Winner : Tia Yes. We’re declaring this another draw, as it really just boils down to what you personally value most. Are you itching to experiment with ray tracing, or do you believe it’s truly the future of gaming? If that's the case, the Nvidia RTX 2060 offers the better deal. On the other hand, if you're interested in grabbing one or both of the titles bundled with the RX 5600 XT, you could see an extra $40 to $100 in value—though those specific promos don't last forever and usually get swapped out for something else. Of course, a good sale can always change your mind.
It’s a known fact that AMD users have been dealing with those frustrating blackscreen issues. That said, the most recent driver updates actually list this as a resolved bug. We haven't run into any blackscreens ourselves during testing, though that's probably because we didn't have the problem to begin with. If you're an AMD user hitting that wall, my suggestion is to stick with the 'standard' profile to see if that stabilizes things. It's possible that extra bells and whistles like Enhanced Sync might be contributing to the instability. Ultimately, AMD and Nvidia Drivers is more in terms of presentation
For your resolution, you’ll need at least an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 Ti to handle $790. Besides, any local computer shop can assemble the parts you pick out, so you don't have to deal with the building process yourself.
You can find a used GTX 1050 on eBay for $67 a decent price, and it'll handle 4K just fine. Honestly, it’s probably your cheapest way to get an upgrade right now without breaking the bank much.
Ask them who actually makes that 750W power supply and what the specific model is, because half the time those things are just cheap junk. The 2070 Super is way more powerful than an RX 5700, but keep in mind the i5 9400f is significantly weaker than an R5 3600x. If you're looking to buy on a payment plan, check out other retailers; they’ll handle the whole build for you and give you a much better deal. Just skip Best Buy.
Most of the changes are found in the updated PCIe layout. You get a full-length PCIe 3.0 x16 slot reinforced with Intel Steel Armor, plus a second full-length PCIe 2.0 x4 slot and three PCIe 2.0 x1 ports; these take the place of those old PCI slots you'd find on the older B350 Tomahawk. One of the advantages of the Intel 8th Gen over 7th Gen is the memory speeds supported, particularly because the refined firmware on the MSI Tomahawk lets you hit DDR4-3466 speeds with up to 64 GB of RAM spread across the four slots. It handles both ECC and non-ECC memory, though ECC will just run in non-ECC mode. The main visual difference is the B450 comes with new but svelte looking heatsinks and the power delivery heatsink has the MSI Arsenal gaming logo to show off its spot in the entry-level gaming lineup. It looks like MSI stuck with the same 6-phase power delivery in that familiar 4+2 setup from the previous B350 Tomahawk. this is how the B450 compares to the B350 Tomahawk

@Kenneth Cruz67 How can I check the battery? I could just swap in a new one.[/QU If you don't have a multimeter handy to test the voltage, the easiest move is to just grab a new one. They're dirt cheap anyway.
Picked this up last September, so everything is still under warranty. Go with that Samsung monitor up there. Even if it's a tiny bit cheaper, I'm betting it’s a much higher quality build than that Philips model, which can be pretty hit-or-miss. At this point, that other brand is basically just riding on its reputation, and honestly, most buyers are just looking for something that pairs perfectly with an Nvidia GPU anyway.
