Alex Watson said:It’s pretty obvious when you look at the endless pages of scathing reviews posted by hollowmason64 and her little group of allies, which somehow, miraculously, still haven't been scrubbed from the site...
Do you honestly think that after barely 185 posts spread over three and a half years under Sasha's administration, you're somehow qualified to compare one thing to another? Or to weigh in on forum politics at all?
Of course you think so. You’re just another carbon copy from that swarm of yellow ants that crawled out during this admin. You all share the exact same flaw: none of you could own a single sentence if someone held a gun to your head. It’s pathetic. This whole "romantic" routine—acting like a lunatic under one handle, playing the saint under another, and then moonlighting as a moderator under a third... it's disgusting. Get an identity and stick to it. Even when you're wrong. Even when you're standing alone against the crowd. Stand on your own. Write what you think, when you think it, and have the guts to sign your name to it.
But at least they don't go around handing out permanent bans just because they woke up on the wrong side of the bed. Especially when someone actually dares to criticize how they handle things.
If people were treating Nica and Strilet the way they used to treat the former admin... man, they would have been kicked off this site a long time ago.
In my opinion... I'm not 100% sure how accurate that is, so I won't claim it as fact, but it would honestly be better if they just permanently banned anyone who keeps attacking their work.
If people were doing what they're doing to Nica and Strilet to the former admin, they would have been kicked off this site ages ago...
And? If they earned a permanent ban, then they should get one. I don't follow your logic at all.
By the way, go ahead you power-tripping admin—hand out all the bans and warnings you want. Just remember: you think those little power moves won't face some serious due diligence one day? 😁
Jose White23 said:ZgSash hasn't been a mod for ages, and in the meantime, ambermason16 has done more than enough work moderating alongside the admin team. I have no clue why you’re digging up her private business—is that old ban from a few years ago still eating you alive?
I've seen better posts from you.
What ambermason16 is actually pointing out is how this sub-section feels like a collection of threads where a fixed group of users—plus their various clones who pop up just to cause trouble because they were banned or are simply cowards—spam hundreds of posts. They drag some poor moderator through the mud under the guise of "newfound tolerance," and then the admin steps in and locks the thread.
That alone isn't a massive deal, but it ruins the entire purpose of this space. This shouldn't be some exclusive club for the elite; it should be a service where anyone can ask a question and get an answer. It's meant to be a utility, not a traditional message board.
When you just keep walking in circles without making any progress, you aren't moving forward—you're just turning the path into a swamp.
Thanks for the rational take. I've already put that blonde user on my ignore list, but I figured this was about ZgSash. Sort out your issues with ZgSash and stop obsessing over me. Stop pasting that same nonsense about godparenting that has absolutely nothing to do with you.
Aside from the incredibly sharp points made by Jose White23, I also see a total failure in moderating a single thread—a thread that was supposed to be a helpful resource, not a playground for ruining the community's vibe. Then there's the incompetence and the shameful way people sweep their own messes under the rug. But I won't go into all that, because I still respect the rules of this site, which forbid leaking moderator-only business.
And mark my words, you all will scatter just like those ten others (a few of whom are actual pros at administration)... let's just hope you don't drive away another creator, someone like a Mirrorball type, by being completely incompetent. That would be a real shame.
See, experience has shown (in the context of PJP) that they’re locking him down just so he doesn't have to answer any actual questions, because they clearly lack the communication skills of a basic ATM at a gas station.
PJP:
- That you all showed off your "naughty" sides to your mothers, Theresa, after horrible Alex (who, by the way, I am mentioning for the first time—just some wannabe Lastan who keeps shamelessly copying me and trying to heal his childhood trauma by trolling my thread... someone might say a good moderator would reward you for that) - That you bit off way more than you could chew - That you moderated every single part of this thread phenomenally poorly—by banning the innocent, refusing to issue warnings to friends, getting sucked into endless debates with trolls, and letting people walk all over you and the mods, basically everything you listed...
That’s what I call a joke. Try standing in front of a Politics moderator... hell, even a moderator from the soap factory... and claiming no one feels left out. We all know which forums are actually difficult, so don't try selling me this PJP nonsense.
