Well, look at me... I used to give everyone else here such a hard time, basically telling them, "Just buy a test already!"—which, honestly, probably contributed to all those separate threads merging into this one. Now, here I am, asking the very same question.

So... I’m assuming I didn't. Okay, let me get into the details.
I was with him (XY)—he never finished inside me, and neither am I using any contraception, nor is he.
Basically, he didn't finish inside me, but we were fooling around after he did, and he hadn't showered or anything. And now... well, now I have my period. (Though, since I was pregnant during my last two cycles, I don't really experience a "normal" period anymore).
The issue—or maybe it isn't an issue—is that this bleeding doesn't feel like a period at all. I've only had to change a pantyliner a few times today, even though there's definitely some flow going on.
My breasts feel a bit firmer, but they usually feel like that before my period anyway. Usually, once my period actually hits, they just go soft... but they haven't yet.
So, what I really want to know (and I know I should probably know this myself, but I'm losing my mind here)—is spotting or physiological bleeding possible in early pregnancy? You know, like that mucus plug thing?
Anyway, I won't ramble too much; I'll check back in once I know more. For now, please just tell me if any kind of bleeding is considered normal during early pregnancy.
Oh, right—also, my periods are usually absolutely brutal, but this time there's no pain at all. Mind you, I was sick three weeks ago and barely ate anything, so maybe that's why my period is so light... if this is even a period. 😍
Okay, now I'm just sitting here laughing at myself.

Injuries?? Honestly, injuries don't phase me—I'm not your typical girl.
You didn't show me this before, right? your link?
Tomorrow I’m heading to my first session with the instructor I already booked—if I don't like the vibe, I'm calling the Holy Spirit.
THIS QUOTE TOTALLY MADE MY DAY:
"There are girls in the club too. Do they run the same drills?

Of course. This is a Muay Thai gym. If you aren't down with everything that comes with training—which is pain, sweat, and tears—then go join an aerobics class. I don't let the students dictate how the club runs; it works the other way around.
Anyone who accepts those terms and wants to train competitively or recreationally is more than welcome at Holly Spirit."

Yessssssss

Save that little bit of sympathy for someone else—you clearly have no clue about my rhythm or how I actually work the bag, so don't go judging before you know what's up. (Sorry, you just got under my skin)
If you’re actually curious, I’ve got plenty of street-level experience. The bag is just my way to unwind, and since I’ve got a kid now, I prefer keeping my gym sessions controlled and focused.
Yeah, I want the contact—heavy hitting works for me, so keep talking.

I gave them a call—apparently, the women's classes are just pad work, no contact, while the full-contact stuff is strictly for the guys.
I've already got some pads at home, so...

Looks like a total game-changer for women—you know, the fighters type. There was actually a segment on the news last Sunday about a seminar focused on self-defense plus conditioning and all that stuff. 😁 😎

Here’s the info on that specific seminar: http://www.profightstore.com/content...etails&ID=1576

Classes are held over at the State Fairgrounds in Pavilion 25—Tuesdays from 7 to 9 PM and Thursdays from 9:30 to 11 PM.
I was asking about the gym near Central Park... but thanks anyway—honestly, now I'm kind of bummed because yours looks way better than the one I was planning to go to. 😢

so, here's the deal—I don't think I'm pregnant, but then again, I have morning sickness, cramps, and that lower abdominal pain you get right before your period starts. My breasts are incredibly sore, my back is absolutely killing me, and I’ve suddenly started craving sour foods when I never used to... my stupid OB-GYN wouldn't even bother examining me because he claimed "it's too early, though pregnancy is possible" 🙄 and then had the nerve to just shrug and say, "well, that's what happens when you're irresponsible"...
anyway, I'm hoping someone with a bit more experience can weigh in. What do you guys think? Thanks.

Find a new doctor. IMMEDIATELY!!!!!

Hey, I actually ran into an FRIEND through a contact where this incredibly sweet woman told me they’re also totally packed—but she gave me the coach's number, and he runs sessions right nearby too.
Thanks, everyone. Truly.

Hmm... sounds more like my ex's dance troupe, "Pipi," but alright...
PIPI
If that’s what you're thinking, they do offer belly dancing classes—but I've already finished those.
Come on, guys, liven it up! + I can really feel the advantage of using this fitness center, plus they run occasional workshops here and there.
Correct me if I'm wrong. I'm calling, but no one's picking up right now—I'll try again in the morning.

