Asterix and Obelix in Movies ·
Since we're on the subject of old-school cartoons, does anyone have the Tom and Jerry Kids series? If you could send it my way or know where I can download it, let me know... thanks in advance
A Bronx Tale (1993) in Movies ·
Just finished watching this movie and man, it was an absolute blast... This is exactly why I love the classics. The storytelling is tight and everything just clicks perfectly where it should... Definitely one of the best I've seen in a long time...

Hey, if anyone’s looking to chat or just hang out, I'm 24 and down to talk... we can even move this over to Facebook 🙂

Joshua Kern said:The first two Blade Trinity movies were solid, but that third one was a total letdown. Honestly, it’s a bummer they haven't made a fourth in almost 12 years. With a killer director, some heavy-hitting actors, and a decent script, they could have actually made something epic...

Maybe it’s better if they don't even bother. Usually, only the first two parts of a franchise hit the mark, and everything after just goes downhill. In my book, the first two should've been it, but since they pushed through with a third and flopped, that was it... I doubt we'll see a fourth, but if it's gonna be anything like that third one, let's just leave it alone... just my two cents though...

this movie is easily one of my favorites...

Hell, I could've waited 13 years for all I care. Honestly, I don't even get what you're trying to pull with that comment.... Do I have the right to post whatever I want? Who are you to tell me when or what to write? Since when do I owe you an explanation?.... No offense, but you really didn't need to say that. PEACE

Blade and Blade 2 are top-tier, absolute classics... but Blade Trinity? It’s just okay. Honestly, the plot feels like a messy mashup of the first two movies—you can really see where they tried to stitch them together. Like, remember that scene with the Rottweilers and the poodle? Their mouths looked exactly like those Reapers from Blade 2 Bloodlust... total weirdness. I can rewatch the first two any day because they actually have that raw energy and grit, whereas the third one is mostly just this part

Someone has to 😁 But look, when it comes to that old-school dubbing, we're talking about the stuff that actually matters—you know, Asterix, Conan the Adventurer, those classics from Golden Films (like The Prince and the Pauper or The Christmas Elves), Legend of the North Wind, Batman: The Animated Series, Speed Racer, Action Man, Tom & Jerry, Campi Campi, He-Man... then there’s Burbank Films (Ivanhoe, Green Arrow, Peter Pan, The Three Musketeers... man, there's too many to list, but that's basically everything worth watching on VHS. Those are the real classics... But Asterix is still number 1... and honestly, I've been hunting for Legend of the North Wind everywhere but can't find it anywhere... maybe someone will rip it and dump it on YouTube or some site eventually

this movie is absolute fire... and honestly, I’m obsessed with how they used Innocent blood on the soundtrack

Here’s my ranking for the best Asterix cartoon films:
1. 1. Asterix in Britain (1986) sign this cartoon is number 1 (total classic)
2. Asterix vs Caesar (1985) (classic)
3. Asterix and the 12 tasks (1976)
4. 4. Asterix conquers America (1994)
5. Asterix and Cleopatra (1968)
6. Asterix Gaul (1967)
Basically, these 6 are the ones with the old-school voice acting, and that's what actually matters...

As for the others, like Asterix and the Vikings or the newer stuff, the plots and animation are fine, but the voice acting just sucks. I just can't get used to watching them without that classic dubbing...
Best movies from America since 1990? in Movies ·
There’ve been plenty of decent flicks since the 90s, but honestly, my top pick is still last will and testament (2001), even if all the critics hate on it... I’ve also got two other favorites, Red Dust (1999) and a story from America (1992)
Desperado in Movies ·
just downloaded this movie a couple weeks ago... that scene where Salma Hayek hits the street and there's a massive pileup? absolute gold hah... but honestly, the whole thing is a total classic, I could watch it again right now... plus the soundtrack is killer, that track "Back to the House that Love Built" by Tito & tarantula is such a vibe... not bad at all, easily a 10/10
