Usually, they come with 4 GB soldered on plus one 4GB SO-DIMM slot (just one slot total) using DDR4-3200. You can max it out at 12 GB if you swap that 4 GB stick for an 8 GB one.
gotcha, I'll look for an 8GB stick then. Does the brand actually matter for speed? thinking about grabbing something from a local shop like Best Buy or Micro Center...
Hey, I've got a Dell Latitude Laptop - Type 82H8 with 8GB of RAM. The thing is, it runs out of memory sometimes, so it struggles to load websites or run heavy stuff like Adobe Premiere Pro.
Is there any way to check if it has one or two RAM slots without having to crack the case open? [/url]
Lately, I’ve been seeing some super weird sites popping up in my Google searches. Most of the time I have my language set to English, but it keeps happening anyway.
Just two screenshots here to show what I mean—even with English selected.
Is this some kind of virus, an issue with Google, my settings, or something else entirely?
Has anyone here actually tried a service like this before?
Thanks.
Seems way too good to be true. If it actually worked like that, everyone would be talking about it. Over 9 thousand happy customers?🙏 Where are the actual reviews from those people?🤦 Just stay far away from this one.

Then I realized that when someone does something for me without being asked, I feel such an intense sense of obligation that I spend the rest of my life trying to pay them back. It was a wake-up call. I wasn't actually being a "good person" out of the goodness of my heart; my self-esteem was just low enough that I thought being useful was the only way people would accept me. Spoilers: it doesn't work, and it isn't worth it. It takes a lot of mental heavy lifting to shake that inferiority complex and accept that we don't owe the world our service. But you have to do the work, otherwise, the person playing the "benefactor" just ends up feeling miserable.
In this specific situation, it feels like the author just didn't want to deal with the hassle of moving furniture, so they're letting someone else handle the grunt work while they play the saint. If I owned the place, I wouldn't want to deal with the headache of lugging someone else's gift around either, but I wouldn't have the heart to sell it.
This basically describes my whole life. I'm always trying too hard to please everyone and be the nice guy.
Regarding the Bolden thing, maybe I should've focused more on it, but the boss seemed alright and I was just dealing with a mess of paperwork and stuff at the time.
Hey, I need some help here. Not sure if I should move this to another thread, but I'm lost on where to post this question. I'll try to keep this short and simple. I've already done the urine culture, all the STD testing (gonorrhea, chlamydia, HIV, HPV), and an ultrasound on my testicles. Everything came back totally fine, so now I'm just stuck wondering what else I can even do.
Been dealing with this for like 2 or 3 months now. Thought it was just a bladder infection, but clearly not. Currently waiting on another urine culture to come back. So, I’ve been getting this pain—not every single day, just hits me out of nowhere—and honestly, I can't make heads or tails of it. It's this dull ache in my testicles, plus this weird pressure that actually gets worse right after I pee. It’s bad enough that I end up feeling like a total despairer. Sometimes they feel swollen, almost like they're floating in water... I don't even know how else to put it. Weirdly enough, once I drink some herbal tea, it clears up. Then things go back to normal for days or even weeks. This latest bout popped up after sex, but I never used to have these kinds of aftershocks before. My stomach's been acting up lately. Sometimes it just feels heavy, like this constant burning sensation, and I keep having to burp just to get some relief—kind of like how a baby burps to feel better, not like actual acid reflux.
Anyone got an idea or some advice? Because honestly, this is just getting ridiculous.
Everything looks good on the labs, except my leukocyte count is sitting at 10.6.
Charles Ortiz3 said:So there's total testosterone in your system and then there's free testosterone, which is what actually matters... don't quote me on this, but I think I read somewhere that pro athletes can end up with low free levels even if their total count is high because their bodies are just burning through it for other stuff. I mean, what's the point of having testosterone if it isn't doing anything useful for you, right? But again, take it with a grain of salt because they might also be low because their body fat is super low or whatever... looks like both of yours are running pretty low.
You definitely need zinc to produce testosterone, and cholesterol too, just don't go overboard with it... you really need to be eating healthy fats since those help bump up your levels.
Cortisol, that stress hormone, basically works the opposite way of testosterone... if one is down, the other is usually up, so you should try to keep the stress levels in check.
Getting some solid workouts in tells your body to start cranking out more testosterone.
To get your hormones balanced, it really just comes down to eating clean and cutting out all that junk food... plus working out, getting enough nutrients like zinc and good fats, and trying not to stress out too much. Just don't expect things to change overnight...
Did you get these tests done just for fun or are you feeling under the weather? If you're sick, that might be why the numbers look weird right now. Are you just naturally thin? Do you stay active physically? Is your diet pretty healthy? Are you dealing with a lot of stress during the day, like, are you wiped out from working too hard or are you just exhausted for no clear reason...
Just looking things up because I've always had a low libido. I'M NOT THIN, I'M ACTUALLY LIKE 45 POUNDS OVERWEIGHT NOT VERY ACTIVE PHYSICALLY MY DIET SUCKS JOB IS LOW STRESS, BUT I GET GASSSED OUT FAST WHEN DOING PHYSICAL STUFF, PROBABLY JUST LACK OF CONDITIONING
steelorca5 said:If we’re talking about taking the natural route, I’d suggest incorporating consistent training sessions centered around movements like squats and deadlifts. Since these are compound exercises, they tend to stimulate testosterone production much more effectively than isolated movements, along with growth hormone. It might also be worth adding some sprinting—maybe one or two sessions a week consisting of four or five sets—which is excellent for those specific hormonal responses.