You have the same tools an average mechanic has:
- Delete post - Move post - Copy post - Copy a huge chunk of posts from one thread to a new one - Warn - Issue a yellow card - Issue a red card - Ban
And probably ten other things you can do with a PJP thread. But, as usual, it's "lock the door, Mom is yelling at me."
I'll say it again: You. Are. Not. Capable. Of. Moderating. Your. Own. Topic.
What makes you think you can handle the Forum as a whole?
Experience has shown us that opening a dedicated thread for every single complaint or question is much more efficient. It keeps things organized and prevents individual issues from getting buried under a mountain of other people's noise. We've also seen how this specific thread gets abused—people use it to drag out old arguments from closed topics, settle personal scores, spam, or throw around baseless accusations. Deleting posts that don't belong here is labeled "repression," yet leaving them up just creates pure chaos.
The administration has decided to close this thread. If you have a problem, a grievance, a question, or need advice, please start a new thread. Include links, a clear description, and an explanation—basically, back up your claims with actual evidence. A dedicated thread will be much easier to spot and won't get lost in a sea of endless replies like it does here, which ultimately helps resolve your issue faster.
Thanks for understanding.
Give me a break. Experience has shown that you guys can't even moderate a single thread—like the one mentioned above or some basic PDF file—yet somehow you have plenty of time to flaunt those admin badges and collect your paychecks.
That’s what experience shows. You created this thread yourselves because you claim to be so "user-friendly"... yet countless times users have been shut down in here. You clearly don't know how to moderate, let alone manage it, so now experience shows that your best move is to just lock it once you realize you can't clean it up.
Don't mention it.
p.s. Where exactly are users supposed to take their complaints against the admin team when you lock and bury every single thread that calls you out directly, while leaving threads where people scream at the moderators wide open whenever you feel like it? Or are you guys just above accountability altogether?
Susan Price30 said:either this whole subforum is just one big joke—something nobody’s ever even heard of—or it’s a slap in the face to everyone actually putting in the work to moderate this place.😉
If it were at least funny or charming, maybe I could deal... but no.*
It's just pathetic...
It *is* a joke. What's the point of having a thread about placebos in a spirituality section? It mocks the community, it mocks the users, it mocks the entire forum. And in the process, it perfectly highlights the complete lack of discipline, seriousness, and professionalism from the moderators over the last two years. The fact that this thread is still sitting here wide open speaks volumes about what the higher-ups think of this kind of behavior.
They shut down Manchildu’s perfectly legitimate topic—using the exact same excuse every single time, I could probably recite them by heart at this point—just to bait him into a reaction so they can hand out more bans. They kill threads that call out similar issues, yet this absolute circus remains untouched without any sanctions. It’s almost as if they're all sitting back, laughing their heads off at the chaos.
We’ve officially reached the stage where the "colleague" moderators are ditching the private mod channels to roast each other right here in the public lounge. It’s all very "collegial," obviously. And let’s be real—if any regular users actually had a complaint or a question during those "few days" of silence, they would have voiced it by now.
But nobody dares to say a word, because we all know William Gonzalez3 is just waiting for the chance to take a cheap shot at his favorite colleague in a place that is completely inappropriate for it. He’d absolutely lose his mind if he didn't seize the opportunity to tear her down. Purely "professionalism" at work.
So, to all you folks hanging out in the lounge: I guess your wish finally came true. You finally get to feel the vibe of this legendary moderator crew...
Sam Alvarez4 said:(I'm not getting into any specifics regarding those local nicknames or whereabouts; I don't know the history).
Look, I respect the decision, but I’m warning you now: you’re going to be the only one here. This thread is basically every Tuesday afternoon when school lets out—it's just going to be "Bring back Schmokljan for the 99th time so he can legally insult us instead of just doing it through the Labor Union, only for him to get banned again, leaving us to deal with the fallout for the next year." And while we're at it, let's toss in his eternal sidekick from the old forum days too.
The Great tragedy here is that this thread is about to morph into three hundred pages of whining from people begging for the return of incompatible individuals who—in the sidekick's case, anyway—basically commit social suicide every two months, only to knock on the Labor Union's door demanding they be let back in because someone mentioned Schmokljan. 🙄
Honestly, we should just start an annual "Pride event" under the slogan: "Give us Schmokljan back so he can mock us like idiots before getting banned again." Same goes for Whereabouts, just so the whole thing doesn't implode.
