Honestly, you don't need to worry about any transfers. If you have your X-rays, MRI, and all your other results from the orthopedic specialist and therapy, just take them to an orthopedist in El Paso. Once you book your appointment, that’s it. If the doctor there recommends surgery, you simply coordinate a date and complete whatever necessary pre-op testing is required. If they suggest physical therapy instead, you just head to rehab and follow up whenever they tell you to.
I had knee surgery at the Mayo Clinic, and afterward, I went back for follow-ups in El Paso and San Diego. I believe if Dr. Alexandria is still practicing, he is absolutely wonderful.
My experience was a bit different: I first went to the ER, then to an orthopedist. He requested an X-ray, though he already had my hospital scans on hand. I started physical therapy for a month in a local clinic, and while things seemed to improve initially, my knee eventually locked up. I couldn't move at all all night; I was in so much pain I was screaming. The next day, I rushed to the hospital for an ultrasound, which finally pinpointed the issue—the very thing that should have been addressed urgently when I first arrived at the ER. After the doctor reviewed my scans (which were all done at the Mayo Clinic), I saw a different orthopedist with all my updated records. We scheduled the surgery immediately. After finishing my pre-op tests—including heart imaging, lung scans, repeat knee scans, blood work, and meeting the anesthesiologist—I was in surgery within a week. Two days later, I was transferred to a rehab center for recovery, where I spent a month and a half bedridden, followed by another month of outpatient therapy. Dr. Zelich was my surgeon.
Later on, I sought out second opinions (from Dr. Alexandria in El Paso and Dr. Nemec in San Diego), but unfortunately, it wasn't possible to continue playing professional volleyball, so I had to hang up my jersey. I actually tried training for a year while dealing with the pain before deciding to get those second opinions.
Your primary doctor can write a referral for an orthopedic consultation and even for an X-ray (though I'm not sure how long the wait is for a knee X-ray) without needing a specialist's recommendation. However, you will definitely need a specialist's referral for an ultrasound or an MRI. Usually, the wait for an MRI is several months, so I personally prefer going to a private clinic for mine.
A friend of mine was taken off life support recently. She had been on a ventilator for two weeks, but unfortunately, there wasn't even a glimmer of hope for recovery, let alone just staying stable. When the doctors approached her family about organ donation, they made the difficult decision to authorize everything.
It was such a tragic situation—she suffered severe hemorrhaging, brain swelling, and multiple skull fractures. It was honestly devastating; she was deprived of oxygen for at least ten minutes, and the medical team wasn't even sure how they managed to resuscitate her enough to get her on life support in the first place.
edit:
This happened back in 2012. She was only 20 years old, and the injuries were all caused by a traumatic fall resulting in head trauma.
Of course! I already reached out to them.
I can't post the direct link here because I don't want to run afoul of Google's advertising policies regarding Kamagra online in the US
The site mentions they carry several different varieties, so it really depends on what you're looking for and how many packs you grab. It’s pretty transparent, though—once you select the quantity, the price updates automatically.
Would you guys ever consider ordering something like this, or do you run into issues with it?
If you have experienced any trouble, please feel free to share how you first discovered the issue, how long it took you to react, and whether or not you ended up seeing a doctor.
In the States, you can pick these up over the counter at most pharmacies, or even just order them online
He hasn't even looked at porn since he started taking the pills. He actually joked that it’s a "smart investment" to save money on subscriptions, haha! But I’ll definitely make sure to tell him that he shouldn't be watching it even by accident. I honestly agree that excessive porn consumption could easily be a factor behind ED; most of those videos are so extreme that it becomes hard to get properly aroused during actual intimacy with a partner, since real life doesn't involve constant group scenes or those intense scenarios you see on screen.
I suggested he go get checked out by a doctor—specifically to look at his kidney function regarding hormone levels, and of course, to see a urologist. Most men find it incredibly embarrassing to admit these things because of their ego, especially when they're young.
Is anyone else here dealing with impotence? How did you first realize there was an issue? Once things started not working quite like they used to, did you head straight to a doctor, or did you start experimenting with things like Viagra or Kamagra on your own?
I’m posting this because of a friend. His partner actually stumbled upon the issue by accident when she found some Kamagra tablets he had been keeping. He’s been using them regularly for about three years now.
He started taking them toward the end of his last relationship because he noticed he couldn't perform—honestly, there were at least five times where he just couldn't get an erection. Since then, he hasn't even attempted to be intimate without medication, as he told me he's terrified of failing again. Everything used to be perfectly fine before that happened.
He takes the Kamagra on his own, without a prescription, and claims the effects last for about two days.
He even admitted to me that while his libido is still there, he refuses to try anything without a pill because he doesn't even respond to adult content without them.
