Sex and intimacy: Let's talk. in Health ·
Hannah Bishop said:I experienced bleeding during my previous two sexual encounters, but since I haven't had a partner in three years, I can't say for sure what's happening now. Regarding the intimacy itself, it might be an underlying fear of pregnancy. It’s constantly on my mind. Next time I am with someone, I will try to push those thoughts aside... maybe that will actually work.

Regarding the bleeding, you really ought to bring that up with your doctor; it isn't exactly standard. As for the other issue—yes, you absolutely need to be completely relaxed and use reliable protection. If you do that, you won't be preoccupied with the risk of pregnancy and can just focus on the pleasure instead.🙂

1. A close friend of mine dealt with some spotting during the early stages too, and then it just cleared up on its own. That said, if this is happening consistently, you really ought to go see an OB-GYN to be safe.
2. Hmm... I honestly can't tell how much you actually cared about this guy or how badly you wanted this to work out. I don't quite grasp why you're getting so worked up over it if he truly is the right person for you.
3. Well, in principle, there isn't a way to know for certain, but... someone with more experience might be able to pick up on those cues.
How to get rid of cellulite? in Health ·
Honestly, I’m convinced that nothing tackles cellulite—whether you're looking at natural remedies or high-end treatments—quite like staying active.
I dealt with it constantly until last year, but once spring rolled around, I made a change. I started walking to my university classes every single day, which takes about an hour round trip. I pushed myself to maintain a brisk pace and made sure to drink at least 1.5 liters of water daily. I also picked up an exfoliating sponge from Target to use as a body scrub during my nightly showers, finishing off with just some standard Nivea body lotion. And let me tell you, it actually worked. It’s mostly gone now; there might be tiny traces left, but compared to how bad it used to be, it’s easily top-tier results.
So, ladies, my advice is simple: focus on hydration and movement. All those fancy creams and specialized products are really just minor supplements to a healthy lifestyle.
A classic/overdone topic in Health ·
Well, they might as well start using more of them (I’m talking more fingers 🤣) because let’s face it: there is absolutely no way to handle this without getting a little messy
A classic/overdone topic in Health ·
Hmm... I’m struggling to wrap my head around one thing here... hasn't anyone tried using a ring stretcher on you before? Whether it was him or someone else, because let's be honest: if it isn't already happening smoothly, getting through without significant discomfort on the first try is practically impossible.
You aren't the only one dealing with this; I believe there’s actually a thread about it over on a major health forum or something similar. Generally speaking, the advice is to try using your fingers to gradually stretch things out—and it doesn't have to be just right before the act itself. Try practicing a few times over several days, etc.
Also, you mentioned experiencing quite a bit of dryness? Well, that is another massive factor that makes everything much more difficult!
Good luck 🙂 😁
I'm worried in Health ·
Oh, honey, you really are looking at the bottom of the barrel here...
Regarding anemia, I’ve been dealing with it for years. My iron levels have always hovered around 3 or 4, and they’re exactly the same right now—I just got my lab results back yesterday.
Since you didn't mention what your actual iron levels are, how am I supposed to know if that's the culprit? (I assume you're hoping that's the reason you're feeling anemic.)

When I mentioned those "normal" times, I wasn't referring to drugs; I was actually talking about my own (lack of) conservatism. But fine, if you want to take it that way, be my guest.

What's really so bad about being a fool? 😕 😕 😕

It isn't about fear; it's simply a fact that I am not one! Although, regarding these topics, I could easily fall into that category. Everything feels so chaotic "today" that it seems like I'm stuck living in the past, back when things actually made sense—and I'm only 20, for heaven's sake.

Oh, please...👎

I'm heading to bed. I have an exam tomorrow, and honestly, it’s better than sitting here obsessing over this nonsense just to end up looking like a total amateur and dealing with all those headaches myself.

