How to compress a 3GB file down to 10MB? in Software ·
Benjamin King2 said:Maybe try using UltraISO or similar tools; I guess most of them include an option for ISO compression.

The interesting part here is that the .rar file is actually the one doing the heavy lifting with compression, not the .iso itself.🤷

Adobe Premiere Pro is great, just like Adobe Premiere Pro
I haven't tried Adobe Premiere Elements, so I can't say for sure, though I might download it sometime soon 😁

I guess Adobe and Sony are good enough (I use Premiere and After Effects myself), but they’re complicated. He was looking for something more like Windows Media Maker, so I suggested Adobe Premiere Elements since it doesn't get any easier than that.

Interesting... highly interesting.

Adobe Premiere Elements.. it's decent, and I guess it's pretty simple.

👍

You aren't going to get anywhere with Serato. You might try Adobe or Avid... though I doubt you'll be satisfied. Voices and music share so many frequencies that when you strip the track, you inevitably kill the vocals too. I guess no software actually does this perfectly. You could try Audacity if you want a free option, I suppose.

I've noticed some clubs using it on laptops during sets.

I guess you won't get anywhere near the quality you'd find with Adobe, Avid, or Sony. Serato basically limits you to its own built-in EQ and track removal effects, whereas those other programs actually offer fine-tuned control over your settings.

Back when I used it (a long time ago), I ran into those same issues. I eventually dealt with them by just uninstalling Windows Media Maker 😁

I honestly doubt you'll get any decent quality out of it, though maybe Adobe Audition would do the job better—at least in my experience enough to know it's true.

Does anyone know how to get that effect where the video follows the mouse? You know, if I move the cursor left, the frame shifts left too. If that makes any sense.

You'd need an Auto Pan feature for that. I think older versions of TechSmith had it, but I couldn't find it in version 7... maybe. You could try using http://www.free-screen-capture.com/screen-recorder/ or perhaps http://www.freesoftwarefullversion.c...-software.html instead.

So, you think anyone asking a question like this is an idiot just because they aren't as "tech-savvy" as you? It's interesting how Americans judge people. I guess now I understand why the answer to that old joke about Americans is... there aren't any, because every single one is true. 😂🤣

I won't be jumping; I'm just "observing" your replies... much like that person with the Word 2003 Schema.. you provide a link as a solution, but it doesn't even address the original poster's actual issue.. or someone asks if listening to an internet radio station will give them a virus, and you reply
"Don't listen to the radio through headphones, you might get a virus in your ear and then you won't be able to listen to anything at all..."...the point is, not everyone is as brilliant as you☕...someone asks for freeware to clean their registry and your answer is..""Eh, if you could actually find someone to run it, then you'd be doing real work..."...your response was "It should go away eventually...."...this is supposed to help someone🤣...I don't claim to be a genius, but thankfully not everyone is as smart as you; if you have nothing useful to say, maybe it's better to stay quiet☕
I'm not saying you don't understand IT, but perhaps it would be better if you stuck to the ancient ruins of the American Southwest.. just a suggestion😂

With this software, you might actually stand a chance.

I managed to pull it off, thanks to you. I still have a few lingering uncertainties, if you're willing to help out.
I noticed my Oz吗 is shutting down earlier than I scheduled. There is probably a setting somewhere to fix that, I guess.

I don't quite follow. What exactly is being taken away before the decision is even made? I guess it doesn't make much sense.

You aren't even using any smart focus tools. Everything is just manual work. I guess you find the slider on the timeline where you want to zoom, scale up to the size you want, set the zoom position on the screen, move a few video keyframes—depending on how long you waited with the cursor at the target spot—and then just scale back to 0%. That’s your zoom in and zoom out. It doesn't get any simpler than that, I suppose.

Carl Fowler said:So I can only zoom in once I've finished recording and dropped the clip onto the timeline.

Exactly that.
Best screen recording software for video? in Software ·
That’s post-production. It wasn't automated; I did it manually. Most of the time, Adobe Premiere Pro determines the zoom position automatically, but it doesn't set the actual magnification level. It just centers the view on the icon you want to click, but you have to decide if you need a 10%, 30%, or 100% zoom. I guess the software can't possibly know how much surrounding context you might need to see... you know? That's why this has to be done by hand.

Once you launch the software and import your footage for editing

you'll find the Zoom options at the bottom. I guess that's where you can adjust the intensity, duration, and position of the zoom effect !!

1. Please explain how a "bad pirated copy" actually changes the installation process. I'd love to know what to look out for next time.
2. What exactly do you mean by that? How does Office even end up on the internet like this? Does "pirated" imply someone released their own custom version instead of just a copy of an original disc?
3. What makes you think he has a pirated version rather than an original disc or a clean copy? It’s not like you’re buying software at a flea market for 1.2 miles in some backwater town.

Run CS... select screen recording... then this pops up..

...then click on Effects -> Options.. once the effect options window opens, maybe just pick Cursor !!
