I doubt anyone really cares, but we’re sitting at third to last on the betting odds! That says everything you need to know about the quality of our music lately.🙂
Susan Harris28 said:Wait, isn't that Željko guy basically a country singer? Like, really cheesy, old-school country... I've heard a few of his tracks... "Nesta," "Rintam," and that one called "Telo Vreteno"... honestly, I think it's 🙂 🙂 Are catchy tunes with simple choruses still a thing these days?
Don't go attacking Željko Joksimović!! Sure, some of his songs are perfect for grabbing a beer at a local pub, but the man himself seems like a solid 5 out of 10.
I know this movie won an Oscar over twenty years ago, and I realize I've drifted off topic, but for me, Miloš Forman's "Amadeus" is the best film ever to take home a statuette.
placidwalker53 says:> Iron Maiden is definitely the worst band in the world
I honestly can't believe you'd say that! I mean, just look at their sales numbers—they've sold a massive amount of albums over the years, and let's not even get started on how they sell out every single concert to the very last seat. Sure, they might look like they haven't updated their wardrobe in 25 years, but they are easily one of the greatest bands ever.

It’s honestly frustrating dealing with AMC Theatres when they have the exact same lineup as everyone else, especially since an AMC can easily rotate through 15 different titles a day if they wanted to.
If they’re supposed to be such incredible theaters, why didn't they show Samurai? I actually had to head over to an Alamo Drafthouse just to catch it. If that's one of the best films of the year and they claim to have the best screens in the country, then logically, they should be showing it.
Jose Miller17 said:I’m done with their ads and that pathetic DVD. Absolute elitists... giving gifts to couples? How incredibly romantic. As if being in love isn't enough—having those moments where they can barely stay quiet in a movie theater while he whispers to her—now we have to reward them too because they're just so tragically in love. Maybe they should start handing out gifts to people who just got dumped. Or for the lonely ones... the broke ones... the poorly dressed... but no, the elites wouldn't do that. Apparently, it’s not enough to just be single; you have to suffer in hell. No gifts for them. Only for the lovers. What’s next? A campaign called "We’re rich," "My dad is a billionaire," or "I have everything in life." ... Oh, right, which gift? Chicago... brilliant... I'd give up my girlfriend just to have that shoved into my hands....
Preach! They're idiots! Honestly, I wouldn't even feel bad about missing out on the damn DVD since there's no money involved! But when I went to see Samurai at AT&T, I saw three different "couples" acting all lovesick!🤮 And Chicago is definitely the better movie!
1. Hard Time 2. Black Feather 3. Wild Jagged (with that Alan Islamovic guy) 4. Living Mud 5. Karma 6. Matrix ...and there are plenty more where those came from.
I just finished watching this movie and you absolutely HAVE to see it! Honestly, if we can't make good feature films, at least we know how to produce top-tier documentaries. If anyone is expecting a musical-heavy experience, you might be a little disappointed. That said, the film perfectly captures what it was like being young back when nobody really cared about our generation and everything revolved around the Cold War era. Since parts of this are autobiographical, I think Isaac did a brilliant job making the subject matter resonate with everyone, not just himself. (Keep an eye out for the moment he almost sits on that guy—so awkward! Poor guy)
I just finished watching a movie and hopped straight in the car to head home. While digging through my old vinyl collection and CDs, I stumbled upon a chaotic mix of The Beatles, The Beach Boys, and some classic rock legends. I think my neighbors might have actually had a nervous breakdown from the noise. Thanks, Igor, for reminding me of all that great old music that’s been gathering dust in my storage bins for years.
I honestly couldn't care less if someone decides my taste in music is trash. I listen to what I love: Elvis Presley, Jay-Z, Outkast, and some classic rock legends. If you want to jump in here and tell me I have zero taste or that my playlist is embarrassing, go ahead—but let's be real, we all had that one phase growing up.
