I’m going through the exact same thing... my fingers, palms, and toes are itching like crazy...😕 I have no clue what's causing it, but I'm starting to think it's some kind of allergy...
Yeah, probably a whole lot But hey, if it's not an issue, I'm just looking for some basics—maybe even a book with diagrams showing how to execute specific strikes and where I can pick one up.
Hey everyone, greetings to you all! :klap: 👋 I was wondering if anyone could show me, tell me, or basically explain how to properly hit a heavy bag. I’ve got a bag at home and I’ve been hitting it a little bit, but I want to start training seriously and doing it the right way so I can avoid any potential injuries—God forbid anything permanent happens. Because sometimes when I really go for it and start throwing punches without much technique (or so I think), my wrist starts hurting pretty bad. Also, I'm curious about how to strengthen my jaw. Thanks in advance! And look, I know I should probably head to a local gym or ask a boxer for advice, but honestly, for some reason, I feel a bit embarrassed. It’s not that I’m actually ashamed, it just feels kind of silly, if you know what I mean. Thanks again for any advice, and sorry for the long post.
About two years ago, I noticed these little bumps—kind of like tiny white pimples—on my foreskin. I went to see a doctor who cauterized them, but now, two years later, they’re back. They've popped up on my foreskin again. Last time, the number of bumps actually increased after a while, and they seemed a bit larger. They’re white, and if you squeeze them, a small, firm white bead-like substance comes out.
I’ve been doing some reading and came across the term "papulae coronae glandis"... but most of what I read says those show up right along the edge of the glans. Mine are on the foreskin, and during my last treatment, one even appeared further down under the skin rather than on the head itself.
I’m getting a little worried here. If anyone has dealt with something similar, could you let me know how you handled it? I really don't want to go through the cauterization process again because, honestly, it was pretty painful and uncomfortable.
On top of that, I’ve had this white patch on the glans for a while now that peels slightly every now and then. It looks like some kind of pigmentation issue, but it’s been there for months. I don't think it's related since they showed up at totally different times.
Neither the bumps nor the patch sting, itch, or cause any pain... Please... any advice would be appreciated.
That movie was a total disaster. I mean, I’ve always had mixed feelings about Johnny Depp 😍, but even he couldn't save this one. And honestly, I was actually looking forward to it.
Thanks, everyone. I can honestly say it was such an incredible honor to know her and call her my friend. I’m going to miss her terribly—her passing has left such a massive void in my life. She was truly one of a kind, just an extraordinary soul. And knowing her like I do, I know she’d want me to tell you this: never give up, and always keep believing in miracles.
I can't seem to get this one to download. I managed to grab the first two parts just fine, but this one is being stubborn, so oh well! It would be a huge lifesaver if anyone had it—ideally in AVI or MPG format—and wouldn't mind sending it my way! Thanks in advance!
I noticed this thread has been pretty quiet for a while, but I’m still hoping someone might point me in the right direction. I was wondering—for the med school entrance exams, do I really need to have the entire periodic table memorized? It probably sounds like a silly question, but I figured it was worth asking.
I truly believe Zendaya had friends here, or at least some dear people she loved to talk with. That’s why, with a grief I can’t quite put into words, I have to let you all know that on January 6th, she lost her battle with illness and left us.
So, here’s the situation... my period was supposed to start on December 26th. Since then, I’ve taken two pregnancy tests, and both came back positive. But then, yesterday and today, I started dealing with this intense abdominal pain. When I woke up this morning, I realized I had bled heavily—so, I guess it's my period?! But how does that even make sense? Two positive tests and now, just 12 days later, I'm bleeding... if you can even call it a period at this point. 🙄 Anyway, I managed to get an appointment with my doctor for Tuesday, but I was wondering if anyone has any advice or thoughts in the meantime...
I’ve brought this up before, but I’m firmly against the DEATH PENALTY, and honestly, even for a monster like Saddam Hussein. If anything, I think Bush is a far worse criminal, yet he gets off scot-free... The US has already caused more deaths in Iraq than Saddam ever did, and I shudder to think how many more lives will be lost down this road.😢 And that cell phone footage? It’s absolutely gut-wrenching... everything about it—the video, the way he was executed, the death penalty itself, and just the sheer number of innocent people dying every single day... HORRIFIC It all boils down to oil, manipulating religions, playing people against each other, and that endless cycle of money and oil.👎 Damn these wars!!
briskgull27 said:This illness is so incredibly terrifying that even doctors hesitate to write down the diagnosis on your chart. Personally, I don't even know what's so "wrong" with me, and honestly, I don't want to find out because it's a lifelong battle. I've been dealing with this for 10 years now. People constantly compare it to diabetes. It’s so heavy that you'll find some "alternative medicine" guru trying to recruit you. A doctor friend of mine once explained that it's sometimes called the "cancer of the soul." As for me, I have zero interest in accepting that "reality." That's all for now. 👏 Would you actually want to have a close friend or a family member living with schizophrenia?
Hey briskgull27, please tell me—how did you figure out you had schizophrenia?? What are the symptoms like????? I have no idea what's happening to me.... I get these intrusive thoughts that just hit me out of nowhere. I was watching that movie "A Beautiful Mind" recently where the lead actor has schizophrenia, and there's this scene where he talks about how with the condition, the people or things you love haven't actually disappeared or died, but the worst part is you convince yourself they never even existed in the first place... does that happen to you too??? Because that's exactly what happens to me with the things that matter most to me—I keep questioning myself and trying to convince myself it didn't happen, over and over again.... God, it's killing me... please, if it's not too much trouble, could you let me know... and keep it 🙂
