He would truly give his all for love. Total legend. 🙏
I feel the exact same way. I’ve watched two seasons—not sure if there are even more out—and aside from those ridiculous office romances, I have zero complaints.
I've got the exact same gripe, though I wouldn't go so far as to say it's a dealbreaker. It’s still worth checking out, regardless of how much they lean into those cheesy romantic subplots in the second season; I suppose they think a straightforward show about the grit of modern journalism would just be too boring for the mainstream crowd.🙄
No third season has dropped yet, so we're all just sitting around waiting...

The only thing worth checking out this weekend 👍🤷 is
Look, there’s a clear distinction between receiving a voucher and handing over your personal data just to get a ticket, but if providing that info ultimately lands you on some blacklist, I don't see why anyone would bother showing up to the game at all. 🤷 Until this gets sorted out legally, we should be boycotting and making our voices heard... if we’re looking for a truce and want to stand together in the stands, why can't we all just gather at Times Square instead?
analogheron19 said:besides, who among us actually talks about the national soccer team? in my mind, at least, it’s always just about America. it wasn't the national team (or its officials, especially Stimac) beating the Mexican national team (and their guys, specifically Mihajlovic), it was America beating Mexico. if you ask me, that was the only honest way to look at it that day.
The way I see it, the American soccer mafia beat out the Mexican soccer mafia purely because we have better players—guys who don't give a damn and wouldn't understand the politics if they tried. And the American soccer fans—or rather, let's call them what they really are, the mindless sheep—were either showing up just to spite the Mexicans, or watching while the Mexicans got wrecked, only to end up failing to even pull that off properly. Then you have that small group of pathetic souls down South who think it's some massive victory to be sitting in the same stands, acting like that's some peak "ultra" mentality. Instead of calling out the farce and fighting for actual ideals—like organizing a joint boycott or a protest against someone like Rusanova—they just swallowed a huge load of crap. But hey, at least we all ate it together down South and managed to beat the Mexicans. Tomorrow, we'll both probably go out and shout slogans against the soccer federation mafia, maybe throw a few flares toward Houston or Chicago or Dallas, and then everything is fine again, right? A shared struggle! At this rate, maybe by 2054, we might actually manage to build something together against Pakistan. Finally.

That’s exactly what this game felt like; we lost the battle, and now we’re left with the malignancy... yet here we are, celebrating...

Since we’ve already opened the floor for me to weigh in on this debate, I might as well get my two cents in.😬 Honestly, it doesn't matter if it’s a long-sleeve tee or a short-sleeve one; what matters is that the design stays subtle and classy—something you can barely even notice at first glance. Look, I’m not saying don't offer those loud shirts with massive graphics plastered across the chest or back, but please, give us something a little less aggressive. For instance: this one is great (though, if I’m being honest, I’d love to see some options with a zipper😬), whereas that is just way too much. This one hits the sweet spot for me (personally, I think a small silhouette of a guy in a hoodie on the left chest would be perfect), while this feels totally cluttered. I get that everyone has their own vibe and some people live for that loud style, but it feels like there's a real shortage of simple, minimalist gear. My absolute favorite piece of fan merch I own is this dark gray shirt with black lettering that just says "Ultras established 1950"—you can't even tell what it says unless you're really looking for it. Don't take this as a jab, man; I'm just trying to be helpful.😍
If you’re already getting "scammed" by those betting parlor couples, why not just join Tzi's crew of fans instead... it's not exactly rocket science, just two clicks of the mouse 🤷

If we followed the Rangers' lead, we could start building a decent story from scratch instead of being pawns in whatever games they play to distract us from the actual mess.
We could rebuild the club properly from that lower league—buy it back, reorganize it, maybe model it after someone like Bilbao. Actually, I’d take it a step further: I'd set it up so that only players from California, or those with roots there, could ever suit up for our Dodgers. That way, you kill off all that nonsense involving modern money, pure capitalism, chasing results at any cost, transfers, and shady ownership spikes.
The foundations would be rock solid, sure, and the road would be grueling. But if the end result looks like Bilbao—meaning a few years of struggling, then finally seeing a profit, then more struggling, then profit again—it would be worth the hell. More importantly, the club's identity would be locked in forever. I’m saying this in good faith, because I truly don't understand why people are buying into their act. When all that's left of the Dodgers is a sense of identity in California, that's the only thing worth building on. We should be moving forward from there, not dragging out this misery like some ridiculous stage play run by Kerumov.
In my view, we should have headed for bankruptcy a few years ago when this whole "transformation" was first cooked up, and who knows if things would have turned out as perfect as you're dreaming. Now that we're already deep into this specific organizational structure, especially after adopting the Model Code and establishing the NH, it feels like a waste to throw everything away. Especially since there's actually a little light at the end of the tunnel. We just need a few more years of stabilization to get everything back where it belongs; we just have to survive these loans and the old debts being called in. With rational spending, better marketing, and God willing, a run in the EL, we could pull ourselves out of this mess instantly. Some lucky idiot even managed to get us into the EL through sheer luck, despite us doing nothing to deserve it, so maybe fortune will finally smile on us when we actually need it most.
You can always strip a Watermark off, so don't sweat it—it’s not like they’ve permanently scarred the original files. I suspect 😬 the high-res originals will eventually find their way into something more official anyway, like a printed calendar or a gallery show, whereas this stuff is really just meant for a quick look online...
I don't know, it just feels hypocritical to me after we were all shouting hate Dinamo or calling them sellouts... It sounds incredibly shallow. You claim this is a massive derby, but it’s neither the first nor the last one we’ll see. We could have easily cruised through this match without all the internal drama, just spending all 90 minutes rooting against the corruption at the USSF instead of fighting each other—especially since expecting us to actually get ahead of the Russians is a total pipe dream. Does that somehow make me hate Dinamo and those sellouts any less?
I don't know how long it took for them to finally realize they were dealing with total losers, but it only happened once we started calling them out properly... It was like a full-blown revolt against the US Soccer Federation; half the stands were just drinking beer those federation hacks while the other half started leading chants for both the Yankees and the Red Sox. 🤦
