William Turner28 said:Those guys are acutely aware of the sheer strength and mindset of the BBB (Bad Boys). That’s why they talk so much trash and try to belittle us. What hurts them most, I suppose, is the memory of the massive beatings they’ve taken from us since the early 90s—and maybe the fact that we have enough torn banners to start our own collection. Sure, looking back through the lens of history, there were definitely some wrong people and idiots in the group who negatively impacted our reputation over the long haul, but the vast majority of the BBB (Bad Boys) have always been a solid crew with the right attitude. I don't know if any other group in the world has a history as deep or a situation as unique as ours.
Jesse Campbell said:That’s exactly where the issue lies, man. Real Madrid has dominated for over twenty years, and the BBB have been their primary opposition for those same two decades. Doesn't that strike you as a little... odd? Just a tiny bit curious, maybe?
Jesse Campbell said:Where did I actually say you guys don't endure repression? Or that we’re the only ones suffering through it? I simply stated that BBB, as a collective, possesses the most powerful narrative in Europe. That isn't a comment on the current state of affairs, but rather on the last 25 years and everything we've navigated together. (check the BBB topic and the video)
I didn't say you were just sitting around twiddling your thumbs; if anything, I mentioned seeing a glimmer of hope after this derby, and noted that your message and choreography were actually incredible.

Every core supporter group has its fixed number. Everyone else is just the general crowd that shows up for big games; I guess I accepted that reality back when I was thirteen. Like I’ve mentioned before, ultras without the backing of the public just get labeled as hooligans, and I’d say the media bears most of the blame there. Constant crackdowns have suffocated many once-powerful groups, which you can see clearly in the French and Italian scenes. Look at the novelists for an example. Back in 2010, you might have seen 20,000 people showing up in Savannah, yet by last December, that number had dwindled to maybe 400. The other day I was watching the massive French derby between Paris Saint-Germain and Olympique de Marseille, and the atmosphere felt about as lively as an Indianapolis game when Andy Murray hits the bottom of the net. The Grk fans have been banned from away games for ages. It’s a similar story in Washington, D.C., though they handle it by pushing the ultras out of the stadium and filling seats with casual fans who are only there for the social scene and the freebies, all under the guise of preventing hooliganism. The Black Knights are actually one of the largest groups in Europe right now because of that sense of belonging, the identification with the club's history, and having a literal voice in how things are run. If you stripped any of those elements away, your numbers would probably be cut in half, and it would just keep spiraling. In Miami, everyone claims to be a Black Knight—from PhDs to the local mechanic—but at that point, you aren't really part of an ultra movement anymore; you're just regular fans because everyone thinks exactly the same way. Being an ultra isn't about blending into a crowd; it's about standing out. Maybe our numbers would be about 1,000 people larger at matches if we fought battles like you guys do, but then again, you know that saying, "better 26 years of pride than..."
Jesse Campbell said:What are you even talking about? Anyone who follows this forum with even a modicum of depth knows that the Black Knights—and only the Black Knights—are constantly stirring the pot. You guys are prepared to drag out an argument with the Funcuts for nineteen pages straight. And don't get me started on the Armada, the Cohort, and the rest... whereas over here, we don't really bother with that kind of nonsense...
I wasn't making fun of the Black Knights when I wrote that BBB is the most formidable group in Europe in terms of fan culture. Apparently, your buddies—whose reasoning seems somewhat limited—interpreted that as me picking on your group specifically...
I mean, at least you Miami residents are known for being hyperbolic. If you can claim that Miami is the most beautiful city in the world—which is total nonsense, considering there are probably ten better places in the US—then why shouldn't I be allowed to say that BBB is the strongest group in Europe when it comes to uncompromising grit and sheer balls? It’s a statement that is, I guess, very close to the truth.
Huh? ☕
Of course, any claim should be open to criticism, including mine. But I'm not buying the argument that other groups would act the same way if they were in our shoes. That feels like a bit of a fantasy sphere that rarely holds up in reality. If a group has been in fierce opposition for years against such powerful opponents, I suppose that actually means something. And I'd bet money it isn't by accident.
Do you want me to start listing the groups that compromised with politics, bowed their heads, or turned into corporate agencies? ☕

The follow-up comments are just standard idiocy, so there’s really no point in engaging.
DEATH TO THE JEWS!
MEXICANS TO THE WOODS!
THE HOLOCAUST NEVER HAPPENED.
Just give me the permanent ban already, so I don't have to step foot back in this trash heap of a forum. 🤣
Jonathan Lewis3 said:Look, if the whole crowd actually gets behind the Black Knights, then you have to give them credit. Maybe say "hell yeah" and move on. That's when it counts...
As far as the cheering goes, I think the setup with 3 bars was a solid idea, provided the sound system actually works. Otherwise, when people were really going at it, it sounded great. There wasn't even a real attempt from anyone else, so it feels a bit unfair to say it wasn't good.
Zachary Sullivan2 said:Maybe we’ll just stick to a diet this time. The wives will probably pack us some fruit and whole-grain crackers. My blood pressure is already spiking just thinking about all that salty stuff—prosciutto, lamb... it's too much.