If there is even a shred of a chance that this discussion turns into a real debate about other users whose status could actually be reviewed—people who might actually deserve a second chance—then I am all for it.
But anyone who has been around here for more than twenty minutes knows exactly how slim those odds are.☕
I’ve always been fascinated by these endless, circular threads that just loop around forever. It’s obvious to everyone that they aren't going anywhere—honestly, the whole concept is pretty dim-witted—but they just keep spinning. It’s just as fascinating to me as those self-proclaimed "political experts" and "forum reorganization specialists" who signed up fifteen days ago and already have 346 posts, 345 of which are all crammed into this single topic. (I bet the first one was something like, "I've been lurking for ages, so I figured I'd finally chime in with a quick word..." )
graniteridge6 said:Take the Reddit community where I’m most active—I think they handle things quite elegantly, if I do say so myself 😁 . You get those controversial statements popping up here and there, and certain people just can't help but latch onto them. Usually, the mods let it breathe for a second—maybe hand out a warning or two. But if the debate starts veering off into dangerous territory, you get that classic moderator nudge: "Hey, if this keeps going this way, expect warnings, bans, or even deleted posts, depending on how messy things get." If someone ignores that and keeps pushing? Then the posts get nuked. Personally, I find that approach perfectly reasonable—not deleting everything instantly is key. After all, sometimes the reactions to a particularly stupid comment are actually constructive; things don't always have to descend into total chaos immediately. 😁 Sometimes, entirely new discussion threads have even been sparked that way. 🙂
(Since I’m already typing away, I might as well offer a tiny bit of critique regarding the moderation on my main subreddit. I KNOW the rule is that posts containing nothing but emojis get a warning, but in my opinion, that’s a bit overkill. I’d just delete them. Most people don't even realize they're going to get flagged—I know this firsthand because when I’m given permission to send users a DM asking them to edit their posts so they don't get penalized once the mods spot them, people actually thank me for the heads-up 😬. Look, rules are rules, but I really don't feel like an emoji-only post is a punishable offense worthy of a strike—it seems like a lot of other subreddits don't even bother sanctioning that. Just a suggestion 🙂 )
It’s not that I disagree; we follow similar protocols here, unless the situation is pure chaos from the jump. But look, not all threads are created equal, and not every situation is the same. In principle, I agree with your point—don't think I don't. But believe me, based on what I've seen, when you're stuck between two evils in a situation like this, deleting the non-compliant posts is a much, MUCH better option.
I get it—nobody likes seeing their posts scrubbed, and nothing I say is going to flip your perspective. 🙂 I just want to explain, from a firsthand perspective, the actual logic behind why we delete things. It isn't some grand conspiracy. 😬
Let me break this down for you... just look at what happened the other day. Someone dug up a thread from 2005 and reignited a massive argument they weren't even part of, all because some moronic post hadn't been deleted yet. By the time I checked back a few hours later, four people were already locked in a total meltdown. 😬 The issue isn't about suppressing views or being "primitive." The real problem is that most users—with very few exceptions—get way too emotionally invested in the Forum. They lose all sense of restraint and launch into these collective pile-ons the second they spot a disgusting post. It’s constant mockery when someone posts something that clearly wasn't written by a Mensa member, or endless off-topic chatter when someone drops a chat-style comment. Nobody is hiding anyone's opinions or covering anything up; we are simply steering the conversation back to the actual topic and making sure it stays in a format that everyone can actually tolerate.
Just imagine walking into a thread for the first time, only to find twenty pages of pure chaos because someone decided to claim women belong in the kitchen when the topic was supposed to be interior design. Wouldn't you immediately think the moderators had lost their minds? 😁
The fact that we might archive or "card" a post before leaving it up doesn't stop people from jumping in to argue, and argue, and argue again. Honestly, I get it sometimes because an absolutely unforgivable comment will pop up every now and then... but that doesn't change the reality: a post needs to be scrubbed before it ruins both the entire thread and the reputation of the community.
