Fruit should be eaten on its own between meals, not right before—and definitely not immediately after a cooked meal.

If they give that a shot, they might actually figure out whether the issue is just poor food timing or if they truly have an intolerance to specific fruits.

Coffee just doesn't sit right with me. Last time I had some, I ended up in the ER because my heart started racing—pulse hit 140.

They usually toss some coffee into chocolate just to boost the aroma.
