I’ve got you covered. What do you mean by "for sure"? Like, you're worried they'll charge your card more than what you actually deposited? Nah, don't sweat it. That company is way too massive to mess around with the tiny amounts of pocket change users are putting down. Besides, if I remember correctly, there are other ways to fund your account over there too...
arslane, I am seriously "unamused" by this whole thread. Like, why—just why—didn't you just post this under your actual account? 😉
Do you see now that even when you try hiding behind a burner account, people can still tell you’re just someone who is deeply, deeply troubled? It doesn't matter if you're arslan, anon, or whatever else you call yourself—honestly, please, go find some help. The mere fact that you went through the trouble of making a fake profile just to vent about some minor surgery you had two years ago should be a massive red flag for you... seriously... 😲
I really hope you have some family out there to support you...

Lately, I’ve noticed I’m getting seriously annoyed by people posting stuff like that all over this forum.
Like, you have someone complaining about having a massive bloated stomach saying doctors don't know anything—but they haven't even seen a gynecologist. And now you're saying the same thing here—that a whole group of doctors looked at those results and still don't know what high amylase levels are supposed to mean!!!! 😲 😲
A quick five-second Google search for "high amylase" brings up dozens of links explaining that it's one of the primary indicators of pancreatitis! Look, I don't know anything about your "friend" or whatever her medical situation is, but there is no way a specialist doctor wouldn't know how to interpret elevated amylase... I just don't buy it!
Locked. You guys managed to (once again) kill this thread with nothing but sweeping generalizations, petty insults, and personal attacks. I feel bad about it, really—but honestly, it seems like the inevitable fate of every single discussion here, as long as we keep attracting these wannabe med students and bitter people who think everyone else is always the problem...
Hey Jose Miller3, just a heads up—typing in all caps on these forums is basically the digital version of screaming at everyone, and it’s honestly pretty rude... please just use lowercase like the rest of us. Thanks.
banderas said:Is there such a thing as a B complex without B12 in pill form?
I doubt it... I mean, cyanocobalamin is pretty much one of those essential things you just have to get from food, so I'm guessing most B complexes will just include it by default.
Actually, most of the time people take a B complex anyway just to make up for a B12 deficiency—whether that comes from their diet or whatever else...
banderas said:So, what’s actually the difference between pernicious and megaloblastic anemia?
I guess you aren't really one for clicking the links people drop for you, huh? 😉
What is megaloblastic (pernicious) anemia? Megaloblastic (pernicious) anemia is this rare condition where your body just can't soak up enough vitamin B12 through the digestive system... which ends up leaving you with way too few red blood cells.

Zofran? 🤔
I mean, it should definitely help, right?
And as for gaining weight... honestly, it’s going to be tough to get back to a normal weight if their metabolism isn't actually kicking into gear. And you really can't get that working properly without B12. How long have they been doing those injections?
I figured you probably already stumbled onto this one, banderas, but I wanted to drop it here for anyone else who might be totally in the dark about this condition... just so they can learn a bit more...
I don't really have any solid advice to give, but looking at what the site says, it seems like it's mostly tied to a B12 deficiency. I'm thinking maybe taking a B-complex supplement regularly could help—especially since there's some weight loss involved too...