So, what sport we talking about—and where at? 😘

I was planning on showing up, but some girl snatched my phone and told me she’d call me later—said she’d put me on "the list," blah blah blah. Also, just a heads-up: I don't think Thai culture is quite that desperate for people to show up, pay for training, and hang out recreationally—I highly doubt they'd let me through the door just to practice for fun, especially since I'm already 23.
briskjackal5, you're always dropping gems for everyone... alright then, go ahead—lay it on us. 🙂

I made the call, they're filling up.. 😢

Translate that to Thai... come on, let's go, what now?
Luckily they don't have an international site.. 🙄

Thanks a lot, Brandon Hayes73—anyone else got any info? Maybe some info on kick? Or jiu-jitsu?
If not, I'm just gonna head over there..

Hey everyone—quick request for some martial arts gym recommendations. Ideally looking for something women-friendly too. I want to rule out judo, karate, Taekwondo, boxing, and wrestling for now.
I’m all about using both hands and feet when I fight—I've got good speed and can be pretty aggressive when I need to be. Because of that, I'm leaning toward Muay Thai (maybe?) or, more likely, kickboxing and Jiu-Jitsu. The only catch is I'm having a hard time finding anything decent near the Upper West Side. Help??

Just thought I’d share a little something to get the conversation going... I went to a birthday party this past Saturday and whipped up a cake that honestly looked more like it belonged at a wedding—you can never be too extra when it comes to baking, right?
The bottom layer was a chocolate sponge loaded with chocolate chunks, jam, bits of walnut, and raisins. Then came the middle layer: a creamy cheesecake base topped with a pudding cooked in Coca-Cola—think of it as something similar to those classic layered dessert bars you see in the Midwest. Finally, the top layer consisted of meringue sheets—basically little clouds of baked egg whites—mixed with whipped cream and crushed walnuts.

CALORIES CALORIES CALORIES!!!!

Oh, I forgot to mention—I decorated the outside with a mix of whipped cream and chocolate (it was just a birthday, after all) and some light pink butterflies since it was for a little girl. I even made some "flying" butterflies out of wire to perch right on top of the cake.

I'm flying solo right now—on the move, actually. I'll post more once I'm back. Catch ya later!

I was thinking—maybe we could put our initials on the cake? Is that an option?

Look, if I can get a lyric from my favorite song piped onto the frosting—and I’ve actually done this before, using "My Sweet Angel" for a wedding cake—then surely I can fit some initials on there too.
I'd love to post some photos, but honestly, they're just random snapshots right now. I didn't even take pictures of the ones I've made so far—they were eaten way too fast for me to grab my phone! 😉 So, you'll just have to bear with me for a week or two while I find a scanner or grab a decent camera.
Actually, I'll just find some similar images online and post those instead.

Sam Kim12 said:What even is fondant?😬
Like, what's actually in it... I am zero percent talented when it comes to baking cakes or anything sweet—it's totally not my thing (though maybe marriage will change that, who knows)—but I definitely know how to eat them.🤣

You know those cakes that have those perfectly smooth, rounded edges? Well, that’s the fondant—the "icing mass." It's basically a sugar mixture, similar to marzipan if you make it from scratch, though you can buy it pre-made, but it usually isn't as good. Those colorful cakes you see? That's just colored fondant. If you tried to dye anything else that way, it wouldn't look nearly as good—it would just look cheap. Fondant is much easier to work with; it drapes beautifully and stays super smooth.

Honestly, I feel so silly—I can’t believe this didn't cross my mind sooner.
I just make them—I'm turning out at least two cakes a week for free, which is honestly such a waste of decor and supplies... but I love it. It’s a passion of mine, and since I'm a design student, I get a huge kick out of the decorating process. I'm always dreaming up something new; every single cake has to have that perfectly smooth finish and those intricate, delicate details.
Ever since my boyfriend suggested it, I’ve really been overthinking things.
I don't know if I mentioned this yet, but I don't do cookies—just cakes. I haven't expanded into cookies yet, unfortunately, but if someone is really insistent, I can give them a call when I'm already working on a batch. 🙂
