Best offshore sportsbooks for online betting? in Betting Forum ·
After a few years away, I’m finally getting back into online betting..
A long time ago, I used to have accounts with FanDuel, BetMGM, and Pinnacle.

So, here's what I'm wondering—back then, I used PayPal to move funds (basically sending money to someone's checking account in exchange for "virtual credits," and doing the same when withdrawing)—but I'd really like to avoid all that hassle this time around.

I'm curious if any sportsbook accepts direct bank transfers or uses PayPal... basically, what's the most painless way to handle deposits and withdrawals without making it a huge production?

Also, does anyone know if any of the sites are running good bonuses right now?

I'll mostly be betting on soccer—mostly singles and the occasional double.
Best printer for home use? in Computer Peripherals ·
I was going to post this in the off-topic section, but I really need a quick answer—and I figured there’d be more people around here right now.😁

So, I need to pick up a printer for the office, and honestly, some requirements matter way more than others... 😁
1. It has to print in color.
2. The ink needs to be cheap (or at least have an option for refills—can you actually refill the cartridges on any inkjet?)
3. Price is a factor, though "affordable" is subjective—I'm thinking somewhere under $333.
4. Speed doesn't matter, and I don't care about the brand.

Basically, I just want something reliable that won't break the bank on ink. We print a lot, but I don't think I can stretch the budget enough for a color laser printer.

Toothpaste tablets?
What exactly are those?
Where can I find them?
And what’s the actual point of using them—besides being different?
Food stuck in my teeth/mouth in Dentistry & Oral Hygiene ·
Alright, I’ve got a bit of a nagging little issue here.
I’ve had a tiny piece of food stuck in my mouth for two days now. It’s hard to describe exactly where—😁 it isn't in my gums or tucked between my teeth, but rather in that soft tissue at the back of my throat when I open wide. I have no idea how it even got lodged there, but this happens to me maybe four or five times a year. (Usually after eating almonds or something similarly crunchy that gets stuck).

It doesn't actually hurt, it just feels irritating right under my tongue. And honestly? Once I finally manage to get it out, it smells. Like, really bad. 😂 I'm pretty sure it makes my whole mouth smell, too. I’ve tried fishing it out with a toothbrush, a toothpick, and even gargling mouthwash, but nothing works. All I end up doing is irritating the surrounding tissue, which stays swollen for a few days until the thing finally pops out on its own.

What should I do? Has anyone else dealt with something like this? Any tips on how to get it out? 🤷

😵 Honestly, I completely missed that one... mostly... was it fifth or sixth?

thanks, thanks, thanks 🙏
just wanted to double-check one thing here—
If Mark Weber finally pulls off a win at some VeloNews, which former Minardi driver would be next in line to join that club? Would he be third, fifth, sixth, or eighth?

I’m leaning towards fifth, but I'm worried I might have missed someone from back in the day.

So, there's this Formula 1 quiz in the new MotorTrend—I managed to Google most of the answers, but a few of them totally stumped me...
I was hoping some experts here might be able to help me out... 😉

Basically, I'm stuck on these questions:
1. Who is the only driver in Formula 1 history to have started a race from pole position once and from the back of the grid another time? (Mario Andretti/Jimmy Barr/Rick Mears/Justin Wilson)
2. Which liquid does the famous Formula 1 constructor Murray Walker usually drink about 2 liters of before breakfast? (coffee/whiskey/water/tea)
3. Which female Formula 1 driver has spent her summers vacationing on Key West for years? (Ferrari/Vince Lombardi/Galica/Ford)
4. Which of these records did McLaren break most recently? (most world championships/most wins/most fastest laps/most pole positions)
5. Which driver is the only winner at the Race of Champions who comes from both Formula 1 and circuit racing? (Olivier Panis/McLaren/Sebastian Vettel/Heikki Kovalainen)—I'm not quite following this one...?

Anyway, thanks a ton... ☕

Man, honestly—UEFA just does whatever they want. It’s like they say—it is what it is. There’s really nothing we can do about it.🙄

Hey, could you explain what that base curve actually means? I just checked my Bausch & Lomb box and the base is 8.7—but what does that even signify?😕 😁
Wait, since when do soft lenses actually increase your prescription?! 😲 Nobody ever told me that part! All they said was my vision would keep changing until I finished growing... and honestly, it’s gone up by 0.5 over the last year and a half—is there really any reason to panic here?

I actually love these soft ones, though I usually take them out before sitting down at my computer or watching TV—they just bother my eyes a bit too much. Probably just getting dry. 😕
Sunglasses in Health ·
Honestly... here’s my take.

If you already wear contacts, just grab some regular sunglasses—plain ones. It really isn't worth paying extra to have prescription lenses put into shades.

But if you don't wear contacts? Getting prescription lenses added to a pair of sunglasses usually runs you about $100. Now—everyone's budget is different. For me, it feels pretty pricey—if I'm dropping $600 on the frames, spending another $300 just for the lenses means I could've bought two more pairs of glasses instead.
Seriously, you guys are being so sensitive.

If you drink coffee—you'll end up with stained teeth.
If you drink Cola—your teeth are toast.
If you drink hard liquor—your liver takes the hit.
If you drink beer—you're gonna get a gut.

Dammit—so what am I supposed to drink?!
Everything tastes good, and we're all gonna die eventually anyway...🙄

I honestly have no clue—I don't even bother stressing about it—but I’m pretty sure if I ever become some old guy who’s just a burden to everyone (if I even make it that far, anyway), once I'm old and immobile and all that... well, I'd rather just pull the trigger. 😳 what's the use?