Look, let’s be real... I think it’s honestly twisted to have someone giving advice to a seventeen-year-old about what they should be using. Telling them that the drug itself isn't the problem—that it's just the people using it, or claiming everything is fine as long as it's "moderate"—is just pure nonsense.
I'm not denying that there are certain individuals who manage to pull it off, and sure, maybe for them it works. But on a broader scale, defending this stuff or coaching kids on how to use it is wrong. Instead of handing out tips, we should be showing them that there are a million better ways to experience life than turning to drugs.👎

Adam Williams2 said:Who's deciding that? Is everyone who's ever been near drugs automatically labeled an addict? I guess people are living in a total fantasy land...

Not everyone, sure, but unfortunately it's the vast majority. Especially when we're talking about a 17-year-old. Based on how they phrased this post, it's pretty obvious how "bright" they are—it's highly unlikely someone like that would stop after just one hit of speed.

I am referring to moderate and sensible consumption.

The substance itself isn't the problem; the problem is the individual who uses it excessively.
It all comes down to moderation and being properly educated on the subject.

"Drugs aren't bad"? "Drug use can be boiled down to reasonable, moderate consumption"?
Look, I honestly don't get it. If that were true, it should be easy for anyone to stay moderate, yet somehow nobody ever manages to do it.

nimblemarlin80 said:You want to know what the absolute worst part is when addiction takes over and someone spirals out of control?

Look, there are all kinds of people out there—good and bad. But addicts aren't "good" or "bad" people anymore. They’re just addicts. Their character, their personality, everything they once were... it all evaporates. Nothing matters except hitting that daily dose. Any decision they make isn't a human one; it’s stripped of any personality or traits they used to have. Every single choice leads back to one singular goal. That’s the tragedy. A person just vanishes.

You see glimpses of it with smokers, too. If you run out of cigarettes and can't find a shop, you're screwed 🙄. Or with alcoholics. But even then, smokers rarely rob a convenience store, and an alcoholic might actually manage to scrape through a day without a drink. An addict? An addict will hunt for that fix until they find it, no matter what. That’s the horror of it... the reality of that "delta" frequency 🙄—you simply cease to exist as a person.

👍 🙏

Charles Young said:Comparison for pets. 🤣

This is pretty much what I expected...
Just your typical corporate canned response.

If I saw someone next to me trying to fly a car at 150 mph, I’d tell them to buckle up and watch their step... but you? You’d just call in the highway patrol? 🙂

Don't come at me with talk about comparisons or being conservative, because I am definitely not a dinosaur. However, anyone who genuinely believes they’ll "just try it once" or "just take it one time" is an absolute idiot. Honestly, how many people do you personally know who claimed they were just experimenting, only to get hooked? And let’s be clear: I’m not talking about weed or anything relatively mild. If a kid is already entertaining these kinds of ideas and cravings at seventeen because he’s already cycled through everything, what on earth is going to happen to him in a few years?

Great, let's get this show on the road! $83Just making sure I don't head in the wrong direction.
And what if I just sent interceptors his way? Honestly, looking at the specifics, I once dealt with a massive wreck because some idiot was flying through a curve at a hundred miles per hour. Of course, he drifted right into my lane and totaled my car—I wasn't even at fault. People like that need a serious reality check, not some polite little advice session.

Wouldn't it be more straightforward to just end it all at once, rather than letting drugs slowly dismantle your entire life piece by piece?

I mean, he’s already cycled through every vice imaginable, so why wouldn't he go this far too? Honestly, it's incredible how much rage can consume a person...
Do you guys actually eat healthy? in Health ·
I’ll be the first to admit my diet is a total disaster, but hey, I’m fully aware of it—and yet, I haven't changed a single thing! I am basically eating non-stop, and since I’m living at the dorms for college, it’s almost always fast food because it's the only thing within reach. Not to mention my sugar addiction; I think I’d actually pass out without sweets... plus, I don't exercise at all. I'm pretty terrible at this.
I guess there's no real motivation to change when I'm only 5'5" and 105 pounds, and still have my belly button pierced... but maybe I should consider it just for the sake of my health. 😲
