Kopljar clearly spent some time lurking on the forums. 😛

Karacic is basically our savior.

Kopljar. 🙏

Our guys played a damn smart game.

Whatever. What is there left for animal rights activists online to get worked up about now? 😢

So, there’s that ridiculous octopus gif again. Or whatever it was. Now what? 🤷

As a regular moderator over in the Joke sub-forum, I’m fully backing everything Jose Edwards16 said. We all come to this thread looking for a quick laugh, so I don't see the point in enforcing these rules when they basically ban everything that's actually funny.

Twilight Zone, The Outer Limits, The Ray Bradbury Theater, Tales from the Darkside...

The Outer Limits is my absolute favorite. 😍

I should also mention American Horror Story as one of the more recent successes in that department.

I feel like people are saying this more and more often. Over the last 10-15 years, movies have been losing the battle against TV shows in pretty much every category. We're talking everything from the price tag and production quality to the massive budgets and those A-list actors showing up in them. Shows like The Sopranos and The Wire raised the bar for everyone, and then you had Breaking Bad, Game of Thrones, True Detective, and the rest join the fray. Sure, there's some truth to the idea that certain shows are overrated or have faded into irrelevance—kept alive mostly by die-hard fans—but that’s always going to happen. The real edge this medium has over film is simply having way more breathing room to build out a story and develop characters, and the most successful series have absolutely mastered how to use that space.

What an idiot. ☕

Do I seriously have to win every single pair? 😢

I don't know, personally I think the Italians and Germans are the best picks for conquest. If I could bet on it, I'd put every cent I own on Brazil failing to take them down.

Not sure if this is the right place for this, but... I almost never place bets, so I put together a little slip yesterday. Feel free to throw out some suggestions or advice. 😬

I'm going to be forced to take out a loan in the next few days, so I'm looking for some insight from anyone who's been through this recently. Which bank is actually offering the best terms right now? And does anyone know if they still offer grace periods on payments?

Seriously, Chloe Adams6 doesn't even know how to upload a photo. 😢

I haven't kept up with the show in a while. Honestly, PBS could do us all a favor and air some reruns instead of filling the schedule with those "celebrity" types who spend more time dancing, singing, and acting like total idiots than actually performing.

The movie is alright, but I don't really feel like I'm watching a standalone film. It feels more like just another extended episode of the series.

I knew it was going to fall apart before we even hit halftime.

I know for a fact that Kopljar is going to absolutely wreck those Frenchmen. 😉

The salt in this thread is getting intense.

I’m actually traumatized by this film.

I was really hoping for that "so bad it's good" vibe, but honestly? It’s just plain "so bad it's bad."

I was actually planning on watching this one. Some people claim it falls into that "so bad it's good" category, so I’m really hoping that holds up.

Ryan Wilson2 said:This film is the absolute pinnacle of trash cinema, from its ridiculous premise all the way down to that legendary chainsaw scene.

It is so profoundly terrible that it actually transcends failure and becomes something else entirely—it's masterfully bad.😁

I wouldn't suggest watching this while sober. However, if you have a few beers in hand, this movie becomes an absolute blast.🤣

Thanks for the tip. I think that's exactly how I'll handle it. 😉