I'm curious if anyone else has faced something similar. This is for a guy who started using Kamagra when he was 30; he'll be 33 this year.
Aside from this, his general health seems to be in great shape.
Is it possible that my comments played a role? I mentioned to him that he struggled with his ex because he wasn't attracted to her anymore, and now I wonder if he's stuck in a cycle of fear and habit.
Personally, I think that might be the root of it; even if you have trouble with one person, if the attraction isn't there or you're arguing constantly, it's bound to happen.
Has anyone ever experienced a situation where they couldn't perform with one partner, but everything worked perfectly fine with someone else they were actually attracted to?
He used to be able to just go to bed with anyone, whether it was a long-term partner or just a casual hookup.
He also had chlamydia at one point, though he's been clear of it for about a year now.
I would really appreciate hearing about your experiences.
Thank you all.
Kate Watson54 said:Hi everyone... I have a quick question. I sent some money via the post office on July 21st, and it still hasn't hit the recipient's account! Is that normal when you pay through the post office, or does it usually take this long?
Well, if you're making a payment at a post office or at a bank where the recipient doesn't hold an account, it typically takes about two or three business days for the funds to clear. However, if you're transferring money within the same bank where they have their account, it should show up almost instantly.😁
Sandra Martin72 said:I don't know why everyone gets so worked up about it. My breasts are quite small, and one is actually even smaller than the other—to the point where if I stretch my arm out, it looks like my chest just disappears into my torso! It’s almost like having a masculine silhouette, so I just avoid raising my arms altogether.😁The other one is similar; even when I lift my arm and feel okay, I honestly think the larger one is bigger, though I know I'm just a B cup. But goodness, if the smaller one isn't literally half the size, it's definitely an A!
And you know what I told myself? If I actually had money to burn, I wouldn't even bother with breast augmentation, lipo, or anything like that (maybe down the road), but my very first surgery would be leg lengthening. I have such long legs—well, they aren't objectively "long," but I have a terrible time finding pants that fit. Everything is always too short! And once I put on heels, I end up being taller than half the men in the world. Plus, in heels, I look like a literal flagpole because I'm so thin and don't have much of a curve to my bust or hips to balance it out. It's a struggle.😂
I'm not even that tall, only about 5'8", but I feel awkward. Being slender makes me feel like a total stick whenever I wear heels.🤣
There are days when I'm happy with myself, but then there are moments when I really regret my small bust. I can't wear low-cut tops because there's nothing to show, and I can't wear those shirts with the cutout in the middle for the exact same reason. Maybe if I could just shift the other side toward the center... though I have no idea how to move things around like that! Hahaha, lol, lol.
Just kidding, of course.
Hehe, well, if it helps to hear, I'm about 5'9", and don't even get me started on buying pants. Every time I find a pair where the length is right, the waist ends up being two sizes too big!😂 I'm also tall and skinny like a flagpole—it's awful. I try to gain some weight, but it just won't happen; I need maybe another 10 pounds.😢 😢
I actually wish I had fewer curves so I wouldn't look so lanky, but since I don't have much of a bust or hips anyway, it's a moot point.😂
But oh well.
For me, the left side is definitely larger, and it's noticeable even though I wear a pretty small size.😍 😂
I am so incredibly sorry to hear that... unfortunately, I don't have the answer you're looking for, but I would definitely suggest checking with a doctor; they should be able to give you some clarity.
I'm wishing your sister a very speedy recovery, and sending lots of luck your way. 😘
This is the first time I’ve dealt with this—my mail carrier didn't even leave a slip before heading back out with my package. How does that even happen? According to the tracking, it was marked as delivered on Monday the 1st, but then I ended up getting slips for two other packages on Tuesday or Wednesday instead... I honestly have no idea why I didn't get the notification to go pick mine up.
And I really don't understand why they charge those $1.75 fees upon delivery for every single package. One time I actually had to shell out $10 just for one delivery; it drove me absolutely crazy... if I had known he was going to ring the bell, I would have just answered 😁 or gone out to meet him myself... it feels like they're just nickel-and-diming us at every turn 😠
A few times now, people have sent things to me via standard mail, and I don't even realize it until the carrier drops it in my mailbox or leaves a note. In those cases, I don't even have to sign for anything when I go to retrieve them.
To me, that seems so disorganized because things can easily get lost that way. I always prefer shipping items as standard packages, and if I'm in a rush, I'll just send them via certified mail—it's much more reliable, plus the local post office is right around the corner from me.😁
$7.00 It’s the same if I send it via certified mail; I end up paying extra sometimes too... though honestly, it's just a few bucks more or less
When I drop off a package at my local USPS office, I usually pay around $5.00 😁
