How to spot signs of cancer early? in Health ·
Kate Booth said:thumbs up to you too, buddy...

well, you can use this little smiley for that, it's called :2up:...

here’s the plan:

I'm gonna close this thread down and just delete it. then you can start a fresh one where you actually ask what's on your mind—whether it's how doctors diagnose when cancer is gone, or if we're debating how well chemo works, or even talking about alternative treatments...
Sound good?

Look, if we're being real here, without her, you're basically just waiting on cancer to take you out—so talking about "long-term" doesn't even mean much at this point...

Basically, it sounds like you don't actually care whether we can detect cancer early or not—you just want an excuse to trash chemotherapy, right? If that's the case, why not just say so? We've got plenty of other subforums for people who just want to vent...👍

I mean, I don't really get the vibe that we're talking about a full-blown phobia here—to me, it feels more like just a case of travel fever...
I’m honestly shocked—like, I can't even wrap my head around the idea of someone getting that anxious just driving from New York to Los Angeles 🤔 😕 :krizase:

And what kills me even more is that you actually suggested she take Valium!?!?!?!? Seriously? What would you even suggest she do when she hits a REAL crisis in life? Just go looking for the nearest bridge???

Quick question about stomach hair in Health ·
Someone already started this thread before, and honestly, the replies were just a bunch of people messing around—so I went ahead and nuked it.

The answer is NO. I’m closing this out now so we don't end up with the same kind of nonsense comments again...
Please, just don't bring this question back up again.

So, honestly, which one of our homegrown "celebrities" actually made it big?

Look, we’re all just girls here right now—so, yeah, none of us have actually served in the military.

I can't really speak for everyone else, but personally... I've donated blood 11 times so far.

Honestly, we should all be willing to bleed for him—after everything he sacrificed for this country, it’s crazy how little we seem to get it...

We're just a bunch of jerks 🙂

And there you have it 😢

And I bet they didn't even give them a can opener to deal with it either 🙂

???????

slylynx68 said:basically they wouldn't let me eat anything after donating blood. I didn't get to eat until last night, and even then it was just some tiny can of tuna...

He got that canned food in the evening right after donating blood—and he’d been eating pork stew every single night...🙂

Wait, if he was having pork stew every night, why didn't he just eat that on the day too?

Or maybe he had two meals that day—one serving of stew and then that small can in the evening? Which would mean he skipped out on food for two days that week—since, you know, they had to be super careful about sticking to the six-meal limit...

Now I'm actually confused...😢

No way you're actually falling for that nonsense too, you absolute clown...

slylynx68 said:Then why don't you explain to me why I didn't get lunch when I was in the US Armed Forces? It’s not the same thing whether you're at home or somewhere locked up... right?

Look, I'm not talking to you—honestly, I couldn't care less about your opinion.

I'm talking to Benjamin Ramos95, who keeps insisting that you don't get a meal at the ExxonMobil headquarters.

I just don't want people who have never actually donated blood to think that's how it works...

slylynx68 said:alright, I'm gonna close this thread—at least for myself. I've said my piece.

just a little reminder here... wouldn't want someone as responsible and important as you to accidentally go back on their word, right?...

Benjamin Ramos95 said:Whether it's the US Armed Forces or working at ExxonMobil, it’s always the same old crap.

At ExxonMobil, you actually get a full lunch every single time you donate blood—complete with juice or even a glass of red wine.

Is there some part of that sentence you're struggling with? How do I even make this clearer for you?

Should I draw you a picture?
