it's Larry Perez69—but then again, you aren't exactly 6'7" and 280 pounds like this absolute unit... unless maybe you are. 😲

Absolutely ridiculous. What a total joke. 😲

I guess you had quite the story to tell when you landed a big-shot capitalist like that, didn't you, Larry Perez69? 😳

Joshua Chavez21 said:I took a look at the page for *The Killing*. It’s a heavy watch—dark, gritty, and pretty much relentless. If you're looking for something light to unwind with after work, this definitely isn't it. It’s one of those series that really leans into the gloom, focusing on the psychological toll of an investigation rather than just the procedural beats. I guess some people find that kind of intensity rewarding, but it can feel a bit exhausting after a while. Still, it’s well-made, even if it leaves you feeling somewhat hollowed out.

John Wick 3—it’s a massive, relentless spectacle—though I suppose whether it actually succeeds depends on how much you value coherent pacing over pure, unadulterated chaos. It’s loud, it’s violent, and honestly, it feels like the scale is starting to outrun the logic—but then again, maybe that's just the point. Wick is still Wick, and seeing him navigate that impossible mess is probably why people show up. It's a lot to take in.

What an absolute wreck—honestly, just a total disaster. 😁
Absolute garbage. Just total trash. 😁
It’s actually decent to dive into this kind of hardcore action once in a while—mostly because you don't really need to engage your brain too much. 😁

9/10 🙏

That’s about it for today. 👋

I suppose that's all there is to say about it.
It hit me one evening—just out of nowhere. The Boy in the Striped Pyjamas On TV.
I’ve seen it before—seen it enough to know what to expect—but somehow this time still managed to hit me where it hurts. I couldn't even get to sleep for at least an hour afterward; just sat there feeling completely unsettled.
Honestly, that movie was a total gut punch—the kind of ending that just leaves your brain feeling completely fried. 😳

shadowjackal82 said:It’s a solid series—my only gripe is that they’re speaking English, though I suppose that's expected... Apparently, Russia is working on their own version now, with their own take on the story, which might actually be interesting...🍿

Though that whole vibe...

- Sir, the reactor exploded!
- Shut up, it didn't!
- What do you mean it didn't? I saw it!
- It didn't! I'm sure the Party knows better than you do. Don't let the Americans hear you—it would be an embarrassment, everyone would laugh at us, and the Party will have your head, and your kids, and everything else.

...it just sounds somewhat Russian to me...🍿

I agree about the English thing; if they were speaking Russian, the show would feel much more authentic.
Otherwise, it's excellent. I'd probably watch it again. 👋

Donna Doyle2 said:The arguments were as follows:
Women who already have kids—they aren't exactly racing against a biological clock, I suppose. It makes them more relaxed, less desperate to catch that final train out of nowhere. And honestly? Men seem to find that much more appealing.
Married women—at least the ones who don't demand anything from their husbands—tend to carry zero expectations regarding obligations. It makes them much easier targets for men looking to jump into something casual compared to single women, who usually have a checklist ready to go. And then, I guess, some of those men end up falling in love along the way.
There’s a certain allure to married women—an unavailability that seems to drive men wild—but once they go through a divorce, the interest levels just seem to plummet. I guess it's a strange psychological quirk.
Married women tend to act more relaxed—more open, I suppose—when they're hanging out in male company. Single women, on the other hand, usually carry this sort of guarded, unapproachable vibe.
Most guys in their 30s are already married—so they tend to gravitate toward women who are also married. It’s just more convenient, I guess. There’s a certain comfort in knowing she’s already settled; it means she’s better at keeping things under wraps and, more importantly, there won't be any messy drama or complications.
There were probably others—I can't quite recall them all right now.

So, you went ahead and wiped the whole thing—all those solid arguments and that pretty decent debate we were having regarding that one rather unusual claim. I guess it's all gone now. The consensus seems to be that a woman already in a marriage with kids will have an easier time finding a new partner than a single girl will—though, I suppose, those on the other side of the argument would argue the exact opposite.

The topic is women in their thirties and the dating scene. The OP asked for people’s experiences regarding that specific age bracket—the discussion mostly centered on whether single women have it harder than those already in relationships, or how difficult it is to meet someone new once you hit thirty. Infidelity only came up briefly as a side note to support the main point. I don't really get why this was flagged as off-topic or unnecessary.
Fine. I guess.

And that’s exactly where things fall apart—mostly because the author was being pretty damn specific:
Has anyone actually met someone at this stage of life and felt genuinely happy about it? I don't know—it feels like things were just simpler when I was younger. Back then, I was meeting people constantly, which I suppose meant more chances to stumble upon someone who actually fit. Now, the math just doesn't seem to work out the same way.

And these are just some examples of the posts I deleted:
primjer1Why would some guy feel more comfortable with a partner by his side rather than flying solo? I guess it comes down to the path of least resistance—it’s just easier to have someone else there to share the weight. Maybe it’s about having a built-in support system, or perhaps it's just that old-fashioned idea of stability—having a partner makes life feel a bit more predictable, I suppose. It’s less about finding "the one" and more about avoiding the friction of navigating everything alone.

Go ahead—ask your friends' current partners and let us know what you find out.

I suppose this is just an example—a placeholder, really. Nothing much to see here.
Are those your incredibly hot girlfriends, or... what?

primjer3 When a married woman ditches her husband for some guy she thinks is a better catch—yeah, that’s what we call adultery. I guess it’s just one of those things.

Quote:
...they fell in love while they were working together... I guess.
Most cheaters end up getting caught because they can't help themselves at the office—it's usually where the whole thing falls apart.

Example 4 If you have two women the same age—one single and childless, the other divorced with two kids—who has an easier time meeting someone? I guess it depends on how you define "easy."

So, the OP mostly just got ignored on her question—and instead, you all steered the conversation right back onto those same old, well-worn paths we've been walking for ages.
Women who already have kids—they aren't exactly racing against a biological clock. It makes them more relaxed, I suppose. They aren't frantically trying to catch some final train, which is probably why men find them so much more appealing.
Married women often don't hold men to any sense of obligation—they aren't looking for anything more than what's already there. I suppose that makes them much easier targets for an affair compared to someone single and looking for something serious. Some guys get caught up in that lack of pressure, and maybe—if they're lucky or unlucky, depending on how you look at it—they actually end up falling in love.
Married women tend to be less available—which, I guess, is exactly what attracts men. Once they go through a divorce, though, the interest level seems to just drop off.
Married women tend to be more relaxed—more open, I guess—when they're hanging out in male circles. Single women, on the other hand, usually carry this sort of guarded, unapproachable vibe.
Most guys in their 30s are already married—so they tend to gravitate toward women who are also married. It’s just more convenient, I guess. They know a woman in that position is more likely to play by the rules, and there's a certain comfort in knowing she won't cause any unnecessary drama or complications.

So, basically everything you just listed—those points you’re calling arguments—aren't really arguments at all. They're just off-topic tangents—and, I guess, the same exhausted debates we've probably had a thousand times already.

And the question in the opening post remains pretty blunt—just share your own experience if you actually have one, rather than just endless complaining.

I guess I’ll just sit this one out—once July 24th rolls around, you can just count me out. Thanks anyway.

I haven't reached out to her in months—not that she ever waits for me to initiate anything—and we aren't even hanging out in the same subreddits anymore. Even if we happen to end up on the same thread, I just politely excuse myself. Maybe it’s better that way.
I have no interest in participating in the various scenarios being constructed here—so I won't be weighing in on this matter anymore.
