Beginner workout advice needed in Hobbies & Leisure ·
I honestly had no clue how to phrase this, and I couldn't find a decent 'newbie' thread anywhere.
If one exists, some mod can just merge this 🙂

So, let me try to explain what I'm actually looking for.
I want to know what you guys would recommend for someone who's basically a couch potato trying to finally get moving—specifically stuff that requires hitting a gym. I get that anyone can start with a brisk walk or some home workouts.

Most people pick something based on their specific goals, but I have zero clue how any of this works... like, what's the point of joining a gym if I don't even know how to actually hit my targets 🤷
For example, something I'm curious about—does everyone at the gym get a consultation or a trainer?

Why pick yoga / pilates / total body fitness / Zumba / weightlifting over the others?
Basically, what am I getting out of each one, and how do I figure out what'll actually "stick" for me?
😁
Since it all counts as exercise, and I want to actually stay consistent (just don't know which way to go)🤷
I have an idea of what I want to achieve, I just don't know which type of workout will get me there.🤷
Anyone happen to 'hear' anything about what the News Corp shipping rates are gonna look like after New Year's Day?

Thanks for the heads up, you're spot on! 😉

From what I've seen, a transfer from one JPMorgan Chase checking account to another happens instantly—the money hits the other person's account right away.
Has anyone tried sending money from a JPMorgan Chase checking account to a JPMorgan Chase savings account? Does it clear immediately, or could it take a full day to show up?
Does anyone know if Time actually takes packages on Sundays?
Paul Rivera said:It's actually the exact opposite for me. I could probably use a few extra pounds since I'm sitting at 105 lbs and 5'7". 🙄 I should probably start taking Yaz in a few weeks, so I'll let you know which side effects decide to show up. 😉 I mean, if the check-up goes well, I doubt there will be any massive weight gain; maybe there'll be a difference, but I guess it wouldn't even be noticeable. 🙂

Taking OHK finally gave me exactly the kicks I was missing.
Used to be 110 lbs at 5'7". Now I'm hovering around 125-130, and honestly, I've been stuck there for over three years. Didn't just jump from 110 to 130 overnight, though—took a little while to get there. 👍

So, did anyone here switch from Logest to Lindynette 20?
Lindynette 20 is on the Social Security list and getting paid. $11Yeah, and they’ve got the exact same hormone levels.
I haven't had any side effects from Logest, and honestly, I still don't.

Totally agree. 😍😍
Copies are alright, but KitKat is KitKat. 🙏 🙏
Sandra Brooks91 said:You asked for an opinion, so you got one—the same objective take you'd get if anyone else spoke up. I wouldn't tolerate ambiguity, and if I did, I wouldn't call people out just because I was clueless or messed up, but that's just me. If you had actually asked, everything would be clear. Now you both just get to look bad. 🙂 Maybe she gives you a partial refund so everyone wins, though honestly, she doesn't owe it to you; it’s just being nice.

Haven't been following this thread, but I posted my thoughts on the feedback/complaints section, and looks like I'm on the same page as you and molly..

The customer decides how they want their package delivered,
if the girl requested $3.25 via USPS and there wasn't a convo about her covering the extra shipping—personally, I'd assume it's going standard.
In that case, I'd make it loud and clear, ask how she wants it sent.
The buyer picks the method and pays for it. As long as
the shipping gets paid like agreed (full amount or half-and-half if they're cool), the seller shouldn't care how it goes.
And once someone asks for standard shipping, my responsibility for the package ends right there. Same goes the other way.
It's stupid to ask "How much is shipping?" when I already know it's $5.00 for a box, or maybe 5-$3.25 for standard if it's something light.
Both of you are equally responsible for this mess.
Nobody is forced to send tracked packages just because it's assumed that's how everyone should do it here.
Whatever 🤔
I sent one bubble mailer and one box yesterday, and she didn't say a word!

But then she totally ripped me for trying to send something in this bubble envelope that looked like it had been used before—it was all taped up with black duct tape on the flap..
Like, apparently you can't just treat it like a regular letter, they won't allow any tape on the package.. 😕
So I had to repackage everything right there on the spot.. wtf..
Interesting. I've actually been thinking about ditching the pill myself for a few reasons, and this Patentex sounds like a total game changer!
What’s the damage on price, and can you get it with a prescription?

