Honestly, it feels like we should just derail this thread by asking if anyone knows where to find decent falafel in Chicago... if Anđelo Jurkas cares, he can go check his Yelp reviews while on vacation...

It finished just in time for us to start celebrating its 25th anniversary🙂
In Dugav, you go to Mac's! Amen rather than hallelujah...🙂

Man, CRACK was legendary. He was an amazing musician from, I think, some small town in the South or something. I believe a few of them are writing for Hombre now -> http://www.hombrezone.com/
And yeah, stop hating on the Ramones. They’re basically the greatest rock and roll cartoon ever made.
True. And the Mucnjak family were legends too. I can't quite wrap my head around it right now, but those frustrated Nomad journalists actually made things better... 😁 Lunatic is basically just a story about some fertilizer singer and how he trashed Ivan Ramljak's mom because of a review in Nomad 🙂

The way those two wrote didn't change the fact that the Nomad crowd was posting arrogant, stupid nonsense without actually knowing what they were talking about (not everyone, obviously). I didn't like them; I thought they were trash. Some people liked them. Both me and a few others were right. Zedno Uho wrote much better and more intense stuff about music at the same time. If it hadn't ended so soon... but I have no reason to be angry. 🙂
I know it’s not from the old Yugoslav scene, but KKK TOOK my Baby AWAY is an incredible way to talk about the bond and friendship between two brothers from the Ramones family 🙂
I’m not sure what you were getting at, but I’d personally rather catch DMST. As for the lineup for Health, I haven't really followed it because I wasn't feeling great back then... Not interested in witty indie rockers playing quasi-death metal. It’s much better to just see Napalm Death 🙂 instead. I'd go see Napalm Death again. Or Obituary. And The Hives 🙂
1. On my bike near a Starbucks. The front fender jammed into the wheel, everything locked up instantly, and I flew three feet through the air. Ended up with a broken elbow.
2. During a math final back in high school. I actually had straight A's in every other subject.
3. At the office, tripping over a chair. I leaned over to open a desk drawer and just tumbled right over the backrest. One broken rib.
4. On a skateboard when I was a kid. It was my first time ever stepping on a board, and I immediately ate dirt. Saw stars for a second there...
5. On my bike again. Both wheels got caught in some streetcar tracks downtown, and I went down hard like a total amateur in front of a thousand people. If you've been there, you know how much that hurts...
