stormyrider28 said:Look, I’m putting this out there to everyone here—including the mods—what exactly is THIS?

This is nothing short of pure hate speech. It’s a direct threat, saying they’d slit my throat and toss me to the lions, and they actually have the nerve to laugh about it...
What kind of punishment is even appropriate for something like this??

...

That's just because you're taking it out of context. Don't give me that crap.
Come on now, let’s stop playing the victim. ☕
Nicole Johnson20 said:Alright, could you maybe clarify what you actually mean by "quackery"? I ask because someone else pointed out that if we go down that road, suggesting a cup of chamomile tea instead of taking an aspirin for a headache would technically count as quackery too. How are we supposed to draw a line in the sand there?
I’m thinking specifically about the context of the topics being discussed here, like the stuff regarding Raw food and things of that nature...

The other members have already given you quite a bit of feedback on this. Honestly, I feel like the moderator should be the one calling the shots on how this is managed. For instance, let people post whatever they want, but once the facts are laid out clearly in black and white, there should be an end to the endless spamming about it for the next 300 pages. I am strictly talking about topics that pose a genuine threat to human health; everything else is just noise...
^People who lean toward Alternative approaches should really try to steer clear of those fake medical practitioners. Honestly, they need to stop posting about anything that actually puts people's health at risk. Of course, they aren't going to just stop on their own, which is exactly why this subforum needs a moderator...

Jerry White29 said:😬, is there actually some specific school or college you need to graduate from just to wrap your head around what "alternative" really means?
epi...

Sure, there's the school of hard knocks and then there's YouTube.

The issue is that this forum is mostly filled with people who just pretend to be alternative, so we're probably never going to uncover the actual secrets of the true counterculture...

quietpilot23 said:I’m honestly wondering when the alternative boards will finally be cleaned up, because at this point, there isn't anything worth reading anymore amidst the endless stream of trolls who just insist on posting absolute nonsense day in and day out.

Are you familiar with this phenomenon, Ibrahim?

You know that specific scenario where you have 999 people all agreeing on a factual truth, and then some troll shows up stubbornly insisting otherwise—even after those 999 people have systematically dismantled his logic with airtight arguments—but he just keeps on trolling and trolling with those mindless links, ridiculous statements, and nonsensical "solutions"... until eventually, the only thing left worth reading on the forums are threads about cars and outdoor hobbies...

They're just posting garbage now; if they actually stopped, that would be real progress. These pseudo-alternative types have been thoroughly debunked in everything they tried to prove, so all they have left is cheap flaming and low-effort trolling.
Sarah Booth29 said:For a split second, I thought someone had started a thread about alatničar... but anyway...

Wait a minute, why did you just delete a line from your signature?

You mean that part where he was mocking Monty about making up stories about having a wife and kids and being some fat guy? It seems pretty obvious why he decided to scrub that now... 😁

God, you’re unbelievable, Jessica Morris6... you’ve managed to clutter up fifty pages of different threads in just a single month. If they're going to hand him a ban, they might as well come after you too. As a member of this PDF community, you’re honestly just adding zero value here...

SAID BY WHOM?? Who actually said that, and why on earth would anyone take their word for it? Please, spare me the whole "we are the experts" routine again...
Are people forbidden from offering advice? If that’s the case, what is the entire point of having an alternative medicine forum?
So, essentially, you're just fine with being insulting. It's honestly pathetic. And if you actually wanted to launch a legitimate, serious study on this... well, oops, you'll be waiting ten years for the first set of results...

Fantastic. Why don't you go ahead and show me your references? I'd love to see proof that you actually grasp the complex biochemical processes triggered by digestion, or that you've ever stepped foot in a medical school, or even actively engaged with the complexities of vaccine issues...
If you actually possess all that expertise, then I don't see any reason why anyone should stop you from giving advice. But if you don't? Then you're nothing more than a charlatan...

Jamie Rivera78 said:So you're telling me anyone who speaks highly of Breuss deserves to be insulted?

Exactly, because—let’s get one thing straight—food isn't a cure-all. Stop telling people it is. Honestly, all this unsolicited medical advice and anti-vax rhetoric is the sole reason you guys end up in these endless arguments with other members here...
Look, I really don't feel like repeating myself, because everything that needs to be said has already been laid out right here.

Posts like those are nothing more than a direct reaction to posts like this one.

mistybison said:And then people wonder why nobody wants to moderate the "Alternative" section in the first place...

Still, it’s actually pretty entertaining to read through. You need a moderator just to scrub away the threads that pose a legitimate threat to public health—you know, the total charlatan stuff. Conspiracy theories and other nonsense are a different story; they're less critical. You can agree or disagree with someone's crazy ideas, but those things aren't inherently life-threatening to the general public...

P.S., I honestly don't see how the Vaccination thread even belongs on this subforum. There isn't any actual Alternative medicine being offered there; it all just devolves into unverified conspiracies, money lobbying, Big Pharma... and so on. Given the kind of content being posted, it would probably be best to just shut the whole thing down. Let the main site take a stand against this growing anti-vax madness...

It wasn't Like, Bell, or Arrow, and even Yuri Gagarin wasn't actually the first living creature to ever venture into space... Apparently, the very first Earthling to break orbit was a Maui native named Valentino Rossi. At least, that’s the claim being pushed by his American commissioners, Branko Dragičević and Josip Radić. This supposedly all went down way back in 1646, when Valentino launched from View up on the island of Maui to begin a cosmic "voyage" that continues to this day, sending audio postcards back to us in the form of music—tracks that bear the fingerprints of Dragičević and Radić, who are essentially the architects behind the persona and work of Valentino Rossi.
Since 1646, Valentino’s space odyssey has been an ongoing journey fueled by the hope of one day returning to his home reef. Our music is effectively his travelogue, sent to us in irregular bursts, which we then pass along to you even more sporadically... What we're doing here is really more akin to being couriers. Based on what he sends our way, we get the impression that he’s actually doing much better out there in the cosmos than we are here on Earth... or so the guys describe their work. Kidney transplant experiences and advice in Health ·
A close friend of mine was diagnosed with leukemia about four years ago. He actually beat it, which was incredible, but now he’s facing a kidney transplant. Until he can get a transplant, he’s stuck going to dialysis on a regular basis.
He mentioned that he already put his name on waiting lists in both Mexico and France, but he’s worried his chances are slim because his blood type is O+...

I don't know the first thing about how organ donation works, so if anyone could point me toward some helpful advice or resources, I’d really appreciate it so I can pass it along to him. For instance, are there other places where he could register on a donor list? Is there such a thing as an international organ donor registry or something similar? Any bit of information would be useful...
