Looks like the ribbon cable finally kicked the bucket... it's the one connecting both sides of the laptop together...
maybe the screen itself just gave up the ghost too, honestly, stuff like this happens all the time 😢
just take it down to the repair shop so the techs can take a look at it, thank god they're doing free diagnostics today

I keep getting this error message and even tried messing with the paging file settings to match my RAM, but it didn't do squat...

I'm running an Intel dual core setup
got TeamViewer installed
got Google Chrome installed
The screenshot shows it's complaining about how Adobe Flash 13 is outdated since I downgraded it from 14, and yeah, total zero progress there...
Then it threw this message at me when I wasn't even using Google Chrome—just crop the bottom part of the shot and just look at the top, because apparently, I'm still freaking out about running out of memory again.
I'm seriously lost on what else I can shrink or delete just to get this computer to actually behave like it should...
One more thing though... whenever I reboot, everything works perfectly fine for a while before it goes south again, so catch ya later, kids.
What's my next move?

Well, I guess it really depends on who you're dealing with. If it's some total moron, then honestly, just squeeze them for every cent they've got. So, I’ve got this presentation hanging over my head, and honestly, I’m kind of spiraling because I have zero clue how many slides I actually need to put together. It’s supposed to be one of those super serious, professional vibes—none of that flashy animation nonsense or distracting transitions, just straight to the point. I’ve done stuff like this before, sure, but it was always just helping out buddies for free, you know? Just doing favors. But now, things are actually getting real because there’s actual money on the line. This is a legitimate gig. It's weird, though, jumping from "hey, let me help you out" to "okay, let's talk business," and my brain is just kind of melting trying to figure out the scope of it all.
