Is it just me, or is the "it was a great lesson" line getting a bit old every time a massive underdog gets absolutely demolished? It’s fine to be proud of the effort, but at some point, you have to admit there's just a massive gap in quality. Does anyone else feel like that phrase is just a polite way of masking a total blowout?

It’s a massive matchup for both sides today, and if Utah wants to actually show up, they need that specific duo to step up—especially since Phoenix’s interior defense is basically a sieve right now. Milsap dropped 18 and 25 in his first two outings against them. That’s enough info for me.
Golden State Warriors vs. New Orleans | 1.75
Bogut, Lee, Curry, and the rest of the crew. Golden State is dealing with injury after injury, so they’re rolling out a pretty banged-up rotation tonight. Since Eric Gordon came back, New Orleans has been playing solid ball, and honestly, I think they can walk away with an easy win. Someone mentioned the Warriors might be eyeing a tanking season. Who knows? Maybe. Either way, it's worth a shot.

Frye is officially out, which means one less guy to set screens and feed Nash. He should be able to carry himself to at least 12 points tonight. He’s averaging 12.5 through two games this season. Pretty straightforward.
And I really need these two tickets to hit because my gut won't let me parlay Milsap and Nash together. Threw Oklahoma in there just for the hell of it.

I didn't even think it was a good play, but I hit it anyway. They didn't have it listed during the prep phase, and since I'm planning on blowing my online winnings on the Lakers game and eleven other matchups tomorrow, I figured I'd just take the under on this one while it sat there unplayed. Look, you can see the pattern—scoring totals are tanking. It went from 52 down to 45. Next, it’ll be 38 dropping to 31 and the under hits. (Hint: look at yesterday's Utah game; things started hot then totally flatlined.)
Oh yeah, I missed it, but does anyone know what the total point line was for the Cleveland game? It wasn't even an option in the afternoon, and by the time I remembered to check, the game was already underway. Just curious.