I don't know what to tell you people. Some of you clearly haven't spent a single second thinking about how this actually works in the real world. You throw out these half-baked ideas like they’re gospel, completely ignoring the massive logistical nightmare they’d create. It’s like watching someone try to fix a jet engine with a roll of duct tape and a prayer. It just doesn't hold water. Stop making things more complicated than they need to be and start looking at the actual facts. kaže: I have to say, I absolutely loathe post deletions. There is nothing more frustrating than seeing content wiped away. That looks an awful lot like character assassination and a blatant attempt to stifle free speech. In my opinion, we’re doing this all wrong. It would be much more effective to just leave those controversial posts exactly where they are. Instead of scrubbing them, why not flag them? Mark them clearly as problematic, explain exactly why they violate our standards, and then hit the user with whatever disciplinary action fits—penalty points, a warning, or a digital slap on the wrist. That’s how you actually maintain order. That’s exactly how it should work. If we want transparency, everyone needs to see precisely what was written that violated the rules. We shouldn't be left guessing. People deserve to know the specific reason why a penalty was handed down. I truly hope—and I really want to believe—that given enough time, the vast majority of people here on this Forum will finally learn how to actually behave. I’m including myself in that group, by the way. If everyone could just figure out how to exist without constantly trampling over the rules, we might actually get somewhere. Imagine an atmosphere that isn't constantly tense, where things feel a bit more relaxed and decent. That's the goal.
I’ve been going back and forth with people on this Forum for ages now, and I’ve finally realized something: for certain users, having a single post deleted is treated like a literal death sentence. 🙂
Look, Eric Bailey28, that bolded point of yours? It’s pure logic. Truly. But it only works if we’re living in some perfect utopia. In our world—this chaotic, less-than-ideal corner of the internet—it just doesn't hold water. 😬 We rarely use post deletions as a disciplinary measure. Honestly? I’ve never even felt the need to do it. Of course, that doesn't apply to hate speech, blatant vulgarity, or threats—that kind of garbage has no business being on this Forum in the first place.
We’re scrubbing these posts because they’re basically digital grenades. One controversial comment goes up, and within seconds, you’ve got dozens of users jumping into the fray just to get a piece of the action—and let me tell you, the resulting picture is rarely pretty. It turns one single thread into an all-out brawl between two opposing sides, leading to endless moderation, bans, and a total mess. Honestly, it’s a nasty sight to see. 😁
We even have a category dedicated specifically to spam. You’ve got one person dropping a random smiley, another posting a butterfly icon, and then there’s the guy mourning a failing grade on his midterm under a thread about Margaret Thatcher’s passing. All of that gets wiped out too. But honestly, looking at what you wrote, I think you were actually aiming at that first group of trolls. 🙂
Look, that’s all I can tell you for now. If you can actually recall the gist of a deleted post—even if you just have a vague idea of what it said—go ahead and write it out. Let's see what we're dealing with here and try to make sense of the situation. 🙂
I have called on you several times to answer the questions I asked you directly, yet you persistently ignore me. Don't you dare ask me to repeat the questions, because that would be incredibly rude, even if I were to overlook the fact that you are ignoring everything I have written here.
These are my posts that were likely deleted, which I still have in my private messages since I was penalized for what I wrote (I don't hold a grudge, I see why), and I am putting them here to demonstrate that we aren't all people who spit on Force just because we are fans of the characters and the work.
I haven't watched Ezel; I'm watching Cansa for the first time. I am not a fan of anyone, not even her. I'm certainly not similar to her character, though in terms of looks... well, let's just say she's been crossed out, if you catch my drift.
I am taking her side simply because I don't have the stomach to read nothing but talk about what a fool she is, what a hysterical bitch she is, how unintelligent she is, and a heap of other words that I mostly hear from hysterical, unintelligent, and similar individuals. I don't speak about anyone like that in real life, so I generally cringe when I read such things.
While Boran clearly has an obvious problem with anger management, excuses are constantly found for him, whereas Force is spat upon the moment the slightest reason exists. So I find myself wondering... who is actually obsessed with an imaginary character here? Is it those who are just waiting to spit on her, or those who defend her unconditionally? At least those people admit they are fans of hers.
I don't even read more than half the posts here anymore; the back-and-forth bickering and little jabs people throw at each other all day long aren't interesting to me at all. I read the posts of those who actually summarize their impressions and provide reasoned arguments regarding the characters, rather than just "she's a stupid woman," and thank God that Aga finally spoke up—he should have done so sooner.
There are excellent women on this thread whose posts I gladly read regardless of our differing opinions, and I have no problem admitting that in some episodes, Force was the one that messed up.
