I'm not sure how long these have been hitting the shelves here, but check out this Athlon x4 845 (built on the Excavator architecture):

Honestly, with a price point like this and performance levels sitting right around those Kaveri Athlon x4 860 k / 870 k chips, I guess the Kaveri series doesn't make much sense anymore if you can still grab these 845 models.
It’ll be around 1600$567. Those custom GTX 1070 cards are popping up for just a bit over $667 . The 380X isn't actually bad, honestly. But if you can manage to get by on your CPU's integrated graphics for a month, you might come out ahead. Maybe you'll even be able to scrape together enough for a custom GTX 1070 in the meantime 😉 .
What kind of budget are we working with here? Honestly, the build looks alright, though I think you might get better airflow if you went with an MS Conqueror case paired with two MS PC Cool 12cm fans—one in the front and one in the back. That might bump the price up by about $6.75.
Also, it’d probably be a smart move to grab 8GB of RAM, or maybe even $30 more:
I'll just drop a quick note here because quoting the original post in the very first reply seems kind of pointless to me 😛 I mean, you're just cluttering up the database for no reason... plus, you quoted the post right above yours again 🤣

You could, though I'm honestly not sure how many or what size will actually fit; the specs don't really say, from what I can see. Maybe you could just check with the retailer while you're at it?
That works too, though you're missing the front USB3 port. But since it's such a compact build, I guess it shouldn't be much of an issue.
EDIT: By the way, that’s sitting at about $607 right now... if you don't really need massive storage, maybe ditch the 1TB HDD for a 240GB SSD? It'll definitely speed things up (+$50):

This monitor at $262 seems like a pretty solid deal.

Btw, an RX 460 is going to be way weaker than an RX 470. I have a feeling they might squeeze an RX 465 in there somewhere just to compete with the GTX 1050 or maybe to just grab that specific slice of the market.
Based on the specs, it looks like the RX 470 will only be about 10-15% slower than the RX 480.
