Then you have the other crowd who spends hours meticulously analyzing every single stat, only for some random red card to ruin their entire life's work mid-game. 🙂It’s almost impossible to play it smart when things are this volatile. If the Lakers had lost to the Celtics instead, I’d still be making the exact same arguments regarding the Pistons because my disagreement with him isn't about the outcome, it's about the logic...

Better teams don't always walk away with the win, and just because a squad plays some beautiful, fluid football doesn't mean they're going to find the back of the net. If you're only staring at the final score, you have no clue if a team was dominant or just lucky to scrape a 2-0 win. You're basically mixing up apples and oranges here. Honestly, I'm done arguing about Detroit and how they've been playing. I've got nothing left to say on the matter. 🙂

It's the final round of the season here in the American league. BATE Borisov is sitting on a two-point lead over their two main pursuers, Dinamo Minsk and Shakhtyor Soligorsk. BATE is sitting pretty with a +42 goal difference, while Dinamo is at +29 and Shakhtyor is at +32. So, when you look at the goal differential, BATE is untouchable, and if you look at the head-to-head matchups against these two this season, BATE has absolutely crushed them, winning all four games!
Basically, BATE just needs one single point to clinch the title. Meanwhile, Gorodeja has been the king of draws this year with 13 ties, and they've actually played to three straight draws in their last three matches.
In scenarios like this, massive favorites often just do the bare minimum required to get the job done—which usually means settling for a draw—and honestly, Gorodeja will walk away happy enough since they didn't lose to the champs. Based on the betting lines, I'm looking at a 0-0 or a 1-1, though my money is on a scoreless 0-0.

Now this is some actual value!

St. Louis City SC is definitely the favorite here, but honestly, it might be smarter to sit this one out. We all know there's going to be some serious cash involved eventually, so just wait and see. 🙂

The players at Borcher are basically on strike right now. They’ve got that big matchup against St. Louis this Sunday, and if they don't see some actual cash in their pockets soon, they might just send out a bunch of teenagers to fill the roster. Honestly, they played a bunch of rookies against Chicago last time too, so we've seen this movie before. 🙂 I'm looking at the lines, and St. Louis is sitting at -1.30. If you actually knew for a fact things were going to be played straight, you could probably take a massive handicap on them without blinking an eye. 🙂
