Why was everyone on X acting like "nutmeg" was some big deal? And then they come at me talking about narcotics?
I mean, seriously, what is the actual deal with nutmeg—is it really comparable to opium in terms of content, or just when it comes to the effects of X?
Look, man, listen—the amp readings are coming back negative, but the narcotics test is positive, all while his heart rate is absolutely hammering at 150 beats per minute... Total nonsense, right?

Before that, everyone just thought I was "cute," sweet, or smart. I can't quite put my finger on when the shift happened—other than the fact that I'm not dealing with those hormone-fueled breakouts anymore 😉—but lately, it feels like all I hear is how good I look. I’ve even been invited onto a few specialized talk shows on networks like CNN to share my expertise, and it drives me crazy because NOBODY ever mentions my insights or what I actually know; they just comment on my appearance. It’s honestly pretty insulting and discouraging, and I really feel like once people decide you're attractive, they stop taking your brain seriously. 👎
If you're straight-up fasting, you can drop a couple of pounds a week... especially if you're hitting the gym too. In those first few days, I was actually losing like two pounds a day. It was honestly wild.
I eventually hit 125 lbs... and then things went south and I spiraled into anorexia... but now I’m back up to 165 lbs and I've totally pivoted to working out, staying active, playing sports... all that stuff... plus, my muscle mass is way bigger than my body fat right now.

Long story short, they had to go in and surgically remove the fibroid along with my uterus and one of my ovaries.
Then, about a month or two after the surgery, the weight started piling on. I haven’t even changed my diet—I’m eating the same stuff as always—but I’ve definitely put on like 10 to 20 pounds. And honestly, nothing seems to touch it, not even my existing thyroid issues. I've been dealing with hyperthyroidism for four years now, and right now I'm actually in talks with my endocrinologist about trying radioactive iodine therapy to get things under control.
Is it possible that the surgery caused some kind of massive hormonal imbalance, or what is even happening here...? I keep pointing this out to my endocrinologist, like, "Hey, look, I'm living with only one ovary," since they left that one in there specifically so it could handle my hormone production. But from what I can gather, my doctor thinks my thyroid levels have absolutely nothing to do with those other hormones.
Anyway, to make a long story short, does anyone have any idea how I can fix this? 😕

Looking for tips & tricks? Just Google "legal highs"... but man, everything just grows wild in the summer, from weeds to nettles to decorative stalks, it's freaking everywhere...
I really can't handle alkaloids... I'm just craving some OL... whether it's THC or even just alcohol... damn... Saturday night and I'm stuck at home... total loser vibes...
Just rotting away here... nothing to do... basically acting like a mushroom... Gonna go light up a stick and see if it helps... 🤣 😁
For me, it’s basically like this pure panic mixed with a massive adrenaline spike. I'm just constantly on edge, ready to fight my way out of anything. It feels like I've got 300 horsepower running through my veins at all times.
By the way, have you ever tried, I don't know, weed? Could you walk me through what that was actually like for you? Does it make everything feel worse, or does it actually help you chill out?
I’d much rather hit up a high-end spa for some wellness treatment... instead of dealing with therapists, pills, and all that other crap... plus, I'd probably roll a joint while I'm at it.
Just pure, unadulterated hedonism, you know? 👍
First things first though, I need to find a job... I'm really curious to see what's out there and where the opportunities are... any suggestions? I'm pretty good at communication, math, IT (both software and hardware), and I play guitar. Plus, I'm fit enough to handle a heavy physical grind if needed / I've got a decent look.
