He’s been on this deep journey of awakening for years now, soaking up all kinds of literature and life experiences... and now? He just can't find any meaning in anything. He says he hasn't found a single thing that gives him hope that we’re here for any reason other than being food.
He honestly views this whole world as a flawed piece of work—like something went wrong during the Creation. He thinks we're just programmed, living in some kind of matrix where entities stomp all over us like we're characters in a video game with zero free will. He doesn't find any joy in life; he's just deeply, profoundly unhappy. He can't stand the injustice and the sheer pain of this dimension. I can feel his sadness... and it makes me so sad just being around it. He’s one of those truly good, gentle souls... how am I even supposed to help him?
I’ve actually felt that firsthand at XXX x.
I’m honestly just a little worried that this whole consciousness thing won't actually happen if I really go through with it:
Is it worth it? Or is it just a waste of time?
I can't help but wonder what's actually hiding "behind the curtain."
Look, here's my take. Even though I stick to a pretty healthy diet—which keeps my health in check, mostly—I still keep my meat intake pretty moderate. By that, I mean I mainly stick to chicken and pork. As for beef or lamb, 👎
I end up having such a neutral body odor that I don't even bother with deodorants 😁 since it's been proven they’re packed with carcinogens, heavy metals, and all sorts of nasty chemicals. 🙏
I’m still sticking to my guns on this: you can definitely see the spots. But once they actually dry out, there isn't even a hint of a smell left. 😳
So, I’m a male, turning 25 pretty soon. I deal with a moderate amount of underarm sweat, but here’s the thing: it doesn't actually have any smell at all. 🤔
Is that actually normal???
Is there an actual macOS app for this? And does it only work if you're running a laptop or desktop that has Bluetooth built-in?
I’ve never really given this kind of thing much thought before... but honestly, it might actually come in handy right about now. 🤷
Thanks, 🙂
Here’s a shot for you... I'm planning on tossing that processor into my old rig, hoping to give it enough life to actually handle some decent gaming again.

So... I’m trying to wrap my head around exactly which Intel processors actually play nice with DDR3 memory modules. Here’s the deal: I’ve got this old ASUS Prime B450M-A motherboard sitting here, and while it doesn't support an i3—which would have been my go-to for using DDR3—it still has those two blue slots specifically meant for DDR3. So, technically, I should be able to shove some DDR3 into this outdated board, right? 🤷
I’ll probably end up doing the same thing eventually. I've been dealing with a lifetime of baggage. My father tried to take his own life by cutting his wrists while my mother was pregnant with me, and I've been living with the fallout and the physical consequences ever since. I suppose this will be a fitting little tribute to him for what he put through both Mom and me. 🙂 🙂
A while back, my PC started throwing the Blue Screen of Death at me. It wasn't just a one-off thing, either; it kept happening more and more frequently, no matter what I was doing on it. Eventually, I figured out the culprit: my hard drive was basically on its deathbed. So, I did the logical thing and swapped it out for a fresh, much better drive.
But then, after a little while, the Blue Screen of Death decided to make a comeback. This time, though, it’s being picky—it only happens during specific tasks. Usually, it's when I'm watching something on YouTube, or when I plug my phone into a USB port to mess around with files like photos or music. It even happened once right when I started scanning an old photo on my printer.
As for what's causing this second round of crashes? I honestly don't know for sure. My best guess is that I'm either dealing with faulty RAM or maybe some issues with the power supply unit.

A while back, my computer started throwing the Blue Screen of Death at me. It happened more and more often, no matter what I was doing on it. Eventually, I tracked down the culprit: my hard drive was basically on its deathbed. So, I swapped the old one out for a newer, better drive.
Fast forward a little bit, and the Blue Screen of Death is back. But this time, it’s weird—it only happens during specific tasks. Usually, it hits when I’m watching something on YouTube, or when I plug in my phone via USB to browse through files like photos or music. It even happened once just by trying to scan an old photo on my printer.
I’m honestly not sure what’s causing this second round of crashes, but if I had to guess, maybe my RAM is shot or I've got a failing power supply unit.
Does anyone have any idea what might be causing this second set of issues?
This has been an issue since I was thirteen—right when my voice started cracking during puberty—and honestly, it hasn’t let up. Now that I'm 24, I’ve come to terms with the fact that my voice sounds just plain weird. Whenever I’m catching up with someone I know at a local Starbucks or just walking through downtown, I catch people turning their heads to stare. I see it happening. It’s definitely not a great feeling, but what am I going to 😢
And sure, there are those weird edge cases where people report "hallucinating" even when there’s zero brain activity to back it up. Calling it a hallucination? I don't know about that... feels like a stretch.
As for astral projection, my take is that it probably happens when the soul—or whatever you want to call that spark of energy or consciousness—detaches from the physical shell and just starts wandering wherever it feels like.

