I got permabanned from the rec league in Feedback & Suggestions ·
So, I just got hit with a permanent ban from the community lounge without even a shred of an explanation... Look, ever since my last ban, I haven't said anything toxic or aggressive. Not even close. I actually made a conscious effort to be chill, stay away from the controversial threads, and just change up how I comment—I was really trying to play by the rules here. But honestly? It doesn't matter. Layla has been gunning for this ever since she stepped into her moderator role. I saw it coming, and I know a lot of people there did too. It’s like she was terrified that if I actually *did* settle down, she wouldn't have any reason to kick me out anymore, so she just pulled the trigger early—before anyone could even realize I'd actually turned over a new leaf...

...And that's that. Peace out, casuals.

Look, if I posted them over on the Fitness Forum just to track my progress, let them live here too—we can just make this an all about breasts thread. Plus, they actually verified my shots over there since they have strict rules about authenticity. They got a ton of love as erotic photos, but since that sub is strictly for erotic content, nobody really cares about the extra fluff 😬 ...Anyway, things are definitely moving in the right direction—I can see the difference, even if it's subtle—but I'm not throwing in the towel just yet 🙂

I’m not even sure where this belongs, so I’ll just dump it here since basically everyone obsessed with protein powders spends half their life at the local gym anyway.

Let's talk about MRSA.
I remember seeing this segment on the Oprah Winfrey Show a while back... it's a legit life-threatening bacteria if you don't catch it early enough. The scary part? It’s resistant to almost all the standard antibiotics you'd normally reach for. You'll find it hanging out most often in locker rooms.

Honestly, they should just turn this entire document into a catalog of thirst traps or something... you know, so interested hunters—like some frustrated little cub—don't waste their precious time reading this junk.🤷

It’s honestly weird/just plain hilarious to me.

This subforum is supposed to be a place where the admins check in regularly to see what needs fixing and why people are filing complaints, but I swear, I haven't seen a single admin show up with an actual answer since I started posting here.

Laura Evans3 said:If you honestly think this whole thing is just some big act and there's zero substance behind it... then why even bother arguing? 🤷 Why waste your precious time on nothing, man?

Look, since you seem so eager to get answers, let me lay it out for you—are you actually friends with most of the moderators and admins on this site, or just an acquaintance? Because it feels like there’s this weird shield around certain people... I gotta know, do you guys have some secret handshake or internal rulebook where the admins promise to protect their buddies no matter what and just toss user complaints straight into the trash?

Laura Evans3 said:Honestly, this whole thread should’ve been locked and tossed in the trash ages ago... seriously.

I’m totally with you—we really ought to be dropping those offensive quotes from the mods right here so we can tear them apart, but since they scrubbed everything, this is basically a golden opportunity for one of the admins to step up and do the dirty work for us. Just... hey, take it easy, alright? Don't have all the admins sprinting over here at once to go copy-paste it. Slow your roll. 😁
Look, if you honestly believe this whole thing is just some massive charade—like there’s no substance behind the curtain and the entire debate is basically a waste of breath—then why are we even talking? Seriously, what's the point of arguing if you've already decided everything is just a hollow performance? It's like debating whether a movie is good when you're convinced the script was written by a toaster; you're just spinning your wheels at that point. 🤷 Why even bother wasting your precious time like this, man? Seriously...

Look, we need to stop dancing around the issue and just own up to what's actually happening here. It’s time for some real honesty—we need the admin to step up, lay all the cards on the table, and finally give us an actual explanation. Seriously, why hasn't anyone hit the ban button on Lulu yet? I mean, come on—is everyone just sitting on their hands or what? It’s getting ridiculous at this point. And she earned every single bit of it—100%. No questions asked. 🤷 Honestly, as a regular on this board, I am completely at a loss here... like, I genuinely have zero clue how this is even happening. Look, I get it—fine, let's say there isn't some official deputy mod stepping up, or maybe there aren't any volunteers willing to take one for the team, whatever. But the thing is? They exist. They're right there. It makes absolutely no sense!

