Pros and Cons of Sebastian Vettel in Formula 1 ·
Jenson Button is such an unpredictable driver. He went ten whole years without a single win, and then suddenly, after a decade of nothing, he starts grabbing victories once he gets into a dominant car. And yet, you still have people claiming he just "finally learned how to drive." As if...🤣

That's really it. In my view, the best comparison is Fetl = Jacques Villeneuve. That's the limit of that driver. Look, he even has the potential to become a World Champion.

Don't compare Sebastian Vettel to Villeneuve. The latter sat in the most dominant car of his era and was champion solely because of that. Just remember how much faster Michael Schumacher was in the corners and in the rain.🙏 Michael Schumacher is the greatest Formula 1 driver of all time 🙏, while these other guys are just flashes in the pan who vanish the moment they lose the fastest car. Vettel is a completely different story. He hasn't had a dominant car yet, but he's always been at the top, fighting for first place. And then people have the nerve to say he can't drive. He might be the greatest talent of all time (after Michael Schumacher, obviously🙏) and once he gets a more reliable car, he’ll be the World Champion. Even now, he doesn't quite have the absolute fastest car (someone already elaborated on that), but damn the unreliability and those stupid breakdowns. He hasn't made a single driving error so far. Why was he driving on the edge with failing brakes? Because a true killer driver with championship material has the aggression to have to drive like that. There is no doubt he is the best young driver in the entire Formula 1 circus. Whenever threads like this start popping up, it means there's something to them. Hamilton is one of the dimmest drivers I've ever watched; only Andrea de Krasheris was comparable in stupidity (though no younger fan will probably remember him after 20 years, but he was definitely clueless, almost like how we call Hamilton "Hamo" here😁)

If he proves himself to be a world-class driver, then he absolutely belongs at Ferrari...

As for Fidel Castro, I’ll just give my honest take. I don't like him. Honestly, even just looking at him, he strikes me as a total mess—I can't quite put my finger on it, but he's just not my kind of guy. That's beside the point, though. Regarding his driving, the talent is clearly there, but the sheer stupidity he displays is baffling. Take last season in the USA, for example, when he collided with Robert Kubica and then just sat there on the track leaving debris everywhere. Then this past Sunday, his engineer is practically begging him ten times over to watch his brakes and just finish the race, but no. He keeps pushing like his life depends on it. We've seen plenty of fast drivers who leave their brains back in the hotel room...

A classic example would be Ayrton Senna, especially during his early years before he matured and started driving more intelligently.😉 The Difference between him and Ayrton Senna in his younger days is that Senna was about 100 times more aggressive. Sebastian Vettel is good—actually, he's excellent—but whether he's truly world-class remains to be seen. You can't even call Lewis Hamilton world-class yet; he still needs to prove himself, and that hasn't come naturally to him. In that sense, he's similar to Juan Pablo Montoya, with the Difference being that he drives a top-tier car. Kimi Raikkonen is nearly world-class—he's great—but he lacks that certain "something" required to become an all-time legend. Vettel has potential. We'll see what happens...

Schumacher is going to be the one to watch here. I’m expecting at least a podium finish, though honestly, a win is totally on the table. At this stage, it isn't even about the car as much as it is about qualifying performance and race strategy. And since Schumacher is arguably the greatest driver to ever sit in a cockpit, you just can't beat his sheer skill and tactical mind...😉

1. Just throw some random sprayers onto the cars at any given moment.
2. Bring back mid-race refueling. Set the tank limits so they're forced to pit at least three times per race.

☕

We should let teams push engine development to the absolute limit again. Let more tire manufacturers join the Formula 1 circus. And yeah, bring back refueling when it makes sense...

Hamilton didn't deserve any better after that botched pit stop. It isn't his fault they messed up the timing or that slow driver who was lagging a lap behind, but if that mess hadn't happened, he wouldn't have ended up ahead of Sebastian Vettel. In the end, things just leveled out, though I don't think Fernando Alonso deserved second place either...

