The Pacers are facing some serious opposition today. I’m watching Paul go head-to-head with Pier; it's a tight matchup. Honestly, I'm just sitting here waiting for that 9.5 line—or whatever the spread ends up being—on the Nets to drop. 🙂
The Pacers are playing their third game in three days tomorrow. They absolutely crushed it yesterday, and they did the exact same thing the day before. Now, with Brooks back in the lineup for the Nets, I am seriously questioning where the line will land for those looking to take the other side.
If you're betting the under, things might get intense. But for some peace of mind, they definitely won't be pushing hard in the fourth quarter given the massive scoring gaps. If they manage to grind through the entire third quarter, it’s basically a lock. 🙂
That was a total demolition by the Pacers. Honestly, LeBron James is going to need a massive fourth quarter if they want even a prayer of standing a chance against Kevin Durant. I can't help but think the roles will be completely reversed in the Heat vs OKC matchup.
@KCJHoop K.C. Johnson Thibodeau has officially ruled Derrick Rose out vs. Kings. Mike James might get some minutes. He didn't show up for the shootaround, but he is expected to be there for tip-off.
Jeremy Lin under 19.5—with Amar'e Stoudemire returning to the lineup, the scoring numbers for this sensational player, who looks like a future MVP, should take a significant dip. The Pick and Roll with Amar'e Stoudemire will be the main course tonight.
Carlos Boozer over 16.5—the man known as the "bum destroyer" holds his highest averages against teams with sub-.500 records, which aligns perfectly with the squad facing the Bulls tonight. The absence of Derrick Rose should only help this bet.
LeBron James in the duel against Kevin Durant—James put up 35 points in just 30 minutes recently, but Durant and the Oklahoma City Thunder should have an easy night against a tired Utah Jazz team playing their third game in three nights.
If Amar'e Stoudemire makes his comeback, I honestly think Jeremy Lin is going to land under. Twenty points is just too much to ask for, especially since Jose Calderon provides such solid defense. 🤷
I’m not entirely convinced, though. I suspect they might sit him out before Thursday, even if he’s officially listed as just day-to-day.
The Bulls should be able to handle Sacramento at their home court without him, but honestly, you can never call it in this league. It’s anyone's game.🙂
Minnesota, less Iggy, Clippsi x2 and Hendi Phile. I didn't have anything serious on my radar today, so I didn't place any bets; I just played this little set so there's actually something to follow.
Sean Sullivan87 said:Look at Detroit. It’s an absolute disaster. I've been watching one game every single night since the season kicked off, and I can't tell if it's just me or if everyone else is noticing this too, but the quality of the NBA seems to have plummeted. It barely even feels like basketball anymore. There are nights where I'll catch a game—honestly, I don't even know who's playing—and for four straight minutes, there isn't a single basket made. It’s absurd. These are elite players, guys pulling in $10 million a year, and yet... ugh, now Detroit is driving me crazy.🙂 uu now these Detroit guys are getting on my nerves
Just look at how this season has unfolded and you'll see what I mean. They're dealing with a brutal schedule and practically zero preseason prep time.
Fair enough. The guy filing reports is heading out to get some physical therapy before the game even starts. Plus, the coach already announced that Rose is out, and Rose himself confirmed it, adding that he’s seeing a back specialist tomorrow.

Deng is actually more vital to Chicago than Rose is because there simply isn't anyone to step in for Deng, whereas Watson can pretty much carry about 50% of what Rose brings to the table. Besides, someone else already pointed out that Chicago's offense looks incredibly fluid even when Rose is sidelined.
When they face teams like the Hornets, the Bobcats, or the Bulls, they could practically get by with just four players if they absolutely had to.
It's a completely different story when you're up against the heavy hitters; that's when you really start feeling the void left by Rose.
There's still no word on whether he'll suit up tonight or not.
Sure, that’s just how it goes in the soft basketball landscape of New York City; all the superstars get hyped up whenever they make an appearance there.😁.
A Kobe Bryant comeback should be on the table.🙂
In my heart of hearts, I was secretly hoping they’d set a single-digit handicap for the Chicago Bulls again.😬