Ashley Carter95 said:they aren't even a regular user—they're an admin. talk about a massive ego trip 🙏:

They don't have a single actual argument to back up Lulu, other than the fact that she's their buddy. Real high-level debating right there. Total class act. Just totally fits the "spirit" of this forum, doesn't it? 🙏:

Desiree—bravo. You nailed it. 🙄

I honestly have no clue what the process is for picking mods and admins around here, but let me tell you, it’s 100% rigged and corrupt. Thank God we're joining the EU soon; maybe they'll have a rulebook that actually covers stuff like: "unpunished abuse of power on a public forum just because you grabbed a Starbucks together or hit up a party back in 2007."

Laura Evans3 said:Google, that one specific card wasn't what got the user banned in the first place...

But looking at this thread... and even just the intro post, it’s pretty obvious the admins have picked a side, right?

So why the ban?
What "side" did the admins take? From where I’m sitting, the only "stance" they’ve shown is that moderators are untouchable—they can say whatever they want without consequences—while any regular user gets slapped with an instant ban.

Case in point: look at how Desiree locked this whole thing down alongside Lily, dropping a comment that was honestly hilarious in its audacity. But hey, it perfectly sums up the vibe here, because it basically translates to: "Poor little regular users, we feel so bad for you... but we mods are all buddies here, and we're allowed to laugh in your faces while you try to make a point."

I don't get the need for the fake politeness or the masks—just say it like it is. Things are what they are. And I mean that. "If you really want things to change, go ahead and buy out Reddit entirely so you can rewrite the rules, because you aren't getting any other way to fix this mess."
Complaint about the mods in Feedback & Suggestions ·
Honestly, if the mods realize they’re handing out bans to regular users for stuff they’re totally letting slide for themselves, they should just step down and ban their own asses already.

Laura Evans3 said:So what kind of stance should the mods take then, in your opinion?

Look, if you ask me, the admins need to step up and make it clear that even the moderators—who are acting just as offended and dramatic as this one user whose username is currently being grayed out—should be held accountable. I mean, seriously, the guy already got a strike, yet his post is still sitting there right in front of us!
Reddit radio in Feedback & Suggestions ·
Honestly, if we actually launched an American Reddit radio station, I bet people would tune in like crazy 🤷 Especially during those live shows where you bring on actual users from the threads... though, let’s be real, doing it live might be a total train wreck because things could get way too awkward real fast 😁

Best offshore sportsbooks for online betting? in Betting Forum ·
So, I was digging through one of those big-name American sports betting forums lately, just seeing what people are saying about different books—their picks, their gripes, all that stuff—and honestly, here’s the consensus bubbling up from the threads:

BetMGM basically has the most massive selection out there, and if you're looking to bet live, they're hard to beat—but man, they can be total thieves or just straight-up shady. Seriously, everyone complains about them, and if you look at the biggest betting board in the world, they’re pretty much sitting right at the top of the blacklist.

Now, BetMGM actually has the best odds in the game, and even though their market depth isn't quite as crazy wide as the other guys, it's still pretty decent. That's why their individual match breakdowns aren't always as deep, but the value is there.

DraftKings has a live betting setup that's almost as good as what you get with BetMGM. Their tennis markets are killer, too. Generally speaking, people rave about them, and you don't hear a ton of whining compared to other books.

FanDuel supposedly has a pretty thin selection—like, the skinniest one out there—though personally, I don't think it's half bad. They have that "goal scored/not scored" option for a huge chunk of leagues. But hey, most people agree they are hands-down the best when it comes to payouts; you won't have any issues getting your cash from them.

DraftKings along with FanDuel apparently have the most limited menus. Plus, they're kind of hit-or-miss with tennis challengers and how they break down the tennis lines.

DraftKings offers a solid lineup, especially if you're into basketball or tennis markets. But watch out—there's been some serious heat regarding their payouts. Total scammers.

FanDuel has an awesome live betting experience, easily riding in the same league as BetMGM.

-----For those looking for live streams of the games, you can find action on FanDuel, DraftKings, BetMGM, and DraftKings

-----And for the love of God, READ THE RULES, because a lot of these American online books count overtime in their results!

redcanyon66 said:I just wanted to ask... what's the deal with calories? How much do they actually matter when you're trying to drop weight?