I say it's "full-io," or maybe "pro-full-io." Some people go with "full-ow." Around here, we just say it this way...☕

Watching Niki's taxi on ABC right now. It's pretty wild seeing Lauda driving Schumacher around in a Mercedes convertible while crowds just line the streets to snap photos. Quite the spectacle... But the real action starts soon, and that's when things get interesting. My money is on Vettel taking the win, though I suspect Webber might run into some mechanical headaches. Ferrari won't be much of a factor this time, and honestly, Schumi will probably just land somewhere in the middle of the pack. Given the state of his car, even a 4th place finish wouldn't be a bad result...

Ercefuril, or maybe Enterofuril—I can never quite remember if that was the old name or something similar.

Don't eat anything the day before, and just head into the exam on an empty stomach. I'm pretty sure there won't be any issues with things "moving along" too quickly, but you might feel a little hungry or slightly less focused during the test. Still, that's a much better trade-off than searching for a restroom when there isn't one in sight... Just skip the food the day before and you'll be fine...

The fact that you aren't staying under isn't great for you either; the body requires a certain continuity and depth of sleep, and from what I understand, you can't truly recover when you're stuck in that half-awake state...

General advice for tackling snoring includes:
Sleeping with your upper body elevated—sort of a semi-seated position—which admittedly isn't particularly comfortable... 🤷
Losing weight—based on my own observations (well, more like my son's 😬)—he’s roughly the same height and unknown as you, but he snored significantly less once he dropped about ten pounds... 🙂
Avoiding alcohol...

You can pick up various anti-snoring sprays or nasal strips at most pharmacies, though I can't say for certain how effective they really are... 🤷

Perhaps your wife could pick up some earplugs—you can find them at Miller (usually in the same aisle as the nasal strips)—they were a lifesaver for me... 👍

I knocked back four beers with some friends downtown last night, and when I finally hit the sack, my wife kept waking me up. Man, I really need to get this sorted before she ends up hitting me in my sleep...😁

Sometimes my nose gets so incredibly dry it actually starts to hurt, forcing me to step outside for some air. Usually, that only happens when I'm dealing with a cold and my sinuses are completely blocked up. Aside from those times, I rarely catch anything. To be honest, the last time I actually came down with the flu was probably twenty years ago...

Angela Wright said:Go see an ENT specialist. It’s not uncommon for people with a deviated septum to deal with major snoring issues.
Try sleeping on your side; when you're flat on your back, your tongue tends to slide toward the back of your throat, which just makes the snoring way worse.
That’s pretty much the extent of what you can do on your own.

I sleep on my side almost every single night, but I still get complained about. My mouth feels constantly dry, too...

Angela Wright said:What’s your situation with weight and sinus issues?

A little bit overweight. I’m 6'0" and about 187-189 lbs. That puts my BMI at 25.3. My sinuses are fine. I've been dealing with a bit of a cold lately—and I know it's bad form to complain when you're actually sick—but generally speaking, I snore quite a bit...

How do I stop snoring? My wife has been on my case for days about it, telling me I’m basically torturing her, and honestly, I’m at a loss.🤷 The second I drift off, I'm out, but then the snoring starts immediately. Even when I'm just drifting in that weird space between being awake and fully asleep, 😁 I can actually hear myself doing it, but there’s nothing I can do to make it stop. Any advice?🙂 I'm not sure if it's actually bad for you. I feel fine, but I've heard people say it puts extra strain on your heart...
Dealing with hemorrhoids in Health ·
Regarding those injections someone mentioned, I have to say they were actually a pretty common method about 20 years ago, though I’m not entirely sure if anyone still uses them today. Essentially, they just block off the vein that's swollen and causing the hemorrhoid, and that's that. The procedure can be a bit painful, but it was effective back in the day. Not many doctors performed it, though. I remember hearing that a specialist in Sarajevo used to do it—Dr. Zorka, I think, though I can't recall her last name—and people always said she was a genius. That said, I've also heard rumors that the method was eventually abandoned for various reasons. I need to check with my wife about it, so if I find anything out, I'll let you all know...

You might want to give Ruscoven-gel a shot for your veins. It has a cooling effect and works quite well for milder cases of external hemorrhoids, though I have actually heard of a patient who managed to clear everything up with it after trying every other option available...
