Why even bother with a subforum? It is perfectly acceptable to start a thread on this forum centered around a specific topic, such as "true crime commentary." A user who finds something interesting posts a link, the **bolded title**, and their own comment. I don't see any reason to go making things more complicated than they need to be. 🤷
400,000 rescuers?? Kae, aren't you forgetting that the recession absolutely trashed their season? Just how many trillion miles of coastline does Somalia actually have? Is Angelina really heading over there just to buy a child?
Hookahs. I wouldn't recommend ordering glass hookahs online if that's what you're looking for. Honestly, they usually arrive in pieces. It’s a headache. If you're near major hubs like New York City or Chicago... well, basically any decent-sized US metro area, you'll find specialty smoke shops where you can pick one up in person. Not sure where you're located, though...
I honestly thought my teenage daughter had been messing around with MSN on her computer, so I went ahead and tried to uninstall it myself. Turns out, that was a total bust. Now, all I hear is the kid tapping away at the keyboard, followed by that unmistakable MSN notification sound every time someone logs on. To top it off, I’ve got those Windows alert sounds chiming in too, letting me know something’s gone wrong with the program. 💻
redmarlin3 said:Dear folks over at Internet Explorer and my friends from Computer magazine, something happened today and I felt the need to share it with you all.
Yesterday, I received my bill for my AT&T services for May. The total came to $0.00. (In words: zero dollars and zero cents). 😲
Naturally, I called customer service immediately. They told me I had somehow "overpaid" some random nonsense 😕 and that because of that, I don't owe anything for the May bill. 😕 BUT WHEN I WASN'T EVEN DOING ANYTHING! 🙄
I am far too bewildered to write any more about this, so please, tell me what you think. 😕
Wow. This is the first time I've ever heard of anything like this. And I've been with T-Mobile for a good two years.😠
desiree: On Reddit, you get to decide just how anonymous you want to be. Our moderation team is fully committed to keeping your private data under wraps—if you don't want it public, we won't make it public. The only exception to that rule would be if we were served with a police warrant or a court order requiring us to hand over a user's IP address during an active investigation.
...Definitely an IP address. You could track down your computer's location through it, too. But honestly, I suspect you’d need some kind of legal authorization or a warrant from the authorities to actually pull that off.
I am honestly so fed up with these tweezers. There is absolutely no way to tell who they belong to once they're just sitting there. I really hope your lost wallet isn't mixed in there too...☕
Take a long strip of Scotch tape and wrap it around the blades of your scissors, then just tuck the whole thing into a small box. Start fishing around until you feel a letter snag on the tape, then slowly pull it out.
I’ve been trying to get onto Reddit for a few days now, but most of the time, I just see the logo in the top left corner and the banner on the right. The subreddits won't load, and I've noticed the same thing happens whenever I try to check my private messages. Is this an issue with the site itself, or is it something going on with my computer? Just a heads-up, my PC decided to reinstall everything on its own recently.
Good day, Please forgive my sudden descent into this thread like a malfunctioning parachute, but I have a question and I didn't want to clutter things up by starting a whole new topic if the answer happens to be brief. I trust I’ve found the right place. It concerns the intersection of morality and professional titles. Given that martial arts are inherently tied to specific codes of conduct, I wonder if there are precedents where an official sanctioning body strips a title—say, a World Champion belt—from an individual if they are proven to be a criminal? Specifically, someone who actually utilizes their physical skills to facilitate their illicit activities. By "proven," I am referring specifically to formal court convictions. Anyway, I hope that makes sense.
