spirulina is basically this tiny spiral-shaped algae—that’s actually how it got its name. It’s packed with stuff like easy-to-digest proteins, essential amino acids, vitamins B and E, iron, selenium, and it's an awesome source of GLA. It’s usually recommended for athletes, nursing moms, or women who are pregnant. You can grab it in either powder or tablet form. I personally started taking it because I'm trying to get ready to start a family. My only real hesitation is that since it's so high in protein, I have this nagging feeling it might cause some weight gain.
I’m curious about whether photocopiers and toner emit any kind of radiation, and if so, how much? I'd also love to know what specific types of radiation we're talking about and what the actual health risks might be. 😕
And once more::: for every single movie genre:::: Holden Caulfield:::: 🙏 🙏 🙏 🙏 :it’s an absolute masterpiece, even after all these years since I was fifteen. 😁
Thanks for getting back to me! My results mentioned ovaries with a lot of small follicles, so I’m assuming that means PCOS. Honestly, I was starting to think about trying for a baby, so this news really caught me off guard. Do I have to be on hormone therapy for a long time? I’ve been reading up on ovulation induction if my cycles aren't actually ovulating. I’ve also started drinking some herbal teas that people on these forums recommended for this kind of thing.
Hi everyone, I’m new here! I have a quick question: is it actually possible to have regular periods—complete with all the usual stuff like sore breasts and other symptoms—without actually ovulating? My doctor hasn't seen any signs of ovulation during my last two checkups, so now I'm heading in to get my hormone levels tested. While I wait for those results, I was wondering if anyone else has gone through something similar?
Hey everyone... I was doing some digging on Google and ended up finding this forum... I’ve already scrolled through almost this entire thread 😬
So...
The first day of my last period was March 25th, but I had sex on March 11th
My period was supposed to start on April 22nd, so a couple days ago I tried a Clearblue test. It was four days after my expected date (though I didn't take it first thing in the morning, just later in the day) and it came back negative
Today is already the 6th day since I was due... I'm noticing some increased white discharge, and while I wouldn't call them "cramps," I am feeling a tiny bit of discomfort in my abdomen...
I'm wondering if that last time we had sex was actually right during ovulation or what?
Also... how reliable is the test I used?
When would be the best time to test again? Is it too early to try again today?
I am such a huge fan of Mr. Bean! I’ve been watching all his movies and shows since I was a little kid, and honestly, I still rewatch them because they never fail to crack me up. To me, he’s basically the modern-day Charlie Chaplin! I’m so hyped to see his latest movie, even though it’s going to be the very last Bean film ever.
You could try dropping hints that you’re really craving someone special by your side—someone who’s more than just a friend. You know, that feeling of actually missing that connection... blah, blah, blah. You can lay it all out there, but honestly, it all comes down to your delivery and the vibe of the moment. You don't want to be too blunt about it, especially since you're naturally a bit shy! 😬 If he picks up on those "hidden" signals and happens to feel the exact same way, he'll probably bring up the whole "what are we" conversation himself, since there won't be any fear of rejection hanging in the air. Fingers crossed! 😘

Honestly, I don't really care what you thought. I was actually about to say that it definitely caught me off guard the first time, but not after that since I already knew how it ends—even though the movie is so good I still watch it with total suspense.
"Dinner with an old friend." The Silence of the Lambs🙏
Jerry Martin19 said:I wouldn't exactly agree, since that's one of those movies where you can basically say Spoiler...Maybe he's the one...
Me and a buddy watched this movie together and man, that feeling just hit me hard... Honestly, pretty mediocre flick considering you've got Johnny Depp and John tortura leading the charge, not to mention David Koepp behind the camera...
Fair enough... but let's be real, whenever Johnny Depp is on screen, my objectivity totally flies out the window.😍