To me, Aga completely lost standing in my eyes after the episode with Emre; he showed what a brute Mardinska is, and it will be hard for me to ever regain my previous opinion of him. I am inclined to forgive characters if the writers make them do it, because to me, this is just a show and nothing more, so I generally just keep watching and enjoying it, following the forum and laughing at some posts, agreeing with others or not...
It is truly mind-blowing what one encounters reading through this place and how certain people choose to interpret the show. Even more baffling is the endless repetition—constantly digging up old plot points just to rehash the same arguments, trying to prove they were right all along by dragging Force through the mud for things they’ve already criticized a thousand times before. Honestly, it is exhausting and frankly quite idiotic to read about the same people, saying the exact same things, over and over again. Some are spitting venom, others are playing defense. And even after some have been kicked out for bans, while others—some cartoonish characters (myself included)—have received warnings, the cycle just continues unabated.
Kudos to the women who get so deeply immersed in hating one specific character that it's the only thing they can talk about—not just once, but repeatedly hammering the same point over and over. But I also have to give credit to the ladies who consistently present their views with actual arguments, reading through all this nonsense time and again. I truly cannot believe some people possess such thick skin.
Regrettably, this Force theme has devolved into one giant joke, which is such a shame... especially since a good number of posts and a significant amount of women participated in it originally.
If anyone reads these posts and thinks I am building an altar to Force, then I truly have no idea who I am, and you all are slowly opening my eyes to that fact. 🤣
Dear Agatha, nothing I have written here was directed at you. I don't have an issue with any of the women in this thread; if I did, I wouldn't have even realized it.☕
The whole situation stems from the atmosphere prevailing over there, making it impossible for those of us trying to be realistic, enjoy the show, and actually comment... and this has been proven yet again because instead of just the Moderators stepping in, a whole legion of people either for or against Force has descended upon us once more.
The only thing I can do is ignore you, because if I actually start, I honestly don't know if I'll be able to stop. I have read all kinds of 🙈 nonsense on this subforum—seriously, anything goes here. But this? This takes the absolute cake.
We have a grown woman having a complete meltdown because people aren't singing praises to some fictional character from some leftist American soap opera in every single post. Apparently, the moderators are taking bribes, too, since they won't just decapitate every snake who dares to say the Force broke her stockings and put their heads on a pike. And it doesn't stop there—she’s spun this entire fantasy into a massive Conspiracy involving the moderators, the users, and even Jimmy Hoffa (look him up ☕), all while insulting everyone like a common thug. Even though the entire legion of female users gave you plenty to think about online, you’re still wasting hours and hours lamenting. And frankly, the whole performance is getting more ridiculous and nonsensical by the minute.
So, no... I am not going to ask you what the question was. I truly couldn't care less.
Dear ladies, thanks for stepping up. You all jumped headfirst into this mess completely on your own initiative..
As for these thread-starters, I don't have much to say, except it looks like your little "I’m typing, but I have no clue what I’m saying or why I’m even typing" campaign isn't going exactly according to plan..
And you, Jonathan Martinez11, stay out of other members' business. Especially those who used to frequent Dove forums but aren't members there anymore. I know everything there is to know regarding Kenneth Cruz73 and Asi62's handles, and all I'll say is that the reason was absolutely justified, wasn't controversial at all, and was approved by the Moderator. So, you can go look for a new sensation on some other message board, because, much to everyone's delight, the door to this one is locked to you.
I didn't hand you that ban myself; you earned it fair and square with those middle-school level insults you were throwing around. Those bans that are bothering you are ancient history—eight hundred years old if I had to guess—and they are absolutely justified given how crudely you insulted the other members here. Twice. You want me to pull up the posts? 🙂
To be perfectly blunt, when the admins approached me about granting you amnesty, my first step was to figure out who you actually are. I clearly reached the right conclusion: that you don't belong on this forum. Then, I gave you a vote. Big mistake. Just like your little delusion about having a "probationary period" where you supposedly had to watch your step—that's a mistake too. A normal person on this forum doesn't need to "restrain" themselves, stalk someone's posts, or act like they're walking on eggshells. And now you think you've passed some trial run? That concept doesn't even exist.
🤣 thanks for this post. You just did me a bigger favor than if you’d declared me the greatest moderator in history.
