This is easily the worst movie I’ve ever sat through... from the cinematography to the script...
Seriously, don't even think about wasting your time on this garbage. I actually felt like walking up to the customer service desk at Target to demand a refund plus damages for the emotional trauma.

My mistake...
I thought I was in the "what's been driving you crazy since becoming a mom" thread; it took me a second to realize where I actually was.😲
But don't worry, I'm all too familiar with this kind of PDF.😉
Hannah Lewis2 said:Look, everything you said is valid. But by that logic, people who put their kids in a separate room shouldn't even be parents. If I'm gonna be blunt—and I guess I am—families with five kids crammed into a tiny apartment in Chicago, sleeping in one room because they have no choice, are a lot more likely to need birth control than some couple with a massive house where the kids have their own wings.
I hear what you're saying, and I see plenty of them around my neighborhood too. But there's a difference—we actually have a dedicated nursery, whereas they tend to end up sleeping in the same room as us quite often. I wish things were different, especially with my older daughters. I’m doing everything I can to get my middle child into her own bed so she could actually get some sleep, but she insists this is the only way. What am I supposed to do?
I think we were actually talking about a newborn here, which is a vital distinction to make. But people tend to just read whatever fits their own narrative, and that’s how you end up with a hundred pages of pointless filler.
This is starting to rub me the wrong way.
Steven Reed said:Maybe she didn't—but that is exactly how she phrased it. Come on, girl—you've been on this forum long enough to spot a troll from a mile away. She showed up, started trolling, and was met with exactly what she deserved: some good old-fashioned sarcasm and mockery. I joke around in the other thread all the time, yet here I am—both my kids sleep in my bed. My oldest crawled back in once the younger one arrived, even though she used to go to her own room without being asked. And guess what? 🤷 It is honestly idiotic to claim someone is a bad parent just because they don't think exactly like you do. That is precisely what Pink did—and she got exactly what was coming to her. A healthy dose of ridicule.
😍 Greetings to you too (immediately brings the BBC to mind).
I think that sentence might have rubbed Chloe Mendoza2 the wrong way, which is probably why she responded. Maybe her choice of words comes across a bit harsher in writing than if she’d just said it out loud?
Honestly, it doesn't even matter. I'm not even sure how I ended up wandering into these threads in the first place.
I’ve already got three at home, and I have zero interest in ending up back in the maternity ward. 😂😂
Samuel Ross60 said:Honestly, this whole thing is total bullshit. And you’re claiming this thread has the most posts? Just go find another topic or, frankly, just leave the forum altogether.
Besides, after Pink suggested that people shouldn't have kids if they intend to just shove them in another room, I mean, seriously, who's actually overreacting here?!
~~~Stay positive~~~
If I should be cleaning up my forum history more often, 😂
don't worry, I'll get right on it. Thanks for the advice. 🤣
I’m pretty sure Pink didn't mean that quite so literally, but you have to admit it sounds incredibly harsh when someone says: I don't want to be the first face a baby sees when they wake up ☕
I don't get it—who else is there to see? 😕
Babies are just so helpless. Isn't the whole point of having them to enjoy them, to cuddle them, to kiss them senseless, and to wake up 1,246,776 times throughout the night?
Besides, this forum exists so we can vent to one another, find some common ground, and remind ourselves that one day, things will actually get easier 😍
And now, I'll head back over to the off-topic thread 😁
Hannah Lewis2 said:It’s not a "complex." It’s just how life works. ☕ Happy moms make happy kids. Deal with it.
Could you explain this? I’m genuinely asking, not being sarcastic...
Kids seem happiest sleeping next to their parents—at least mine are. Honestly, though, I'd personally love some space to sleep alone...
But I would never dream of leaving my seven-month-old son to sleep in another room by himself. For me, that's just out of the question. Between breastfeeding and everything else, he definitely wouldn't be sleeping solo.
But that's just how I feel...
I could easily turn this around and attack you for being the kind of mother who leaves her baby alone, but I won't. I don't really care, and I'm certainly not going to judge your parenting.
Gary Kelly10 said:I spent my entire afternoon today scrolling through these forums on my iPad just to catch up on everything I missed 😢 and here I am again 😢
My own kid hasn't even looked at me—he’s been wide awake for five minutes now, just staring past me...
🤦
And let’s be honest—sometimes while I'm nursing him in the armchair or propped up on the bed, I actually drift off, so I’m not even watching him!!
I swear, in a few years, our kids are going to start some sort of support group for children whose mothers weren't watching them 24/7, or maybe for those of us who were basically "sleep-deprived zombies" while they slept in their own nurseries 🙂
Or maybe they'll start an association for kids whose moms spent all their time posting nonsense on internet forums or acting like they were back in preschool 🙄
I’ve been catching up on the last three pages, and I can't help but notice how everyone seems ready to gang up on one user (pink, in this case) just because she dared to share her opinion.
It’s wild how many people here seem to live for nothing but petty jabs... I honestly don't get it.
Looking at the sheer volume of posts, it seems like the most activity happens on this thread and the motherhood thread. It really makes you wonder: just how much pent-up frustration are we all actually carrying?
I’m honestly getting sick of being asked: how's the baby? When are you due?😠
If one more person asks me when it's happening, I swear I might just lose it on them.
It feels like a hundred texts a day... "Is it time yet?" "When will it be?" Honestly, it's like everyone else finds this waiting game harder than I do.
Starting today, I'm officially going dark. No more responding to anyone.
The sheer dread of being back in a delivery room is enough to make me swear I’m done for good. I am never, ever going through this again.
Between the constant heartburn, the endless trips to the bathroom, and everything else pregnancy throws at you, I feel terrible. There is absolutely nothing "blissful" about this state of being.
So, I got called out today by some "old school" gentleman who decided to go after a cashier at Walmart...
She was handing out bread, and just as I reached the front of the line, she had to step into the back while the other employee took over stocking the shelves. I couldn't help myself—I started speaking up about how disrespectful it was to ignore a pregnant woman who could go into labor at any second.😂
For someone like me, who usually prides herself on being pretty level-headed, it was actually quite uncomfortable.🤣
Comments... man, people can be relentless. They start asking about your weight or how much you've gained right when you're preparing to give birth. Like, if I say I've put on three pounds, they act like it's 😲 .
But first things first... how is the baby doing? How big is the little one? Honestly, I might just catch the measles from all this stress.
I was wondering if I could have you guys choose a new nickname for me instead of my current one.
If that's actually an option, could you send me a DM with some suggestions? What kind of name are you looking for? We aren't going to pick one for you. Take a look at the first post. If the name you want follows all the rules listed there, let us know here. If not, just start a new account with the profile you want.
I mean, privacy and rights within your own home are supposed to be fundamental pillars of the Constitution, so how did we even get to this point? Is this whole mess ever going to be cleared out of our lives after it completely paralyzes the entire city, shuts down schools, and brings businesses to a standstill?
I’ll probably have to declare a forced vacation since none of my clients will be able to make it to the office. Who am I even supposed to send the invoices to at this rate?
The US Government 🙄 I second everything said here. Even Bush doesn't have it easy... an honest man has nothing left... so he needs all that insurance ☕
brightmarlin5 said:The instructions say you're supposed to wait until you've missed your period for a few days before testing. But I was getting a little anxious, so I went ahead and took one right now, even before Maret gets home. And it looks like it's positive. Based on my math, that little embryo would be somewhere between 7 and 20 days old. Are these tests actually reliable? Like, can they really pick up on a pregnancy this early on? thanks
A test can't really give you a false positive; there are plenty of threads here if you want to dig deeper.