MO is fine by me,
except for what Brian Mitchell44 said about that one user having an XYZ thread on MO in this post
If MO actually fixes things in that regard, props to them.

The sales threads have cleaned up big time—just a few users getting a DM or a warning in the thread, maybe Palmic hands out some strikes, and boom.
Way better than before.

boldhound8 is right when he says this Reddit is miles ahead of the competition and basically "perfect." I know because I spent a decent amount of time hanging out on those other sites too.

So, idk if you guys told little Palmic to check out this thread... and think about Brian Mitchell44's post/suggestion.
He used to handle those separate threads back when girls would open individual ones just to spam their sales... so I don't think it'd be much trouble for him to flag the users Brian Mitchell44 pointed out and merge the threads into one.

With help from the rest of us always reporting stuff, Palmic knows exactly what's breaking the rules here. He might not react as fast as a Swiss watch, but when he takes the time, he gets the job done—handing out strikes, warnings, deleting, closing, whatever.
And honestly, considering how it used to be, it's good he's still handling it himself.😳
Chloe Moore65 said:I NEVER pay. $1.75 Not even worth a damn.

Same.
Hey William Jones30, care to explain why some people aren't getting charged for shipping then?
Mailman just drops off letters like usual, which is fine, but he left me a damn slip for my package instead of actually delivering it.
Is the search bar on Craigslist broken? in Forum Help! ·
Great 😠

So how am I supposed to find the ad I posted months ago? It's still active since nothing sold yet.
Is everyone just gonna let me repost the same thing over and over? Finding old stuff in all those massive subreddits and marketplaces is a nightmare..
Ugh.. I hate this!
You can find some of them on the forum just below, in the Small Classifieds section—some loser was selling them there, so just use the search bar.
Not sure if $10 or $17 wants them individually.
I saw them listed on Craigslist too.
Ugh, when you send something via 'standard shipping'—how much does the postage actually run you?

I sent off a standard package last week (along with a few others, but those were insured), and I told the lady, "just standard shipping for this one"...
she charged me and gave me a receipt.
later on, I glanced at the receipt and realized she charged me 3x$14.40 for the other packages, plus $2.25 (whatever that "standard" fee was) plus $3.00 and honestly, I have no clue what else I paid for??

By then, I was already way too far from the USPS office to turn back and confront her, so I'm asking here—has this happened to anyone else?
Because I don't get why I paid these $3.00, or if I should've just asked for standard mail instead? I specifically said a standard package... I have no idea if there's even a difference?
If anyone knows, please—help me out 😁
Yeah, there's just a massive crowd here willing to throw $1.75 and they haven't even bothered to try and dodge it 🙄
Dammit, you gotta match his energy or he’s just gonna walk all over you $1.75.. I definitely wouldn't do $1.75 as a bundle, because last time I tried that, I ended up getting hit with 7 or 8 packages in a single week... 🙈
Kimberly Robinson7 said:it's happened to me a few times where girls send stuff via standard mail, and I don't even realize it until the mailman drops it in my box or leaves a note—then when I go to pick it up, there's no signature required
it's stupid because things get lost easily. I always just ship as a package, or if I'm in a rush, I'll do certified mail since the post office is closer to me 😁

I noticed the same thing. Girls sometimes send stuff as regular mail even though I paid $5.00 for shipping or whatever the deal was. Look, nothing's gone missing yet, but let's be clear: if you ship like that, you're doing it on your own risk. If something actually gets lost, I expect a full refund immediately.

Still can't believe this $1.75 payment nonsense. For God's sake, next time ask for a receipt or tell them you're gonna call the USPS during the day or report it to an inspector—tell them your uncle works at the Better Business Bureau or something. 🙂
Please!!!
Some guy from the frat gave it to me. Last year they were handing out those VIP passes at the university...
So go ahead, enjoy hanging with whatever frat bro you know🤣
Quick question for any girls who've shipped glasses via USPS before,
since I don't have the original case—how do I send them without worrying they'll arrive shattered for the buyer?
Should I just pay extra at the post office for that fragile handling insurance?
How much does that even cost?
