It was a response to the previous post and applies to anyone who feels the need to barge in and trash the space where we're actually putting in the work to get a discussion off the ground. It's not about whether threads get opened on time—we aren't going to punish anyone over that kind of nonsense. The real issue is the vibe being created by all this constant whining and complaining. Very few people feel like participating, and even fewer want to actually post when the atmosphere is this toxic.

Since we already have 5 albums sitting in the vault from that batch, we're skipping new suggestions this week. We need to wait until everyone finishes writing the intros for those on the waiting list—basically, until the topics actually go live.
Just so we're clear, Jessica Morris6's orgies were added in the correct order since that's how they happened, so his last two votes were muted because he already voted. Maybe check your own votes, and next time throw in a cover album or something, because I'm definitely skipping this one. 😳
I honestly thought that was just a provocation rather than an actual suggestion. Seriously, stop messing around—I already submitted my input, and I did it properly. And some people have already cast their votes. I really hope nobody else has jumped in while we were talking, because trying to fix the tally after the fact is such a losing battle.

I finally got around to watching *Fearless* for the first time, starring Jeff Bridges. I was honestly blown away by this one. The way he directs is just incredible, and I guess the way his role was written was pretty spot on too. 🙂

Look, there isn't really an issue within this group regarding having one little house for two albums. Both baribb and I already suggested two from the same artists, so it’s all connected anyway. We'll see next week if this whole thing even makes sense. Especially, I guess, whether it even makes sense to suggest two completely random albums by totally different artists. That doesn't feel right to me, and it just makes the poll a massive headache.

We’ve already noted your suggestion, so you won't be repeating yourself in the next round. 😛 You can see the list is all over the place; some people suggested two albums while others just went with one, which is pretty standard. I guess we'll just wait and see what comes of this. Things have gone quiet lately, and maybe a little change of pace is actually a good thing.
As for the listening picks, you've got to find a way to hook us... but not by dumping a wall of text on us. You listen to everything and you clearly know your music inside and out, but maybe try being a bit more concise. Just give us a clear thought on why the music you're suggesting works for you personally. There’s plenty of great info there, but I honestly get a bit lost in your posts sometimes (even though I know you mean well).

Yeah, any kind of album works: Studio albums, EPs, demos, live sets, whatever... you could even throw in movie soundtracks, though those aren't really represented much. So, yeah...