Look, they matter, obviously, but don't go driving yourself crazy counting every single morsel. It’s way easier to just make sure you aren't overstuffing yourself at any given meal—you know, eat only when you're actually feeling a bit hungry. Your body is pretty smart at sensing what's calorie-dense anyway... so honestly, focusing on the actual nutritional breakdown—like your carbs, proteins, and all that jazz—is way more important.
Best protein powders for muscle gain? in Hobbies & Leisure ·
Look, there’s no need to overthink this whole thing, and honestly, most people don't even bother writing about it because it’s been covered a million times already... but here we go. You gotta push yourself to slash those carbs as much as possible since they're basically just fuel for body fat. Proteins? Those are gold for building muscle and won't touch your fat stores nearly as much as carbs ever will. For dinner, you should be cutting carbs down to almost nothing—we're talking a tiny trickle at best. Instead, swap them out for lean proteins like low-fat cheeses, fish, or chicken... It's not like there's some magical "post-workout rule" you have to follow either; it’s still mostly protein during that window too. And seriously, don't waste your money on those protein shakes... You just need to stay damn persistent and keep grinding until you actually start seeing progress in the mirror! If you want some actual meal ideas, go check out the "Fitness Nutrition Log" thread, or if you want to get nerdy about what's actually inside different foods, look right here:

Grace Davis90 said:So, basically, what you're saying is I should aim for those meals in the afternoon, and just leave the light stuff—like cereal or toast—for the morning?

Look, you can definitely have some stuff in the afternoon too—it really just comes down to how your body handles it. Honestly, the main goal is just to shave off enough carbs from your daily total to make an impact... at least, that’s how I played it. I managed to drop all my extra weight in just a few months by doing exactly that. Back then, I didn't even know about things like low-fat cottage cheese or oatmeal, and my dinners were pretty standard—usually just a sandwich on white bread. But even without all the fancy health food, I hit my target weight just by cutting back on the overall carb intake for the day.

Grace Davis90 said:What kind of foods are actually high in protein? Give me some examples, please.
And don't give me that condescending attitude... honestly, the more I read through all this stuff, the more confused I get...

Look, you've got dairy, meat, fish, egg whites—and even soybeans have a ton of it. Grain products have some too, though not nearly as much since they're mostly carbs; actually, it's wild that oatmeal has about as much protein as most types of fish.😲 That was news to me... Veggies have some protein, sure, but it's peanuts compared to the other stuff. Peas are probably one of the better options in the veggie category, but even then, they've only got about half the protein you'd find in oats.

restlessmason54 said:I’m honestly worried that my massive binge-eating sessions—which is pretty much exactly how you described them—might push me way past my limits, even though I'm hitting the gym four times a week.🤷

Then there's the workout itself, which usually runs about an hour and a half or so.
After I wrap up, I always make sure to smash two or three bananas, followed by eggs😁(averaging around 8 of them), and if I'm feeling it, some sour cream

After that, I'm just waiting—let's call it "hanging in there"—until dinner hits around 11 PM or midnight. That’s when the dairy comes back into play, like milk with some oats or rice😁, plus that essential cottage cheese
If I stay up a bit later, I’ll grab some fruit along with a Bioactive yogurt, and yeah, it's basically a loop.🙂

What do you think about my protein intake? Is there even any point in buying casein?
With a diet like this, can I actually expect to see significant muscle mass gains over time?Or am I just gonna end up getting fat instead of building actual muscle at this rate?😁

Exactly. And those "elephant-sized" meals? You aren't getting rid of them easily once they're in you—your stomach just stretches out... and man, if you slip up on your training for even a second, you are absolutely screwed.☕

Grace Bishop70 said:Even Photoshop couldn't fix my legs. I’ve got those massive, bulky cyclist calves that just won't quit.

Man, I seriously have to jump in here even though this thread is ancient history... But let me tell you, cyclists don't get "bulky" calves! It's actually the exact opposite—cycling is basically the go-to if you want to lean out and lengthen those muscles. You're doing high-rep, low-resistance work where you're constantly pumping that foot up and down, which naturally stretches the calf muscle out. It’s all about that range of motion, people!
