What do you mean it doesn't offer it? Just open the page, click Share, then hit Download right underneath—you can just log in using your Facebook, Twitter, or Google account.
If it’s still acting up, just shoot me a PM with your email address and I'll send the PDF over directly. 🙂
@ rustywalker1 "Extensions - all supported filetypes are entered as text separated by comma: asf, avi, divx, m2v, m4v, m2ts, mts, mkv, mp4, mov, flv, mpeg, mpg ... If you don't want to open a specific file type with BSPlayer, just pull its extension out of this list. You can also toss in new extensions here if you want BSPlayer to handle them by default." That's specifically for Internet Explorer Favorites.
If you're using something like Firefox or Chrome, just export your bookmarks to an HTML file, upload that file to Gmail / Outlook / Yahoo... then on the new computer, simply import those bookmarks from the HTML.
Not sure how it works on Windows 7 (I’m stuck using Windows XP at the office, but I have Windows 8 at home), but PDF thumbnails show up just fine for me in File Explorer. 🤷
Adobe Reader 11.0.4, English, Windows 7 = 48.2 MB (not including that McAfee Security Scan plus)
Robin Johnson said:I installed all the drivers right at the start. I should be good to go; once I ran Slim Drivers, it didn't flag anything else missing.
Otherwise, you can always hunt for drivers here. 😉
Robin Johnson said:What would that even mean—that they aren't activated?😕 Everything works fine for me, so I assume they are activated. Not sure...😕 I'm no expert, but they look activated to me.😁
Control Panel, System and Security, System Check what it says under "Windows activation" 🙂
---------- Did I miss something, or did you forget to mention which computer or laptop you're actually using? Asking because of the drivers. Wouldn't that make updating the system easier?
BTW, are we talking about Win 7 Ultimate 32-bit or 64-bit? 🤔
Looks good. Those "features" 😁 are exactly what I need. I'll put the order in next week. 👍
PS. Does "Headquarters: In stock, ready for immediate dispatch" mean they could just toss it in a van and have it delivered to Cleveland by tomorrow? 😁
First off, I just need this for backups. That Western Digital LAN drive caught my eye because the price looks pretty solid (though maybe I'm dreaming?). Best Buy is close by, and their payment terms work for me.
To be a bit of a nuisance, I wanted to ask about this specific model, the 2 TB, 3.5", USB 3.0 (from a German manufacturer). What’s your take? 🙂
I'm using a Motorola Razr WLAN DSL router that features four LAN ports on the back.
According to this section here: LAN : 4 x 10Base-T/100Base-TX - RJ-45 Data Transfer Rate 108 Mbps Data Link Protocol Ethernet, Fast Ethernet, IEEE 802.11b, IEEE 802.11g
So, does that mean I should be looking for a USB drive instead of a LAN disk?🤔
Thomas Wells5 said:Let me see about that...that 2.5-inch spec is for a laptop drive, which explains why it’s pricey xD Actually, considering the capacity 😁 , it isn't even that bad. Thanks for the input.
Correction to my own mistake: looking at the part number on the manufacturer's site (ST31000524NS), this is actually a 3.5" drive 😳