Scientists claim they have confirmed the reality of near-death experiences (NASA).
A team from the University of Michigan completed a study by putting subjects through similar heart attack scenarios.
Near-death experiences are often accompanied by various sensations, such as out-of-body feelings, flying toward a light, hallucinations, and an overwhelming sense of euphoria.
Exactly. There is nothing supernatural about it—just plain old hallucinations.
According to recent research, a research team in Michigan has proven that the brain remains conscious after the heart stops beating, and it can even function at a higher level immediately following a heart attack.
What exactly does "at a higher level" mean?
The way people describe their near-death experiences often varies, but if you were to believe these scientists, then it isn't just a product of someone's imagination.
Of course it isn't a product of the imagination; these are real experiences. But there is absolutely nothing supernatural involved—no "afterlife," no "astral projection." It is, as I stated, just basic hallucinations.
Now, this case you brought up where every other word is Jesus looks to me like some group of fanatics performing propaganda for their faith.
That's basically how it is.
Sorry, but it’s pretty arrogant of you to act like you can just declare there's no life after death. You don't know that. Personally, I'm convinced that life continues once we're gone and that everything happening in this world actually serves some kind of purpose.

Honestly, I don't think it's a hormone issue. I've brought these exact concerns up with my family and even a psychologist, and the consensus was always that I'm perfectly fine and just overthinking things—specifically regarding how awkward I looked during puberty and my weird voice. It’s entirely possible I just haven't fully processed those changes yet. As for the posture issues, I wasn't exactly an athlete growing up; I didn't spend my time playing soccer or basketball like most kids. I lived in my own little bubble, preoccupied with other stuff. Since my growth spurt kicked in early around age 11, the physical shifts were already obvious by 12. For instance, one side of my ribcage actually looked larger than the other back then. By the following year, I ended up with some mild scoliosis in my lower back because of how I carried myself. It's almost certainly just the fallout from that rapid growth phase.
Hey everyone, I could really use some help here.
This might sound a little strange coming from me, but I’ve always felt like something went sideways during my puberty and those first major physical shifts.
Back when I was 11, I looked like a pretty normal kid. By 12, things started changing—my face looked different and my posture started tanking—and by 13, I felt like I looked even worse. That was also when my voice started doing this weird, unsettling thing. My own perception 🤷
If you guys actually want to see what I mean regarding these changes, I can upload three videos (from 2003, 2004, and 2005) as unlisted links on YouTube so they stay private to just this group. You can find them
here. I’m turning 24 this month, but honestly, these developmental shifts have been weighing on me all this time. Just these constant reminders of how I changed during puberty. My growth spurts and my voice changes both just... stopped completely when I was 15.
Thanks a lot for listening and for any insight you can offer. 🙂
That’s exactly the point you're making. It’s impossible to tell what’s actually real from what isn't. Everything starts feeling surreal and abstract.
A few months back, I had this dream where I was flying right over my own house. I could look down and see into all my neighbors' backyards. The whole thing felt incredibly vivid. Now, just imagine what happens when you die. Suddenly, your brain starts pumping out dimethyltryptamine. Imagine if that compound just floods your entire mind and time itself grinds to a halt. A single second starts feeling like an eternity. And it’s not just about a NASA experience; you can reach similar states through deep meditation, though you have to get your body completely relaxed first to pull that off.
Look, I genuinely believe those experiences are real. We aren't just talking about some random hallucination triggered by the last few electrical impulses of a dying brain.
There are people who have actually gone through near-death experiences (NASA) where doctors were right there monitoring their brain waves.
During those moments, there was absolutely zero activity detected in the brain, which, if you ask me, is pretty solid evidence that consciousness isn't just some function localized in a specific center within the brain.
