Locked. You keep starting threads in multiple places even after they get shut down. You've got all the info you were looking for now—any more topics on this subject and you're getting a ban.
lahor said:Basically, if you're dealing with recurring ankle sprains, you really need to focus on dynamic foot stabilization. It’s just some straightforward exercises meant to strengthen the muscles, work on your balance, and get those proprioceptors in your foot firing again.
You should probably see a physical therapist for that.
Come on, don't be stingy with the info. Give us a specific exercise or two—some of us can't (or let's be real, are too lazy to 😁 ) make it to a PT clinic...
I've got an ankle that's basically written off, plus my knee. Honestly, my whole right leg is a total mess. The only saving grace is that it feels better than Jane's. Maybe those exercises would actually help me, since this ankle issue is messing with my knee, which then makes everything else worse... it's just a vicious cycle...
And about landing on someone else's foot—you know how basketball players say it: "He'll feel it for two minutes, but you'll feel it for two months..." 😬
I see the whole setup, the drama, and the fallout all went down here without any mods stepping in... so just out of pure curiosity, before I head out, can you fill me in on what actually happened?
So, looking back at that whole thread about Tylenol, I decided to pull out all the posts specifically talking about how the medical community treats people who have attempted suicide. Feel free to pick up where everyone left off right here...
Look, guys, "that guy" has every right to say whatever he wants on this Forum—whether it’s about episiotomies or anything else under the sun. You have a choice: you don't have to click on his threads. You know what he's going to talk about, just like I do. So, it’s really not cool to jump into his discussions just to tell him he's crazy, obsessed, or whatever else... I’m going to make sure all his posts regarding those gynecological topics he's so fixated on end up in one specific spot, and anyone being abusive is getting banned. That's it. Just bypass him if you aren't interested in the subject matter of this thread, which is episiotomy, please...
The answer to your first question is a hard NO, but for this slightly more detailed one... yeah, it's a YES!
Lately, dealers have started doing this thing where they "cut" heroin with stuff like Tylenol. As you guys probably already know, those street-level dealers make their real money by mixing heroin with all sorts of random powders—anything that looks enough like the real deal to stretch their supply and pad their pockets. In a city like Chicago, the average user might be dealing with heroin that’s only about 50% pure. (I heard that in New York City it’s closer to 30%, and then recently, after those overdose clusters hit the West Coast, there was some talk of 70% pure stuff popping up)
They use Tylenol for this because it has that fine, powdery texture and a melting point pretty close to heroin... which makes it way harder to tell how much filler you're actually smoking versus the actual drug.
So, I ended up shutting down one of his threads about (guess three times what this is) episiotomies, and of course, he immediately hits my inbox claiming I’m being unfair—because apparently, it’s such a "crucial topic" for everyone else here... I guess the poor guy just doesn't realize that nobody actually wants to talk about birth with him; they want to talk about his mental state instead.
Alright, listen up, Justin Fox, here’s how this is going to go: every single thread you open regarding episiotomies will be merged into that old original thread (I’m not gonna be lazy, I’ll find it eventually). So, if anyone actually wants to indulge your obsession, they can head over there—but for the other 95% of people browsing this sub who don't care about it, they won't have to deal with it anymore. No more complaining, okay? Just go to the main thread and leave it at that.
Arslan, seriously, this obsession you have with episiotomies isn't even funny anymore. We’ve been over this a million times—every single time you bring it up, we end up right back where we started, and people aren't changing their minds just because you're pushing it...
Ethan Smith76 said:Thanks for the help, but I guess you can't really figure anything out just by guessing like this. I'll have to go see a specialist to find out what's actually going on.
Hold on a second—did you seriously think you were gonna on an online forum get actual medical intel about a serious illness that could somehow replace seeing a doctor? Like, a real specialist?
Jamie Clark74, if you’ve got any leads on a decent chiropractor in Washington, D.C., please speak up.
If not, honestly, let's not preach to the choir here... My girlfriend already made up her mind about seeing one. She isn't coming on here to debate whether she actually needs it or not—she just wants a phone number for someone reliable in the D.C. area!
Ontopik: I don't think you're going to find one easily 😢 Most of the "chiropractors" practicing in D.C. are basically amateurs who don't know what they're doing—honestly, I wouldn't even trust them to fix a broken chair...
Hey, just wanted to let you know—since we're so close—that I’ll be switching up my signature when I move this thread... do you have any cool ideas on how I can make it look original? (Feel free to shoot me a DM if that's easier)
Man, this music is absolutely killer. Legione, look—if you’re really gonna insist on dropping two or three threads every single day, at least try to post them in the right subforums like 😉 ...
