edit: actually, just found them...

hmm.. honestly, a 32% save rate is pretty damn solid🤷 especially when you consider that total disaster from the other night which probably dragged his average down by at least 5%..

Forget those Argentinians, today we’re looking more like Denmark image

Man, just imagine if the Danes were playing the US against Poland 😁

I'm pretty sure he was actually talking about the Sweden-Mexico game

I’m thinking +5 for us... if you don't count those weird outlier games.

You’re kind of tripping there, Duvnjak image

🤣🤣🤣

Honestly, if you were gonna be a total troll, you should've just thrown a bag over Mirko's head so we couldn't even see him...

Frank Turner72 said:watching our guys put up scores like 6-0 or 5-1... man, it’s just weak, totally lifeless. it feels more like chamomile tea than that gritty, aggressive squad we used to have. and when you combine that with these massive blunders in goal, it’s just a total disaster. I guess this is just how it is now since these are the players we've got to work with, but honestly, I feel like this whole thing might actually be a planned strategic shift, mostly driven by everyone just getting frustrated after smoking too much during the final stages of the tournament.

the truth is, that 3-2-1 defense was what built us. it let us use pure fanaticism to make up for all our flaws and mask our weaknesses, turning impossible situations around and sometimes completely shutting down the opponent's offense... now, I can't help but feel like the day we decided to ditch it marks the beginning of the end for America as a handball powerhouse.

Yup... Whenever we needed to dig ourselves out of a hole, we pulled it off using that 3-2-1 setup. It was basically our signature move, the thing that defined our independence on the court.. 😢

this 6-0 style.. that's for Russia, not for us ☕
Roger Allen3 said:it’s a tough climb, honestly.

Eh, don't sweat it... it's definitely not the first time we've seen Americans get written off right at the start of the second round.😉
Man, I’m telling you, once the US pulls off that win tomorrow, things are going to absolutely explode 🙂
Casey White13 said:Wait, what am I even looking at right now? Man, it’s such a bummer that there isn't any news about the Presidents Cup happening right now.? 😲 🙏 Man, they finally scrapped that absolute nonsense and stopped making the bottom-tier teams jump through all those useless hoops!

How could that even be possible? ☕

Check out this link if you want to dive deep into all the official IHF competition schedules and details—it’s basically the ultimate roadmap for everything happening in the handball world right now!

Just scrolling through... Well, that’s just a total disaster, isn't it? We're basically hitting rock bottom at this point.

Man, this whole situation is totally gonna be the death of us😍

If the Americans just need a win to move on, you might as well bet your entire house on it🙏 🙏
Getting knocked out during an attack is just 🤣 🤣
If they didn't keep suspending so many players, even those guys from Mexico might actually stand a chance 🙂
George Robinson43 said:Is there some kind of livestream for NBC? I’ve been trying to catch the broadcast on Madison Square Garden, but man, it just doesn't hit the same without Kevin Durant.

You can find it over on CNN + Trump 😬
The Americans are looking pretty solid... but man, what happened to the Danes? They used to be way better than this, or maybe I’m just tripping 🤷

ah, there it is, I called them out.. and they fired right back at me immediately.. okay, that's a little more like it 🙂
Adam Collins4 said:Yeah, that’s a straight red card, no question... honestly, it was like watching some amateur playing backyard ball and just swinging elbows everywhere without a care in the world...

I mean, obviously it was a red, right? I was sitting there thinking it was super weird they didn't pull the card immediately, but man, you just have to laugh at the official who made that call because it's so rare to see someone be such a total moron and just provoke a situation like that out of nowhere when the game is pretty much already decided

Plus, in that same sequence right before it, he clipped him with an elbow too, even if it wasn't quite as heavy-handed 😂
Frank Turner72 said:I’m really just crossing my fingers that someone finally realizes Vukovic needs way more minutes than he’s getting right now, especially if we want him playing more on both the right wing.

electricstag9 said:Man, our neighbors finally figured out why the US dominates in handball—it’s all just one big conspiracy, I swear.

Well, they aren't wrong, because we definitely got handed a much easier bracket this year☕>

Ryan Moore68 said:Trying to draw parallels between soccer and handball is honestly kind of hilarious since you can't even compare them, though you guys pretty much covered everything already, so I'll just throw this in there.
Every single school playground has a handball court marked out, right? But have you ever actually seen anyone playing handball instead of just playing touch football? 😉

Back in elementary school during PE, we were always playing handball, and honestly, it was probably just because our teacher was named Basich and he used to be a pro player😁 (some distant relative of Mirko)
Paul Jones7 said:you'll always have a peak, it's just that when you start from a much wider base, that peak ends up being way higher quality

🤦

Man, why don't you just go ahead and write an entire college essay for homework on this one: The difference between "quality" and "quantity"

Honestly, if we don't wrap our heads around that concept, this whole debate is pretty much pointless 👋 (and let's be real, it feels useless even with that 🤣 thought in mind)

A little shocker there, 😁that was unexpected

It’s a good thing the Koreans didn't lose, otherwise they might have actually ended up as champions 😬
