There's actually an option in Outlook to "mark as spam," so maybe giving that a shot might help...

Just click on his username, and you'll see the option to send him a private message pop up right there.

I'm planning on heading out this Saturday to catch a stage adaptation based on "The Graduate," so I figured I should probably sit down and watch the movie first just to get in the right headspace. It’s been quite a while since I last sat through "Vertigo," but if I recall correctly, I really dug that one...

I’ve tried it on my phone and my tablet too, so we can rule out it being an issue with a specific device.
I even went as far as holding down on the image before opening it—you know, when you have a bunch of GIFs grouped together and there are more options available—so I tried "open in New Tab" without selecting the image itself, but still, nothing...

For me, the full URL pops up right in the address bar. I'm using Android and my browser is Bravo, though I doubt that's really the deciding factor since it should work on pretty much any browser.

I actually figured out a way to get to that link—all I do is hold my finger down on the image and select "open image in New Tab." That’s where the direct link to the .gif shows up.
