Fernando Alonso—it’s not Massa, and it’s definitely not Rosberg. It's Alonso, and I honestly think that now that he's with Ferrari, we're going to see him hit his absolute peak. I'd go as far as saying he's probably 90% the best driver on the grid right now; he's just incredibly aggressive and sharp. 🙏
It feels like they don't care about people at all, as long as the money keeps rolling in. I guess once the ad budgets get big enough, we'll probably end up seeing commercials taking up four-fifths of our screens every single day.
OT - There he is! I can't even remember the last time he popped up using a burner account, unless it was back when he was begging for permission to download software... It feels like enough time has passed that he might have actually learned his lesson. I guess I hope more people step up to support him, though I won't be one of them.
Man, that’s just... heavy. It sounds like you learned the hard way that being naive and trusting people blindly can really bite you in the back. I guess you're looking at a couple of options, maybe even more, but... you could always pack up and head out of the country, maybe move somewhere like Sweden to work as a logger, sending money back home to help out your mom and family as much as you can. Or, I don't know, you could rob a bank and grab $200,000 to pay off those... I'm not sure what else is left on the table for you. 🤷

From the little bit I "interacted" with him, he always came across as pretty organized and honest. He’s a good guy and does his job well, but I guess this might be a bit overkill. It doesn't need to be a massive change, but as it stands above, you didn't even mention the reason for the ban or why the thread was deleted.
That's exactly right. I guess if you don't have the guts to look someone in the eye and own up to what you did, lying becomes your only option. But if you really make an effort to nurture honesty until it just becomes second nature, it stays easy. On the flip side, if you get too used to bending the truth, lying starts to feel like the path of least resistance. Sometimes it might even seem like the better way to go, though I suppose that happens much less often than telling the truth.