You absolutely have to prioritize getting eight hours of sleep to allow your body to recover from the workload; you really want to ensure you aren't constantly interrupting your REM cycles by waking up mid-night. I suppose the most critical part is establishing a strict routine where you go to bed at the same time every single day, essentially training your body to shut down at a predictable hour.
I don't think I even need to go into deep detail regarding nutrition—even a child could tell you how vital it is—but it is exceptionally important to fuel your recovery properly if you're actually committing to a training regimen.
Additionally, if you use alcohol, cigarettes, marijuana, or any other recreational drugs, you should probably cut them out entirely; I know from my own experience a few years back that it makes a massive difference. You should also try to limit screen time and phone usage, and, quite unironically, consider cutting back on ejaculation—or at least trying to go once every six or seven days. If you combine that with everything else I've mentioned, I'm fairly certain you'll see progress almost immediately, likely within the first month. If you were to run another blood test after thirty days to compare the results, there's really no way you wouldn't see an improvement.
Personally, I wouldn't jump straight into using performance enhancers without trying this approach first, as I'm convinced it will provide the boost you need to get started.
Good luck!
I barely drink, maybe 5 or 6 times a year, so like twice a season. Never smoked or used drugs. And I don't masturbate much either, maybe three times a week tops, I just don't really feel the urge. Gonna try to fix my diet and start hitting the gym.
Nicholas Mendoza60 said:So, what actually prompted you to go get your testosterone levels checked out in the first place? What was the main reason...
Libido is super low and I have zero drive. Wanted to see if it was all in my head or an actual body thing.
restlessdriver said:Take a look through my previous posts regarding testosterone on this sub; there’s quite a bit of info there, and I don't want to repeat myself. I went through these exact same issues once...
At the end of the day, those poor results shouldn't be ignored just because a doctor gave you some reassuring words. You need to keep digging...
Hey, I’m having a nightmare with an AliExpress package. It’s just some diagnostic tool I snagged on sale for about $19
Got an email from USPS saying they need proof of payment to verify the value. I sent over a screenshot showing everything the same day, but they shot it down. Apparently, they looked it up and decided this thing usually goes for like $70 on AliExpress.
So I emailed them back asking them to just look at my actual receipt, but it's been a week and total radio silence.
Sent another follow-up today just asking for any kind of update, and they basically told me if I have a problem, I should take it up with Customs.
But then Customs just brushes me off, saying it's not their job and sending me right back to where I started.
Anyone know what I should do? Honestly terrified the package will just get sent back and I'll be out the cash.
My question is: How can I be a good person without getting walked all over? People have taken advantage of my kindness and naivety way too many times.
The last time it happened was just a few months ago.
I was living in a small rental apartment. There was this older janitor in the building (he had some special needs). He was a great guy, seriously, he always helped me out, wasn't making much money, and lived in this run-down little shack. Anyway, I suddenly had a death in the family and ended up moving into a much bigger place. Since the old place was furnished, I told my former landlord he could give my stuff (TV, fridge, bed) to the janitor.
A few days ago, I called my old landlord because a coworker needed a place to crash for a couple of nights. Not only did he charge her an insane amount ( $333 for just 3 days, when I used to pay $200 plus utilities), but he actually sold all my stuff and didn't give a single thing to the janitor...
There have been plenty of other times where I've been used and ripped off.
What I want to know is, how do you carry yourself in life so things like this don't happen? I'm the type of person who would give someone the shirt off my back to help them through a hard time, but I almost always end up getting played.
Hey, I'm having a massive headache trying to generate a MAC number. As soon as I start typing in the digits, the system jumps the gun and spits out a MAC number before I'm even finished. It's totally wrong—it basically just swallows the last three numbers.
I tried using my Chase account and my Amex, but I keep hitting the same wall. Now I'm stuck and can't buy anything online. Anyone else dealt with this glitch?
Hey, I need some help finding a good endocrinologist here in Washington, D.C. Dealing with some delayed puberty stuff. All the old threads I found online are locked up tight.
I reached out to endocrinology Jelcic and they told me: The consultation fee is $100, plus you'll need labs: LH, FSH, total testosterone, free testosterone, SHBG, prolactin, and TSH. They also suggested getting PSA, lipids, AST, ALT, GGT, and ALP done right away since I'll probably need hormone therapy, and they always run those tests before starting treatment. The labs without the PSA, lipids, and liver panel would be $313, but with everything included, it jumps to $410.
Does anyone know a spot that's a bit more affordable, or am I stuck dropping at least $200 just to get started?
Hey everyone, picked up a new laptop about two weeks ago since my old one finally bit the dust—motherboard died on me. It’s a Dell Inspiron 15 with an Intel Core i3 6006, 4GB RAM, Nvidia GT 920M, a 1TB HDD, and Windows 10 Enterprise 64
The thing is, it isn't any faster. Honestly, most of the time it actually feels slower than my old rig, which was an HP Pavilion Pentium 2020, 4GB RAM, Nvidia 720M, a 750GB HDD, and Windows 10 Pro 64
I mostly just use it for basic browsing and Microsoft Office spreadsheets, nothing heavy at all. Besides the basic work apps, I haven't installed anything else. There's still over 900GB of free space left.
Everything I do feels sluggish and there's constant grinding noise coming from it. Even opening a single photo takes forever, and the Start menu just hangs there. Basically, everything is just way too slow for what's supposed to be a newer machine.
Is there a way to run some tests? Maybe a component is acting up? By all accounts, this should be way faster than my old setup, but it's often even worse.
Got it sorted for now. Just had to reboot my router a few times before it finally found the network and connected. We can lock this or just delete the thread. Thanks
