It’s not even about the national team or the players themselves... it’s more about that incompetent administration sitting on the bench and those corrupt guys running things from the stands.
I honestly wouldn't mind if they lost by ten points and missed out on the chance to play in London entirely.
And if Balic decides to say goodbye to them in early February, well, I guess we won't be seeing much of anything worth watching after that. Maybe let Kopljar run the show in the next period; honestly, they both deserve it.
It’s actually pretty good, they really stepped up their game! 👋 🙏 👋 This is a real party today, such an intense atmosphere to watch. If they keep this momentum going... it’s looking like a guaranteed spot in the semifinals.
Morgan Rodriguez57 said:I find all of this kind of insulting, honestly... calling people Southerners, or distinguishing between someone from Charleston versus just being a Southerner... those distinctions feel a bit much to me.
Man, I think "Southerner" sounds better after all.☕
Sean Davis52 said:I mean, you can't even really call skiing a sport, right? There isn't any direct head-to-head competition between participants, and the number of people actually doing it is so incredibly small that it barely qualifies. I guess a world champion in something like cornhole might actually hold more weight than a world champion in skiing.
This guy said it all, honestly. Just close the thread already. 🤣
Jerry Roberts said:'I don't want to play for the US national team anymore!'
"I just don't want to represent the US anymore. I can't keep playing for people who won't let me grow or advance as an athlete. Plus, I'm honestly worried about the mental toll all of this might take on me," Jacob Fak told The New York Times.
😂 he doesn't want to play for the US anymore 🤣 well, honestly, who gives a Fuck! 🙂
analchonouos seems to show even more promise than Bethroned, though I guess you have to admit the latter is already pretty well-established in the underground scene with a handful of top-tier releases
I see a huge crowd of Americans buzzing about some massive robbery that I honestly didn't even catch, but hey 😕 Marcin Lijewski ended up losing teeth in the process 😬, and now the poor guy is whining about our sloppy teamwork while they seem to be playing absolutely flawlessly 😁
But seriously, are they really that wronged? It doesn't look that way to me (actually, I’d say they're just being total jerks, but I don't want to be too judgmental 😕)... mcaucliffe, what was your take on the officiating during yesterday's semifinals?
rapidbison42 said:Alright, let's cut the nonsense. I’m usually the first person to doubt a wildcard, but I guess even the underdog proved everyone wrong this time. Yeah, he might have been acting reckless, almost like he was throwing it all away, yet somehow he manages to pull through with the trophy anyway. So, I suppose I should just say congratulations to Lin Chervar.
Yep, you really have to hand it to him, which is...
We actually managed to tear them apart in the second half, seriously, props to the guys. That defensive setup was solid, and once we started moving faster and being more mobile on offense, everything just clicked—that's exactly how it needs to look. It’s such a massive contrast to that complete standstill we saw in the first half... truly impressive 🙏🙏🙏
And now we've got the nightmare matchup against the French again 🤮 I don't know, I'm almost afraid to say I'm feeling a little optimistic, so I won't even go there 😁 basically, they're probably going to run right over us ☕
