What an incredible movie!!! I can't quite put my finger on it—maybe it's Denzel Washington's performance, the setting, the plot itself, or just the soundtrack...🙏
Look, maybe just take it easy on the sex for a bit... if it was your first time, things might be a little sore, or maybe you were just going at it a bit too hard all day and now you're feeling the burn. Or did it just hurt once, or is the pain lingering after you're finished?
Chris Cunningham is basically a legend when it comes to music videos—one of those true visionaries behind the lens! Check out some of his most iconic work:

Here’s my foolproof three-step routine for kicking a cold.
1. GARLIC 2. BEETS 3. LEMONADE
Garlic is a powerhouse—it basically nukes a cold on contact. WORRIED ABOUT BREATH? Just snack on some raw parsley and wash it down with a glass of milk. That does the trick and keeps your breath smelling fine.
If you throw some oranges and kiwi into the mix too, you won't even have to worry about getting sick.
There's so much nutrition packed into real food and fruit that we don't really need those overpriced, harsh medications.
You might want to look into hypnosis; I've heard it can really help people quit. There's this specialist out in Santa Monica who works with it, though I don't know much else about his practice.
I haven't even checked out a single episode yet. Honestly, that kind of stuff just isn't really my thing... though, I guess I might give it a look eventually...

Even when you’ve spent your whole life being loyal to them—even after they hurt you and turned their backs right when you needed them most—you still find a way to make it. You pull yourself up, succeed, and build a life. But then, like clockwork, they resurface. Suddenly, they’re back, demanding your time and looking for your support, all while continuing that relentless, nonstop criticism. Despite all my efforts, deep down, I just can't bring myself to forgive them.
She shouldn't even be here. 😳
The meetings and workshops just keep happening, only to devolve back into those same negative, draining situations. If it were up to me, I would have ended this agonizing cycle a long time ago. But between the grandkids running around and my husband constantly pushing for this "perfect, harmonious family" image, I’m stuck. They’re the reason this whole mess is dragging on, and honestly, it's wrecking my health.
Put yourself and your family first. It’s time to stop looking back and start focusing on the here and now—especially on the people who truly need you and love you for exactly who you are.
I can't help but wonder: how much of our parents' nonsense are we actually supposed to just swallow? At what point does "respecting your elders" turn into letting them walk all over you? When is it finally time to say, "I’ve had enough"? Is it ever okay?
You really should have cut ties the second you moved out on your own.
How much gratitude do we actually owe our parents for the good things they did?
It was their job to raise you right. Now they actually expect you to say "thank you" for being treated unfairly?
Family is supposed to be your safe haven—the people who have your back and offer nothing but support and friendship. In my case, it’s the complete opposite. My mother is the one pulling all the strings, while my father just stands by, totally indifferent, acting like he's relieved he isn't the one being targeted. No matter how hard I try to distance myself or create some space, she always finds a way to reel me back in. I feel like an old, worn-out floor mat—completely useless, yet still stuck around simply because nobody feels like finding a better one.
That’s exactly how you end up stuck—you keep searching for excuses to justify what they do. You have to realize that this kind of behavior isn't normal, and there is absolutely no excuse for it. Why on earth should you have to suffer just because they are dealing with their own issues?

Yeah, I know—I use all those widgets on my blogs, but I specifically wanted one for my forum profile and signature... but I guess that's against the rules, so... whatever.
