I’ve always found Arcade Fire a bit mediocre... they feel more like a commercial act than anything else. I suspect James Blunt could easily handle Unknown; he’s got that experience from his time working in Mexico... :krezo&zubo:
Just another one who thought we were talking about that Scottish band... Bisev is great, provided their sets last longer than 30 minutes... I don't recall many bad shows where they had boring encores. btw Suzuki puts on incredible encores at his shows😁
My top 7 biggest fails at work over the last ten days or so:
1. Actually bought one of our own products—a shirt that says "don't follow me, I'm lost." 2. Accidentally slammed my head into a shelf in the warehouse. 😁 3. Tried riding a skateboard again after 13 years... it was a disaster. Mall security didn't exactly help things along. 4. Told my manager that the magazine featuring their supposedly "world-class" urban clothing store is actually garbage. 5. Accidentally told a customer she was fat. 6. Started preaching about Bloc Party, Stereolab, light drugs, Deer, and Ladytron without management's approval. 7. Decided to call in sick for two more days just so I could hit two interesting concerts.
1. A larva... accidentally... because a cricket laid eggs in my Corn Flakes 🙂 🙂 2. That soy cheese, which I am still convinced is just a sponge soaked in some Chinese garbage 🤮 3. Mexican salsa, packed with hidden corn, that was somehow sweet instead of spicy?! 😕 4. Some horrific chicken fillets at that awful reception; they were sugary and covered in some terrible UFO seasoning... anyway, disgusting! 🙂 5. XTC 😈 😵
