Come on, my fellow Americans, let's go out there and absolutely crush those Swedes!👋

Honestly, when a bag is looking this good, even the French don't stand a chance

Man, he pulled off four times as many saves in just 58 minutes the other night than he did in his last outing! ☕

Like I was saying before, having a solid goalie is basically the heartbeat of the whole defense...

Looks like they're practicing with one less player for the next game☕

I honestly don't get why they keep calling fouls on me just because the defenders are playing way too close 🙄

I mean, that’s just part of the game we signed up for, right? 😠

Man, what even was that... how do you disallow a goal like that? If he’s going to be making calls like that, they might as well just bench him already 😠

Paul Jones7 said:even after losing to the Danes, the Swedes move forward if they beat us, while we'd be facing the Poles instead. So, I'm just doing the math here.

Look, I didn't say they wouldn't advance, I just meant that in scenario X, they go through. 🤷

And scenario X is basically a friendly tie that serves as a massive middle finger to the rest of the handball world, like a subtle way of saying, "Yeah, we're rigging this and there's nothing you can do about it." ☕

That's why we really need to play tomorrow with the same energy we had today—just go out there and bury them right from the jump so we don't end up in some nail-biter finish where the Swedes suddenly find their rhythm. We need to prepare for this game like we're already starting down by seven points. ☕

Adam Collins4 said:We’re actually doing pretty great since everyone else is sitting on two points, except for us and the Mexicans (though those Danes have three)

The Danes actually have four 😉
Looks like we’ve still got about 7 minutes left on the clock... honestly, who knows, even X might pull off a win right at the buzzer.. 🙂
The Americans aren't giving an inch 🙂

I honestly don't know where these refs came from... they've actually been pretty fair so far, to be honest.

George, come out and play...

From that commercial 😉

So, looks like the Goluz boys couldn't even agree among themselves on which keeper stays in the net:

"I've made my call to keep him on the roster; I trust the guy and honestly don't see why everyone's making such a huge deal out of it. Sure, he had a rough outing against Denmark, but I knew his rhythm would come back, and I truly believe this is the turning point."

George Robinson43 said:The Poles are playing absolutely terrible right now.

So, the Danes are walking away with that one... Well, then everything is crystal clear... we basically just need to pull off a win against the Swedes and make sure we don't drop points against the Poles.☕

Adam Collins4 said:The goalie matters, but honestly, the defense is just as vital...

I mean, today we’re playing strictly defense, but man, the other day against the Danes, it felt like they were just strolling through our lines, taking shots whenever they felt like it...

You know how it goes—your keeper is only as good as the wall standing right in front of him...

It’s true, but look, he actually pulled off a couple of those crazy one-on-one saves today, and that kind of stuff just gives the whole squad such a massive boost...

That’s exactly what we were missing when we played the Danes, but hey, whatever... you just have those days where absolutely nothing clicks, especially with women since their cycles can really mess with their rhythm...

Actually, hold up, that wasn't even a foul on Zrnich 🙄
It honestly feels like I’m watching a group of players who are just absolutely determined to steamroll everyone else on the field ☕
Adam Collins4 said:Honestly, forget it, it’s not even worth the breath, but he just keeps jumping from thread to thread, twisting my words out of context and straight-up lying about things I never even said...

And the second I try to call him out on his nonsense, he totally vanishes, disappearing for days at a time just to dodge the truth...

But hey, he’s such a massive "expert," right? A guy who probably hasn't even heard of Stenzel or Vujnovic...

He's just not worth the energy, seriously, let it go...

Ignore? 🤷

Poor Mirko looks like he's fallen into a deep depression or something, man, he’s looking like a total wreck lately, all unkempt and unshaven 🤣 🤣

Paul Jones7 said:Grab a calculator, seriously. If the Americans beat us tomorrow, they'll be three points ahead of us. But if they win and they already beat the Mexicans, while we manage to take down the Poles, then those Americans are heading straight to the semifinals.

That’s exactly why I’m saying it might end in a draw, because honestly, that would let both the Danes and the Americans move on🤷 (assuming the Danes beat the Poles first)

placidgull13 said:Wait, why are you guys rooting for the Poles when it's clearly better for the Danes to win?😕😕

Well, because if there's even a tiny sliver of a chance for both the Danes and the Americans to advance, certain powers in this game will make sure that happens.☕

We'll see what happens tomorrow... Honestly, if there's any actual intelligence left in our coaching staff, they'll prepare the players from the jump for an uneven playing field and the reality that we're basically going to be playing against nine people instead of seven.☕

I'd bet anything that the officiating will be handled by the Danes (or some other Scandinavian crew)🙂