And just so we have this on the record: I have zero clue who you actually are, other than being that person giggling in every thread about how you're the luckiest little Smurf alive because you got unbanned thirty minutes ago and swore eternal loyalty to the admins. So, you can relax—I couldn't care less about "your every move." It's about as exciting to me as watching a local high school wrestling match.
It’s funny how you people act so important, thinking you have the right to insult and spit on forum users, mods, and admins. You're terrified of the staff, yet here you are playing the lady. But the second someone gives you the feedback you actually deserve, you're absolutely mortified. Apparently, you think we should all be bowing to the floor, treating every bit of your slanderous nonsense with humble, quiet respect.
Oh, and by the way, force doesn't exist... the guy is stuck at the soap factory, which is closing down in a few days anyway. Bummer.
Jeremy Reyes5, I mean it—thank you. Anyone who actually knows anything about how this soap factory PDF works knows that he and I have had some serious clashes in the past. But unlike the person who started this whole circus, we actually know how to distinguish between the relationship between forum users and the mods, versus the personal bond between ambermason16 and Jeremy Reyes5.
You two have completely lost the plot. It’s not just that you’re shamelessly spamming posts where you basically just talk to yourselves—leaving everyone else totally confused—but you’re also back at it again with the constant lying and slander.
I am calling out every single person on this forum who ever reached out to me for advice or help and was left hanging. I want to know exactly who got shut down by one of my favorites. Who did I snap at without any reason? Who did I refuse to listen to when I actually messed up and needed to make things right? Or better yet, who have I just picked on for no damn reason at all? I’m asking you now: step up. Come forward publicly so we can lay everything out on the table and see exactly what kind of nonsense is going on.
I am honestly fed up. I’m sick of these grown women who can't tell the difference between real life and some trashy daytime soap opera, and then they think they have the right to talk down to me whenever they feel like it.
I’m calling on all of you to walk away from these threads immediately. Between the pathetic moderation and the even worse way they treat Force, there's no point staying. To make sure you aren't targeted by some moderator conspiracy—and considering everything you've already poured into these posts that only twenty people actually read before missing the entire point anyway—it’s best if you just head over to the soap factory instead. It’s going to be rough; the void you two leave behind will be massive, but I guess we'll manage somehow. Go ahead! Show us! Just walk out and leave us high and dry.
You have absolutely no idea how exhausted I am from having my name dragged through the mud over this absolute nonsense. We're talking about a phantom group that the moderators let run wild, invisible forum users mass-exiting threads, and endless reports about "harassment" toward fictional characters. It's ridiculous.
And just a final note: Force doesn't even exist; the guy is just a character in the soap factory; I'm done with this discussion... or whatever this mess is supposed to be. You two go right ahead and carry on with each other.
Keith Diaz5 said:As I stated before... I wasn't expecting to achieve anything, and I was proven right. Everything was already laid bare in the original thread, and this comment only confirms it. Should I list the names of those who posted there but have since vanished, or should I write to the moderators about the state of this entire topic? Can you not see the issue? Or perhaps you don't see why my comment is even here? Fine. If there is no problem, then go ahead and delete this one too, or punish me for "disturbing the peace" (how dare I?). It makes no difference to me.
But... one is permitted to comment in this subforum, is one not?
Exactly! If you’re going to make such an adamant claim, back it up with some actual facts. In plain English: you don't have an answer. This whole long-winded lecture is just a byproduct of you being offended because everyone else on this thread isn't busy building an altar to Force.
Don't you see the problem, or why my comment is here now?
Even you don't know why you made that comment, question, or criticism—whatever it is. How am I supposed to know?
Fine, no problem. Just delete this one too, or punish me for "harassment" (if I even dare?). Whatever.
Pure drama. It's the last refuge of a critic who has zero arguments left.
But like I said... commenting is allowed in this subforum, right?
Sure, you can always comment. But if you actually have a question and want an answer, it would make life easier for everyone if you could just state it coherently.
Right now, we're stuck with a comment where you don't even know why you wrote it, a thread that isn't being moderated, yet somehow you've still racked up several warnings. You're like a phantom refugee drifting from thread to subforum, criticizing other people's views which—disturbingly, as you put it—have nothing to do with real events. I honestly have no idea how to help you.
